Total Tech is terrific. Ali has a high level of skill and integrity. After for weeks to repair an old computer, I bought one of the refurbished HPs at a good price and Ali only charged for data transfer and the anti-virus. All the parts and labor were put aside as the other computer couldnt be repaired. Other employees are just as helpful. Run, dont walk there if you need assistance on your personal and business computers.

Ali is a god send! He is very knowledgeable and understanding when it comes to the customers needs. I took his advice and added a solid state drive and more ram to the office computer and now its extremely fast. He also used various computer software to speed up and remove malware from a few computers in our office.

I was really pleased with the work they did. My poor laptop (an very high-end laptop) died and I was totally bummed. My sons hard drive went down while at Stony Brook University. Total Tech repair was able to get the computer the evening that I called them; repair it and return it the next day. Anything that has to do with computer software/hardware just completely boggles my mind and for the past few months to a year, my computer would sound like an airplanes taking off.
