We had the pleasure of working with Anthony. He was knowledgeable and patient. We had great communication going . After consulting with him we realized the challenge was lack of inventory due to COVID. He never asked us to settle or “sell” us something that we didn’t want. Instead he picked up the effort and kept in touch. 2 weeks later he called to say a car we would like was available. We are happy owners of the car we wanted. The dealership is clean and inviting. The staff is professional. Shout out to Paul in finance. Great guy / helped us get everything in order quickly.

If you are thinking of leasing or buying a car from Empire Chevrolet of Huntington and you think that there might be a chance that youll need to bring it in for a repair, then dont shop there. THEY HAVE NO LOANERS! They have a Loaner list thats longer than Santas. They have had my wifes car for a month now and: its not fixed and they dont have a loaner. Oh, and youll have to do most of the work making sure that theyre contacting your insurance company, because it seems they dont have time for that. Dont fall for anything the salespeople say about Well take care of you. We have loaners if you need one.... I honestly do not know how the management there can sleep at night. I probably be better off asking for a loaner unicorn to drive to work.

The whole experience was exhausting. I spent five hours there and towards the end there were different numbers on the contract then what was discussed, and I do not like playing games, and that’s exactly what was happening. there was no transparency. One thing was said and another thing was done. It was a very aggravating experience. I also feel that there were hidden fees that were thrown into the contract that were to make me believe they were legitimately supposed to be there. After speaking to other dealers from other dealerships, I was told I got played/lied to. Will never recommend or purchase another vehicle from here!

Its a dealership, so the usual standards apply. Their customer service, sales, insurance and finance departments are at the utmost in courtesy and professionalism. All phases are honest and upfront, and they will work with you to get you driving out with the vehicle you want. It will take some time out of your day, but pretty stress free all in all. Absolutely DISGRACEFUL service department. If I give 0 stars I would. Drove the car out on Friday for a SCHEDULED appointment. Drop the vehicle off only to be informed AFTER getting home that the tech has a scheduled day off. They ensured that the vehicle would be looked at first thing on Monday. Well, Monday came around and guess what no technician to look at the vehicle. I was informed of this AFTER waiting in the waiting area for over two hours. I was told that I would get the first loaner car to come in and that was immediately retracted and changed to only people who have purchased vehicle from the dealership get loaner cars. The management could care less about the customer and the fact that they screwed up. After two hours they couldnt confirm if their diesel tech would be gracing the service department with his presence so I am now forced to find ANOTHER dealership and wait another week on a car with potential transmission/engine issues. The lack of communication and non-existent customer service is atrocious!

I brought my corvette to have the lights replaced. They installed the lights but not functioning properly. I emphasized the improper function of the light to the technician and service representative he then director to make an appointment to bring the car back I did they charged me again for attempting to fix the problem. I once again paid for them to do the task correctly. I came back and paid and the lights were still not operating correctly. They charged me twice to do the installation correctly. My car is still there. For them to do it correctly. I pointed that out to the sales manger.

My lease was ending on my Ford Edge and I just went in to kick the tires when I met Gina Cordasco. Gina qualified my needs and started searching for the 2021 Blazier I wanted. Unfortunately because of the pandemic the inventory was limited. After calls back and forth Gina called me to say she had just gotten in a Black one on the lot and that I should come look at it if I would consider the color. I went down and loved it. Through the whole process I did not feel one bit of pressure to sign right now. She told me my options and let me decide. A week alter I now have 700 miles on the car and I love it.

I had been looking to buy a vehicle for my niece for months and having sold cars over 25 years ago I am aware of how stressful the negotiation process can be at times. Last week I called Empire about a car that I was very interested in and I got really lucky; David Vincent picked picked up the phone.I have been around sales and customer service for years so I know what it means to listen, and work for a customer. David Vincent demonstrated knowledge, consideration and tact, and he is the reason this experience went so well! I would recommend the dealership, but if you want a really comfortable and hassle -free experience, be sure to ask for David Vincent to be your sales rep.He is a top notch guy and a very respectful and capable representative for the organization.My niece loves the car and I know that David made all the difference. Empire Chevrolet of Huntington went above and beyond to make the purchase of my new Chevy seamless and easy. Picked out my car on a Monday, and then picked it up on Friday, with the majority of the paperwork done in between so I was done in under 2 hours on the day of pick up. No sneaky fees, or pressuring to make additions I did not want. Ask for Anthony F. in sales, and Paul W. in financing. I will certainly be returning next time I need to trade-in.

