My mom was told she needed X-ray and ultrasound.. we made the appointment by phone and there was availability today (5/5) so we were told that the ultrasound appointment was for 4pm and to just come early to do the X-ray (as no appointment was required.) we came to the location and when we arrived we were told that no X-rays were being done for today until tomorrow. Then we asked if they could take us in earlier for the front desk and the front desk they could take us in as long as there was no scheduled appointments. We decided to wait in the waiting room. There were nurses or technicians coming in and out. There was only 1 patient that came out while we waited and at no time they prioritize us until the appointment time. However, during the waiting time they were just running their mouths about inappropriate conversations and I found very unprofessional. Then WORST of all, when my mom was called in for the ultrasound one of the technicians had the nerve to step in with her drink (juice.) So in a room where you are about to do an ultrasound and being COVID you are going to take a drink inside?!?! This is far the worst place! Oh, no management either so I was told. Wow!!!! I recommend to those that do read reviews, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

I loved my experience at this Imagining Center! I was able to book an appointment within 24 hours.I highly recommend visiting on Wednesday mornings. This place offers great air conditioning, professional staff, and short wait times.

They open at 8 but don’t start taking people in till 9. Even though they have 3 techs they say the process is really slow. One lady had been here since 730, it was 930 and she still hadn’t been seen.

The service is fast and the staff are nice. Definitely I would recommend this place if you need any of the exams they offer.

I dont know why people are giving them low ratings.. I got here a bit early and they ended up letting me go ahead since the person before me was running late. The front desk was polite to me the whole time and the woman that was doing the ultrasound was soft spoken and made this whole process less scary for me. Also normally you need to be referred by your PCP or you will probably need to pay more (thats a US healthcare thing, not just them)Also when I was referred, 2 locations showed up. Call ahead to make sure you have the right address. The Zoe location closes later than the Saturn location (2 blocks away)And location is clean and well maintained.

Very unprofessional, they cancelled my appointment to give to someone else, when I called to verify all I got were lies, when asked for a supervisor they leave you on hold for long time. I will report this incident to corporate doctors.

Rude ass people was there for 10 min to ask them a simple question about there prices the gave me this nasty look and there like we dont do that here when theres a sign outside saying they do

This place does not even deserve 1 star. If there was 0 star I would of picked it. They humiliated my mother. My mom even came home crying. They say that they close at 5, I arrive at 3:35 and they say that the x-rays are from 8-3: 45 pm, and they did not want to attend me 😑

The worst service, the very impolite staff, I arrived at 3:00 pm and they no longer wanted to attend me, (as they close at 5:00) my son with the dislocated collarbone had to wait until Monday to return to be done Your X-rays We arrived at 4:00 and they already had the door closed. Terrible service. Never to return. If there were 0 stars I think they still have big.
