My vehicle was just recently serviced by Keatons Collision Center. Im probably one of the most pickiest people to please, especially when it comes to my vehicle. These people are the best in the business. The customer service was unbelievable. The body work and paint was top notch! Unfortunately nobody wants to go through the experience of dealing with body shops because of an accident but Im here to tell you, they made it the easiest thing to go through. Their customer service has to be the best in the business. Their staff is so nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
I was in a small bumper accident and Melissa and Roger were great…they took time out to talk to me about the steps of repair…my car came back looking better than good…they had detailed the interior…I feel like I have a new car…
We had about $12,000 work done including major repair for a hailstorm and a very minor deer accident on the right fender. Keatons does not stand behind their lifetime warranty. After a little over a year, the right fender has a major gap at the seam. Because of covid, we brought it back and they blamed it on hitting something (which never happened). The first man said the clips fell off, and the second man blamed it in running over a curb which also never happened! They said they would call us back with the manager’s decision about covering it under warranty and that never happened either. We won’t go there again and will report it to Statefarm. Lifetime Warranty is non-existent!
Great experience. After a tree limb scratched the entire side of our outback we went to Keatons to see what it would take to fix it. We went because of a great experience our daughter had with them. After looking at the damage Dave took the car inside, they buffed out the scratch, washed the car and waxed the side that was damaged. All while my wife and I sat in the waiting area drinking coffee. The car looks like new and no sign it was ever scratched. the best part NO CHARGE! Many businesses claim to look out for their customers but in my experience few carry it off this well. Many many thanks to Dave and Rodney. The entire staff could not have been more helpful.
Work was completed ahead of schedule. Rental car pickup and drop off was made super easy. Car was 100% clean from top to bottom when picked up and the repair was really well done.
Do not go to keatons unless you want ripped off. I was backing out of my garage and hit my right fender of my brand new car, first I went to Keatons telling them I’d be paying cash instead of making an insurance claim. They absolutely tried to rip me off giving me a quote of $2400 to fix my fender. There was no way I was doing that, I’ve been in the car business 8 years the majority as a used car manager I know how much these things cost. I went to east end next and they were less then half the cost. They kept me informed the whole time my car was there and was finished when they said it would be. From the ladies up front to the gentleman behind the scenes all top notch in my opinion. I’ll make sure to send business from work and the clients I have their way. Go to east end you’ll be thankful in the long run.
Amazing service from start to finish. Very friendly. Best experience I’ve had with any auto related tasks. I will be coming here for all of my needs moving forward. I paid $50 to have some scratches buffed out and they washed the outside of my car and front two floorboards- returned it to me looking brand new!

Wonderful auto repair shop! I pulled into their parking lot with a flat tire to wait for AAA and they offered to change my tire for free. I was back on the road in 10 minutes and they wouldnt accept any payment. Absolutely recommend Keatons!

I was worried about using Keatons from listening to some other people but I am glad I went up and spoke with them. They were AMAZING from the 1st day I walked in. I slid on some ice and bumped a bridge rail. Filed my claim, took it in and they were GREAT! They took longer than they originally thought but compensated with helping on a car which they did not have to do. Very friendly and an overall great experience.

The staff hasn’t been rude at all they have been fairly polite so far but I’m very upset with the service. They have had my car for 15 days and I was told it would be about a 10 day fix so I called to check in because I hadn’t heard anything from them. I called 2 days ago and they couldn’t find a car under my name they had no idea where my car was. They called me back today saying they found a car the same make and model that I said mine was that has been there and no one knew what was going on with it. He then asked “its blue right?” I’m beginning to panic at this point because my car is silver. THEY LOST MY CAR! He said they probably just told him the wrong color and he’ll just have to talk to my insurance company. Finally he called back a little later saying he found the car and they will start ordering parts for it now and get it started.. They told me I won’t have my car until January because the holidays will cause delays. They Have had my car since November and I won’t get it back until January because they had no urge to find out what was going on with this car sitting at their garage for 15 days. I do not recommend this place at all.
The hood was misaligned the fender had Defects Of course they said they would fix it but they should have not let go out that way Now they done the Sun roof on the car And its not right either I would say there quality control is not very good maybe other people had better experiences with them but me on the other hand was not I would definitely recommend another body shop

The people working up front are great. Actual work done, not so much.I specifically asked if parts could be ordered, so that I would be without a vehicle for the least amount of time. Was told yes. days later (5 I believe), car was dropped off for vehicle repair. Not only did repair take MUCH longer (almost 2x as long), but the door that was replaced howls in the wind.Next time, I will definitely go somewhere else.

I would HIGHLY NOT recommend using this body shop. My wifes car was backed into. It had severe front end damage. I took it here. They fixed it and my wife picked it up a week later. The car did not drive straight, the steering wheel was crooked, the front end was missing all sorts of bolts and just flopping in the wind. So I returned it to be repaired properly. A few days later my wife picks it up while Im out of town. The very next day she calls me to tell me the motor locked up on interstate. Apparenttly the coolant hose on the water pump was not attached properly. They put a motor in from a JUNK YARD!!! There is no way of knowing the history of this motor, so it was a gamble on their part. We picked the car up a few days later. I have since taken the car back 3 or 4 times. The motor has a tick to it and uses both oil, and coolant. Every time they tell me nothing is wrong. Fast forward 6 months. Guess what, still using coolant, still using oil. The orignal motor was well maintained if I might say so. So Im stuck with a car that has to be babied, and there is nothing they will do about it. I guess my only solution is to lawyer up. Long story short, take your car somewhere else that will stand behind their work.