Juarez was my salesman. By Far, the best car salesman Ive dealt with. LET ME TELL YOU WHY. I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Traverse from Juarez and I never once set foot on his lot. I live in Tampa, FL so I had to do everything over the phone, by email, etc. This isnt the first time Ive bought a car and let me tell you, 99% of salesmen, after hearing I live in a different state, would have never called me twice but this guy acted as if I was right there in his office. Even during negotiations, he was on my side fighting to get me a good deal. That being said, its EXTREMELY rare to find a car salesman that will treat you right and fight for you to get the car you want with you being over 1000 miles away. If you find a car at Empire Chevrolet of Huntington that you like, ask for Juarez, hell treat you right. Thanks a ton!

Do yourself a favor and don’t shop here for anything. I worked with the salesman Kevin, (he was a good guy). He wasn’t the problem. The problem was the finance department tried to rob me blind. Told me one price. Then when I went back they tried to throw all these fees at me. I tried to get up several times and leave, and they were also rude and unprofessional about everything. I LEASED a vehicle and they tried getting me to put down 10k plus…. If I could give them a half a star I would. Just trying to help anybody who wants to shop here to be warned.

My family and I walked into Chevrolet and we were immediately greeted by a salesperson outside. We have been to many dealerships and leased range rovers, BMWs and Mercedes. We wanted to look into to the Tahoe. This is not a family friendly place. As soon as we walked in, there was no greetings or welcome. It was incredibly UNCOMFORTABLE. I saw the other sales people looking at one another. They were literally like sharks waiting for their bait.Perhaps there is a lot of politics at this dealership. My son was drawn to his dream car and I asked the salesperson if he could see it. Immediately upon entering the car, a man came over as I was standing there and kicked him out of the car, telling the nine year old this card is $100,000 dollars. Umm...he is 9, what does that even mean? Besides we have owned cars more than that.This was incredibly embarrassing as my kids were not running around or going from car to car. This was a nine year old, just sitting in his dream car. How could this have been handled?Well, speaking to the parent and not kicking both of my kids- my son and daughter out of the car. Speaking to my son, hey do you like this car... and politely asking him to leave. These are kids, who will grow up tp purchase these cars and these experiences matter. No, I am not an overly sensitive parent but I do expect respect. I would not allow my children to stand on the seats with their shoes or press buttons. They simply sat in the car.Manners and class is just not something you can teach anyone. However when you are speaking to other peoples children you can pretend. Perhaps his bias did not allow him to realize, I spoke English and you can speak to me directly.This was our first and last time in a Chevrolet. We walked into Mercedes right after this and experience was night and day.

Initially dealers said you need to resurface your rotors when i went for my front brakes. Said rotors where good just needed to be resurface. Then Dealer service changes their mind and tells me i need new rotors. I said rotors are okay. Car handles perfectly. They ended up resurfacing the rotors while they change my brake pads, now my vehicle wobbles when i brake at high soeed because either rotors where left uneven or not worked on properly. And on top of that i got different prices for the services from two different people. Not happy about the information they provided and service.Ive done all my recent services here. But this time i was really disappointed because now i have to go to different place to get new rotors.2015 Camaro.Updating My Review-Service Manager, made sure my vehicle was serviced properly and made sure I’m comfortable with bringing my car back for future services.

This dealership could care less about your personal possessions. Brought my perfectly taken care of Chevy Silverado into this dealership for a few parts that needed to get replaced. In the process the dealership damaged my truck in multiple locations. What should’ve taken one week ended up taking three months. Total clowns! Stay away!

