On two separate occasions I have had my keys locked in my car. Once with my daughter warming up the car ( it was running) and one that was on me. Both times I called and the technician was able to come out rather quickly and had me going in no time.

I was told that a technician would be to me within 45 mins. After 1-1/2 hours I called them back and they never dispatched anyone!!! Now, itll be at least 2+ hours before anyone can put on a spare tire!!! Do not recommend!!!!!!
