.....Very dishonest.....very disrespectful.........just obvious fraud.......not a good pillar for this community at all.....Pathfinders services is a nefarious business of parasites that feed off of county taxpayers, that unwillingly fund this so-called non profit charity, that believes it is above the law, receives a tax exempt status, and does no good for anyone but themselves, a money making business, that also is given millions in state and federal grants/funds, as well......I will also assume that the unfortunate people who have to live in their group homes have no other options, and endure mistreatment and neglect., so that this non profit charity becomes very wealthy..... That being said, many of the five star positive reviews are posted by LIARS, who are clearly making lots of money from this nefarious business.

Pathfinder services is truly a company that cares for the community and they people they are able to help. I recently was able to meet with Justin Barker. The have great home buying programs available for people that did not think they could buy a home. As a realtor, I am thrilled to be able to work with Pathfinder Services.

Pathfinder services made me aware of my options through the home buying process. They helped me get to where I needed to be credit wise and financially in order to build my first home. Rose decker and Brittany Slane were great to work with.The reason for 4 stars is communications I felt like pathfinders acted too much as a middle man in my home buyer process which complicated things and pushed back my closing date 3 times.

Pathfinders has been an excellent resource for me and my family, allowing us to come into a house totally refurbished and live here paying rent while my lakehouse waited to be sold. They have been SO helpful Just now a shout out to Tim and the crew for help in closing a hole in our roof, cutting back an encroaching tree which allowed squirrels to get in, and adding a whole new downspout to the back of our house. THESE PEOPLE ARE GREAT AND DO GREAT WORK. THANKS PATHFINDERS!

I do not trust this business at all, especially the owners, employees and so-called volunteers, they are nasty, arrogant, useless, and will steal and sell your personal information (ids, ss#,etc) for profit, along with other scams they are doing.

Bought a home from them,have had nothing but issues that they claimed that they would fix anything but did only what they had to to get by. Within the first 2 months pluming issues,carpet issues and electrical. We are now having to re do everything,from paint to drywall and flooring,not cheap for a family..lesson learned to never do business with them.

They ripped me of 2200 dollars by charging me for insurance money that I paid and my wife and daughter werent covered for 7 months . Now I owe them money . Crooked management . Wish they would make things right, but they wont .
