Good hours to work love the clients i have pay is good bosses are nice

Rules are not strict enough on employees. They will hire just about anyone. You must have your own vehicle that is safe for transporting clients, when or if the time occurs. They wont pay for your gas when they make you travel long errands or when youre cliants live far away. Random drug test are not enforced on employees. Most employees are unprofessional. Apparently drug trafficking and or use of illegal substances, coming into work intoxicated, and friend invites are allowed on the clients property??? ResCare Residential is not a safe place to work at. I do not recommend this place for employees or clients. This is just what I have witnessed.

Would give 0 stars if I could my daughter fell so hard on ther watch that her brain stem shifted and she become paralyzed from the neck down and they lied to me and my wife about it for almost 2 weeks till a staff called and informed me and my wife on what was going on
