Theres a lady name carla she was helping me out and gave me the total wrong information regarding my policy and when i speak to my insurance company they said that you dont have any policy with us which is totally against the statement of carla because she said that insurance company told us that you already have your own policy so we cant add you in another policy and when i try calling her back at 4:45 theyre not picking up and the office hours till 5. Worst experince ever.

One of the worst experiences i have ever had with Salman Arzu a rep at this agency. Had me chase him with calls/emails trying to get tlc insurance and than left me hangin with no communication back or a response. Leaves on vacation and directs nobody to help me with policy and cleary knew this was my livelihood and timing was imortant. Nobody from office returned my calls or voicemails and to this day not a follow up or response. Failure of an office to treat a client like this. However it didnt stop me from getting a policy elswhere with a much better experience. However lost 2 weeks of my time dealing with unprofessionals at cavallino in huntington, NY. I strongly urge and highly recommend not to use this unprofessional office. This review is as honest as it comes and would pay higher premium to not use this office ever!! This says a lot and be careful when choosing an insurance broker especially if one like this treats someone this poorly.

You dont know how youre screwed until youre involved in a accident, if youre in a commercial businesses i say stay away from this business,because they dont know what theyre doing, i lost 20K and on top that i found out owner of this business was trying screw me even more by calling my new company after i left and telling them about my history which they already knew, but real reason im leaving a feedback i thought about i was with this company for so many years and i didnt have any accidents, but dont you think person should have some gratitude towards their customers even after they left,also owner of this business has mobster attitude when hes talking and that is really bugging, so there you have it, its a return for your childish phone call trying to screw me,, gratitude is the word you need to learn !!
