Better off somewhere else, they messed up billing and I was being charged a 130$ more for 3 months saying it was “policy”, I wasn’t told I could not have paid it since it was defaulted to “policy changes”.Using scare tactics to buy in to higher premiums, not consistent with e-mails or communication. Cancellation wasn’t made easy as well, new agents and I contacted multiple times to not have 2 insurance take effect at the same time.Those discounts don’t amount to anything because they are already billing at a higher rate.

Not a customer but a friend of the neighbor, who is in the care of hospice. She is elderly and in stage 4 of cancer. Mrs. Edwards herself never came but her husband is trying to have this elderly woman removed from her home on her death bed because of trash beside the house and weeds on a fence connected to their building. I have no fight in the situation other than the care I feel for the family in this dark time. When confronted with the fact that these people are not in a very good place his reply was I dont care. Well State Farm is not a good neighbor.

The most shockingly rude interaction I’ve ever had with an agent. So unprofessional, abrasive, and outright hostile that I can’t believe this office is still in business. Will be changing companies.

Ive used State Farm Insurance for 30 years. Throughout those years Ive dealt with numerous State Farm agents because of relocation. When I moved to Huntington,WV there was a State Farm agency about a block away from where I lived. So I transferred all of my policies to that agency. I suppose God was looking over because Francis Edwards far exceeded my expectations. She truly cares about her clients and goes far above any other agent Ive ever used, to keep her clients informed about policy changes. Had it not been for her keeping track of my policies, I would have lost two whole life insurance policies, one of which Ive had for approximately 25 years. So, Im eternally grateful for her commitment to excellence which she provides to all her customers. God Bless you Francis...there are few people like you in this ever changing world of ours.