I went for an oil change, inspection, humming fan noise and parking light trailer issue. The service lady. Kate, called me and told me that there are no issues with the fan and no issues with the parking trailer light connection in the back.I insisted that there is an issue with the trailer light and that I researched it and most likely it is a burned fuse. I demanded to test it in my presence when I arrived. After I arrived she went to speak to the manager to get a technician to test it.The Manager Lucas, who told that Kate was wrong and that they in fact changed the fuse and that there is no need to test it because the fuse was changed. I took his word for it and went home with the truck. I was planning a trip with my trailer the following day to find out that the trailer light s are not working. I spoke with him and Kate separately, each one gave me a different story. She insisted that no fuse was changed and did not know what Lucas was talking about, Lucas insisted that they changed the fuse and that there is something wrong with my trailer. I ended up borrowing my brothers truck to haul the new trailer and the parking light s worked perfectly with his truck. I went back to the dealership to fix the issue and had to wait hours to address it. I called Lucas and left a message to complain about my negative experience and asked that he calls me back, He did not call me back. A day later I called him and he had the a terrible attitude problem and said that he is busy and to call GM and complain. It was nasty experience and I wasted 2 days a the dealership who are so unprofessional.

My car went in on a Wednesday morning (early, overnight drop on Tues) and I got it back on Saturday. I would call about once a day to get status and I found the dealership to be rather non-responsive, taking minutes to pick up the phone and then not returning calls. When I went to pick up the car on Saturday, I discovered that I would have to pay an additional 3% over the bill I had just received to use my credit card. I had to use most of the cash in my wallet to pay the bill of about $213. This is not the way to treat customers, and it will certainly be a consideration on my next car purchase.

Had oil change and tires rotated in a very responsible time.The CHAIRS in the waiting room are in a high amount of disrepair. Did not feel comfortable sitting in them. Does not look good for a place that sells expensive merchandise.

After leaving a deposit in late may I was told 3 weeks to a month as vehicle availability was limited. This was fine and was expecting updates. At one point about 3.5 weeks in another vehicle came in and we had switched our deposit as the vehicle we were expecting was damaged in transit. The second vehicle we put our deposit on was then sold to another customer. After speaking with management we were assured we were top priority on the next one coming in and would expect an update in a week or two from when the second vehicle was sold to another customer. With minimal updates we reached out to another chevy dealership in mid July when we were told wed have a vehicle. That dealerships manager assured us that there are none available and was very transparent on how many were available and when they would be expected in. That dealership then confirmed that empire was not being upfront about availability. Empire was prompt in returning our refund. Ultimately I was looking forward to purchasing a chevy but we went with another company and I will not be shopping at empire establishments moving forward.

I purchased a new 2019 Chevy Equinox via lease. Up until now the service department was a pleasure to deal with. On Saturday July 17, 2021 i brought my car in for an inspection. They indicated it failed due to windshield wipers were torn. They failed to show me then tried to sell me 2 blades for approximately $66. I refused, took the car out and was not able to see any tears in either blade.

Stay away!!Manager charge me $5000 more than online prices 2021 silverado 1500saying I do not qualify those advertising price incentives. What incentives?? Didnt even ask what I have.He was so rude and unprofessional.Just tell me upfront you want to charge more than advertising price due to stock is limited, then I would understand, but after go through everything and saying I do not quality for incentives??What a waste time here!!

Outstand performance by Tim in the service department !!What a pleasant experience I had at Empire Chevrolet. In particular, my service advisor Tim was outstanding, this guy is a PRO. My 2009 Silverado developed an electrical problem where it would not start. I took it to the local gas station, and after one week and $250, they hadnt resolved it. Called Empire spoke with Tim, he got me in the next day by the end of the day gave me two options io fix it and I had the car back the following day. I should have just brought it to them the first time because in the end, the fix was less expensive than what I paid the gas station.  Thank you, Tim !!

Dealt with Michel to get a certified pickup. He was personable and knowledgeable. The team there handled everything great. Got there at about 5pm left at 8pm with my new car. They stayed late to make sure we were able to drive home with it and never once made us feel like we were keeping them there. Went to Empire Chevy dealership to purchase a Silverado 2500HD which I understand are in short supply now. But, After sitting with sales rep, if I wanted to buy I would be paying $9000+ over MSRP if I wanted it. The integrity of this dealership is all about how much they can put in their pocket. I am not opposed to a dealership making a reasonable profit but will not purchase from greedy business. Of course I walked out after they basically insulted me with what they wanted to give me on a trade in on an excellent condition Silverado. Needless to say. I left and will be purchasing another vehicle at a more reputable Chevy dealer who negotiated a reasonable price and offered me $7500 more for my trade in then what Empire offered.Beware when dealing with this dealership.