They fixed my car after I was rear-ended on a snowy day. They did a decent job; not perfect. I really wasnt too upset because it was an older car and insurance was paying for it. I called several times for updates and no one was really able to tell me much about the status of my car. I even confronted them in person one day- was told it was at their Barboursville location and they didnt know the status. Eventually when I picked it up, the antenna was missing. I asked and was told it probably came in without an antenna, including pulling pictures up in an attempt to prove me wrong. Not true. I finally found it unscrewed on the dash inside of my car. I later went back to inquire about some work on my car (unrelated) and was laughed at and rudely treated by the secretary/receptionist in front of others. If it wasnt for insurance work, they probably wouldnt be in business.
They received me vehicle I never heard from them and 2 weeks out I called them and they informed me I needed to come and sign a release to start work so I set a time to come do that and the day before I was to be there there called and said they were unable to complete the repairs and then had to change collision centers remember now this is almost 3 weeks out from accident! So they weren’t caring nor did they care to get me back my vehicle to get me rolling again and did not keep me updated in the process at all! I was completely in the dark the whole time!! Thanks Keeton for causing more burdens while I already was in distress!

Keatons fix my truck quickly and it came out looking like new.you can not ask for better service from the friendly people at keatons.
I paid for a storage building for two years and when I went to get my stuff out, all of it was ruined from water and mice. Everything was either soaked or chewed up. Apparently the buildings leak or water comes in from the door, and they are totally infested with mice. So basically I paid $65 a month to throw all my stuff away. When I called and told them about what had happened they said they would take $10 off my rent for a month and no apologies. I would have been better off just throwing it all away from the start.

Severely damaged my Mercedes backing out of my garage when the garage door on its way up (and I was in a hurry) broke the rear window and damaged the roof of the car. A lot of electronics involved with this big mistake. The staff at Keatons treated me like gold. They arranged for a rental car, worked with my insurance adjuster (who by the way said he was glad that I brought the car to Keatons because they do the best work). They stayed in touch with me through the entire process and delivered my car as promised. The work was flawless! The metallic silver paint was perfectly matched and the repairs to the roof were perfect. All the electronics (Rear window defroster, radio antenna etc..) worked as new. This was not a simple repair job. I wont be taking my cars anywhere else. Keatons rocks!!!

I just had my brakes changed today. My mechanic found a loose tie rod. As a result, I now have two drivers side tires running on the cords. I took the car back to Keatons Collision Center. This is the body shop that repaired my car after i hit a deer about 14 months ago. Lady at the desk just shook her head at me when I told her I dont think I keep my bill. That was pretty rude, right from the start. I told her Ill post her attitude on social media. She got someone to assist me. After about 10 minutes, the guy led me outside, told me to get in my F****** car and leave. He called me a ****sucker and said I WILL NOT threaten him with social media. Last time I go to Keatons. TERRIBLE service. TERRIBLE attitude.

They screwed up the first time and screwed up when they said theyd fix it.I had a deer run into my driver front fender and cause a significant amount of damage. I had never been to Keatons, but it was the only place I knew of for collision repair in the area, so there I went.Issues (minor to major):1. I asked that they detail the car while it was there. They offered a detail with paint restore for a couple hundred bucks. I wanted it so my old paint would look like the new paint. They did a decent job on that part where they did clean, but they couldnt be bothered to clean behind my gas cover, under my spoiler, or around and behind my license plate.2. My driver tire had a deep gash in the tread from a sharp piece of metal and needed to be replaced. They returned my car initially without having mounted the new tire.3. The clips on my tow hook cover were hot glued back on rather than a new one ordered. Its a$14 part. The glue didnt hold after the first time I took the cover off and tried to put it back.4. Since the driver headlight was replaced, they said they could restore the passenger headlight to look nearly new. This, of course, would not be covered by insurance, but I couldnt have one brand new and one dingy. Id seen it done before by others, so I said okay. The final result was completely unacceptable. I would be embarrassed if I had done that work. I refused to pay and ordered a new passenger headlight.5. (The big one I discovered a year later) I thought my hood was just misaligned, so I asked Nissan while it was in for service to adjust it. They informed me my radiator mount was bent. As it turns out, the aftermarket intake I bought was not poorly designed like I thought; the mounts inside my driver fender we just still bent inward.I stopped by and pointed out what was wrong with the hood alignment and the radiator mount. Neither the person who handled my claim nor the person who did the original work was still there. But the person I spoke to that day pulled up my info and said theyd take care of it. We scheduled a day and I took off work, as I now live an hour away from Huntington. However, when I got there that day, even after scheduling it, they told me they couldnt do it that day, wasting my day off. I scheduled another day and they took it in.Its still not fixed. My hood is still misaligned. Whats worse - they had to take off my front bumper cover to do the work, and tore the wires out of one of my fog lights. They put it back together with electrical tape. Ill never go back, and I recommend everyone else look for a different auto collision shop.

Stopped in on Saturday and business was closed. Unfortunately we respected their weekend and didnt call in for an appointment. We then called early Monday morning and spoke with Melissa about the certain vehicle we were interested in and asked many questions about the vehicle. She didnt have all the answers and we explained we would be there at 4:15 to test drive the vehicle and asked if we needed to do anything else to secure the car before we got there to drive it. She said no and she would have the answers about the car when we got there. We get there at 4om today after speaking with the business at 11:02am the same day and they sold the vehicle. Even after we called and made the effort to make an appointment. I will no longer do business or refer people to this place as their customet service was underpar and they did not care to step out and talk with us on anything else.
