Every time Iβve dealt with Nissan of Huntington Iβve been pleased. The staff is wonderfully friendly and informative. My most recent experience with service was absolutely wonderful. I made a last minute Saturday morning appointment for an oil change and for them to address a few recalls on my 21 Rogue, I was contacted in a couple of hours within the timeframe quoted. My car was ready and parked out front when I arrived. The representative that assisted me (Zack) even saved me somemoney by applying a coupon I had no idea was available! Overall, I wouldnβt get another Nissan at any other dealership or have mine serviced anywhere else. Top notch from start to finish.

They took me right on time for my scheduled oil change. They found a leak in the axle area. Upon learning I had to be somewhere else in a short time, they gave me a loaner car. Thank you! Thank you! My car was repaired perfectly. I am so happy with this dealership.
Every time I have ever gone in for service the staff is so friendly, warm and kind. The cashier staff are also so friendly. The work is top notch and so are the staff.
Nick took care of a recall for me and then asked if we ever changed the transmission fluid and I didnβt know. I called my husband and it turned out we didnβt. The other company we took our car to never told us it had to be done. Well thank you Nick for being proactive!! He was great. Professional and friendly and you are lucky to have him!!!
Have used Nissan Huntington Service Dept for many, many years. Feel they are honest, helpful and reliable. They also drive me to work and pick me up when I need to leave my car for the day. Often they have it ready at lunchtime! Highly recommend.

I loved the ability to drive up and be helped right away, they were very professional and had good communication. The job was done well, but took an extended amount of time due to them being busy. I know being busy isnβt something they can control so I was willing to wait and have the job done right.
Nick assisted me the two times I used this Nissan Service location. He was wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. However, the reason I needed tire service was that this had been my third replacement tire in less than a year. I have been leasing vehicles since 2007 and only replaced 1 tire on one car. Itβs just odd.

Took my car in for a oil change and a tire check due to some concerns. I was greeted quickly and my information was taken. I waited for my car. It was ready in 40 minutes. another great experience at Nissan of Huntington.
Even though it was a last minute appointment, they took my car in serviced it right away. They found that I had a tail light out and replaced that as well. I was out in an hour and when I got into my car, they had vacuumed the interior for me which I thought was a nice touch!

I came in to have my front driver side liner replaced at 7:30am today, they had to order the part and I checked on the car around 10:12 and was told it would take around another 15 mins. I went to the extent to say I can come back later. Was informed it would be ready real soon the tech was finishing up. I checked around 10:45, was told the car was ready to go. I paid the cashier and figured Im on my way, I checked the car over, the bolts to the fender liner is loose with spacing. (I can turn the bolts with my fingers)In addition, theres a slack and spacing. They had to take the car back to fix it the right way. I would think the highly trained technician would do a once over to ensure a serviced vehicle is totally up to standards before they release a car. What a lousy job.

I had been in South and Northshore NISSAN dealers, those are the worst places to go, unprofessional, stealers. I did have to go through DMV complain to recover my money, since they didnβt want to gave back.NISSAN OF HUNTINGTON, is the best place to go. Service on time, even though that I go sometimes without appointment, very professional customer service, they suggested you services but donβt force you you to get. Waiting room is so comfortable, I have a good feeling around that place, I feel in a good hands. Love it !!!!!!
This was HAND DOWN the BEST experience Iβve ever had at any dealership EVER!!!Zach in service deserves an award!!!!I brought my car in because a different dealership (which I wonβt name) did not repair my car correctly and gave it back in a worse condition than I brought it to them in. Huntington recognized the issue right away and fixed it within a DAY!!!!!
Its never fun having to bring your car in for service, especially when it comes with an unexpected expense but with the very professional and courteous staff here along with a very clean and well appointed waiting area I always come back.

Went to 2 different dealers for a warranty issue. They did not fix the problem after 2 visits. Took the car to Huntington, they found the problem repaired it and I havenβt had a problem since.

I was called to bring in a leased Nissan Rogue for two safety calls, for which they said would only take 30 minutes over the phone. Upon arrival, I was told that the safety recalls would take an hour, to an hour and a half. I asked for a loaner, and was denied and told to wait. An hour and a half later, I asked for a status update and was told the safety recalls were only at 40% progress and they could give me a loaner now, but it the install would likely be done in 15 minutes. Not wanting to take a loaner after waiting an hour and half, drive home, and find out I have to come right back for the car, I requested a loaner, but also that they drive the car home and pickup the loaner since they had already wasted my time with a longer-than-expected service. At first they agreed, but the supervisor rejected the request because of COVID as if the dealership was taking COVID seriously in the first place (seats in waiting area are not spaced apart, nor were technicians and reps wearing masks for long periods of time throughout the service). The service manager then came by to quell my frustrations by trying to convince me that Nissan was making it up to me by completing FACTORY ISSUED SAFETY RECALLS free of charge - as if the customer would be responsible for a factory issue. Absolute joke of a dealership.