I have no problem with the Empire Chevrolet department as I gave it 5 stars. I do have,however, second thoughts about buying this vehicle. The day after I got the SUV, I wasdriving on Vanderbilt Parkway when all of a sudden I could not accelerate the car. I looked at the gear shift thinking I was in neutral, It wasnt. I coasted to the shoulder of the roadwithout incident. I quickly returned to Service Dept. thinking what would have happened ifI was on the LIE going 65 mph in the left hand lane? I would have been in serious trouble.At the Service Dept., Andrew Keach was very helpful. He immediately took the car in, andlater informed me that I needed a whole new transmission. I was in shock. How could a new vehicle need a new transmission? He gave me a loaner car, and said the Traversewill be fixed in a week, which I assume will happen. I am now concerned about driving this SUV. What else could go wrong with it? Its too bad, because I really like the vehicle evenmore than the two previous Ford Explores I owned.Also, I want to say that my sales person, Dave Pena, is a very goodsales person. He was competent, patient, friendly, and helped me find the right vehicle for me. I give him 5 stars as well!Paul Weiss did a good job closing the deal. Later the next day, I asked himto cancel two service agreements that I had decided I did not need. Heagreed to cancel them and said it will take eight weeks to get a refund.Another 5 stars!

I picked up my new Trailblazer last night! I walked into the dealership at the end of March just to have a look and met Kevin Miller. Everyone always has stories about car salesmen, but I guess they never met Kevin! He listened to what I was looking for and told me I could come in any time to look and ask questions. I definitely took him up on it and came in to look and asked more questions every time, but I never got anything but a genuine response, a smile and a feeling like he was helping me and not just to sell a car I wouldnt be happy in. Once I came to the final decision of the Summit White Trailblazer RS, Kevin knew I didnt want to settle on anything less than what I wanted, so when I was feeling like my dream car wasnt going to be found, he and the inventory manager kept looking and then finally my Olaf was found (yes I like Frozen)! After 13 months of working remote and when I finally went back to the office driving my older minivan over the rough Long Island roads, I figured thats just how it was, a rough ride. This morning I had my first commute with the Trailblazer and discovered it doesnt have to be that way! With all this said, I can not thank Kevin, Paul Weiss and the entire staff for all of their help! Everyone was amazing, friendly and made this experience so joyful!!! I may just have to visit every once and a while just to say Hi!

We really like our sales person, Dave. As a matter of fact, we came back to empire for our second Checy strictly BECAUSE of Dave (passing two other dealers to get to empire)We were there yesterday,, 3/27 and the receptionist/greeter was incredibly rude. She was very dismissive, no smile, no gratitude, when we were asking questions her attitude made us feel as if we were bothering her. Advice to Empire... Find a better person. We wont tolerate her attitude again, we will find another location to buy our third Chevy if her attitude is still present when we come back to buy my truck.

Excellent experience! We purchased a Traverse and a Colorado . The traverse and Colorado are awesome and exactly how we wanted them. Empire Chevrolet of Huntington has the best “lack of service” department Ive ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have never dealt with this level we could give a #%*^” attitude anywhere in my life. There have been days of not calling back and not keeping promises. they are plainly very unhappy at their jobs. they glance at each other wondering wholl take the initiative to help the poor soul whos next on line. anything to avoid eye contact. Ive called 5 times. on 4 of them i was put on hold for 12 to 18 minutes. Tim, the perfect lack of service manager, was never available and never, NOT ONE TIME called back. It really does get worse and i could go on from here, but i dont have time to write a book. If you really feel the need to be treated very poorly, i suggest you try to get these people to work on your car. they will deliver!

I bought the truck in 2015 from empire Chevrolet. Empire Chevrolet are the only ones who do you work on my Silverado truck. They are always professional, respectful, and just nice people. They always check to see if there are any recalls. They always accept my coupons for oil changes that I receive in the mail from Empire Chevrolet. Even if the coupon has expired. Everything is explained to me. There are no hidden surprises when it comes to estimating what my bill will be. they are very good about getting the truck ready in a decent amount of time especially if you’re waiting for it. Prior to Covid, it was always nice to have coffee and bagels while you were waiting for your car.I have left the truck with them several times and they promptly call me when the truck is ready.

