DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!I purchased a very expensive Garmin watch and the protection plan with it and had an issue with the watch about a year and a half later. Spoke to Corporate about the watch because this garbage store isnt take calls, and was told yes my watch is covered go into the store and they will replace it. I get to the store and they give me the run around and say theres nothing they can do. DO NOT SHOP HERE staff are unpleasant, unprofessional and bothered and unwilling to help! Im going to continue to leave poor reviews on every platform until this store is out of business!

As far as an Italian specialty store.It dont get much better

I am terrible with computers so when I had to buy a new one I needed help with finding one and then having someone set it up just the way the old one was...I hit upon a man named DJ...He was the nicest, kindest most knowledgeable guy that I have ever met...He had the patience of a saint because dealing with me can be trying as I am not at all computer savvy. He set up my new computer even better than it was before and made it so easy for me to navigate to what I needed...Thank You DJ..You are one of a kind....Truly....I have raved about you quite a bit..I hope the Geek Squad appreciates you...Thank You for making what I thought would be a terrible time, a great experience...

Had the geek squad install a 12k unit;TV, speakers, surround sound, and stereo system, 2 days ago. The wiring apparatus fell off the wall pulling all the cables with it. Thank god one of the cables stayed on and prevented the box from crashing on the new sound box and table.Try to call Best Buy in Huntington where I picked up and no one picked up. Only when I finally decided to call sales and ask for pricing did some one answer the phone. How do you put a unit on the wall and not secure it? They send inexperience personal who have to call on the phone to ask other people questions how to operate the system. If I can I would send the system back and ask for a refund.

Omg they kept rerouting me to no end of operators. Not one of them understood what i needed. How hard is it to understand my flash drive broke and I need to retrieve the data? Dont they do that?
