Borg and Borg made the process of shopping for insurance for our new home very easy. Kudos to Ashley for helping us work through a number of complicated issues and finding a policy that is both reasonable in price and offers very good coverage. With all the headaches of moving, this was one very important detail that was handled with reassuring professionalism.

What follows is a detailed review.If you have only 10 seconds- lets sum it up: I wholeheartedly recommend Borg & Borg and the team of insurance broker professionals!I cant say enough positive things about my experiences with Borg & Borg. Howell was highly recommended by our friend/mortgage broker. I was with a major lender- having bundled for years- with all of the associated discounts. When they decided that they did not want to continue to cover our coastal property, I reached out. Howell and Lisa were incredibly thorough in their understanding of our needs, communication and educating us on all options. In the end, we are saving over $3500 on car insurance alone and have better and more up to date homeowner and umbrella insurance for much less than before. Flood insurance is also netting a savings. With all of our policies combined, our saving are about $7000 a year and our coverage is better than before. Also, having to work with and alert the banks and former carrier of cancellations and changes requires disclosures and collaboration. Lisa took care of it all- with easy documents left for us to sign off on. They answered every question that I had and continue to have. They are very experiences, has a great variety of insurance providers to work with and provide amazing customer support. I am a very detail oriented, well-researched and thorough individual. I did a lot of insurance research on my own prior to calling Borg & Borg. I am fully confident that I would have no way been able to navigate the options in my best interest and find the value of services that they delivered.

Originally all of our policies were with a friend of ours, a competitor of Borg& Borg but there was some kind of policy our friend did not offer. That is how we met B&B. Well over the years the service we have gotten from B&B has gotten them now all but one of our polices. Among our favorite things about B&B is that instead of each year the policies going up a little in price B&B shops them all around. Some years a policy of ours actually goes down in price.