I waited an hour to have my oil changed which I would assume is normal because they are checking everything to make sure things are running OK. It would be nice to have Tea or Coffee ready for people in the waiting area along with something to eat like bagels or pastries. The staff was pleasant and courteous and eager to move things along. Over 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Cool, things take time. Except when I got home I checked the tires and realized they never rotated the tires. $20.00 for something that was never done. Also, they charge a 3% fee if you use a credit card.

Had a great experience leasing my new vehicle at Empire Chevrolet. My salesperson Michel was very professional and accommodating from start to finish. Due to COVID-19 I was able to communicate via telephone and email throughout the sales and finance process. Picking up the car was fast and smooth. Our paperwork was waiting for signature when we arrived. All the accessories and features were provided as advertised. Where do I start? I am so upset by my experience I dont even know where to begin. My truck developed a mold smell and stained headliner from a leak in the back window. I asked the dealership to please change the headliner, they initially said they would not, I brought my vehicle in to have them fix the leak in the back window on Saturday 4/10/21, was told it would take a few hours so I waited around. 4 hours later I go to the service desk and ask whats happening with my truck, was told they need to keep it because the new seal around the back window needs to cure... asked why wasnt I told they needed to keep my truck earlier, I wouldnt have wasted my Saturday waiting around, I was told well how was I supposed to know it would rain? By the service rep helping me. Was then told they were ordering me a new headliner, which is great, but now Id have to make yet another trip to the dealer, which I was trying to avoid. They were reluctant to provide me with a loaner vehicle, to which I protested, and finally they agreed to give me a loaner until Monday. I then requested to retrieve items from my truck and was taken to the garage, my truck was left sitting in complete disarray, windows open, and items strewn about haphazardly. I went to pick my truck up Monday afternoon 4/12/21, and drop off the loaner vehicle. I waited around for an hour for them to retrieve my truck and was told they were not happy about the quality of the repair and they ordered me a new headliner but they will need the truck back when the headliner comes in and they will need to re-repair my back window. So essentially it was a complete and utter waste of time going in that Saturday, I was SHOCKED AND APPALLED by the horrific repair they did on my truck. Honestly I have pictures, and felt like crying when I saw what they did. Looks like they dabbed silicone all over the top of my back window and forgot about it then tried to pick it off and gave up half way thru, its honestly shockingly bad. They left greasey finger prints all over the headliner, which they said they will replace, so fine whatever. They must have left the windows open in my truck the entire weekend because my truck has stank like the inside of a dirty garage since... on top of the mold smell. My truck still smelled like new just a few weeks ago. Im going to have to spend hundreds of dollars to get my truck shampooed and detailed after this, in hopes of getting the smells out, which is so wrong. Im disgusted and frustrated beyond belief. I just want my truck that I work very hard to afford fixed and fixed right. I have missed out on overtime pay wasting my day Saturday to drop it off to this service center, only to have them not repair my truck but leave it worse off then when I dropped it to them. I sent the service manager a message a few days before I dropped my truck in on Saturday 4/10 asking them to please consider my time that I dont want to be back and forth to the dealership multiple times that Id like this fixed right the first time. Im not trying to throw anyone under the bus here, but this just isnt right. Fingers crossed they get it right whenever they finally reach out to me to let me know my headliner is in... I couldnt let this go and not complain, I dont want them doing this to someone else, its not cool

I visited this location about two week ago in order to price out the purchase of a Colorado. The associate I sat with would not give me an actual price that i would be paying for the vehicle but instead tried to negotiate monthly payments without ever actually telling me what the price of the vehicle would be after incentives, even though i repeatedly asked her. When someone from the dealership called to follow up i explained that this was the reason why i purchased the vehicle at a different location. Today the associate that i had originally sat with called to scold me about my response and then hung up on me. Im not really sure what the purpose of this was but i hope it made her feel better.

I have been looking for several weeks to purchase a new Suburban to replace my 2015 Suburban. The salesman i spoke with, David Vincent, was courteous, professional and upfront with me on the details of finding a replacement for my vehicle. Dave made the experience very easy and without any issues. He was willing to negotiate with me to find the best deal that would work for both of us. I purchased a new 2021 Suburban LT on the spot after Dave laid out a very fair deal for the trade in of my old vehicle and the purchase of the new one.
