I’m giving this place a 5 stars ⭐️ Had a wonderful experience with the service they provided me. The receptionist and workers were really nice. They all have nice personalities. Had an appointment at 8:00 came out before 9:00. They are extremely fast and just a great place overall ☺️ Highly recommend.

My ultrasound technician was extremely nice. She explained everything to me step by step. She honestly made the whole experience a lot easier for me.

Girls in the front desk were courteous and welcoming. The service was fast although they anticipated an 1.5 hr wait I was there literally like 15-20. Technician was almost very courteous

The waiting area wad clean and neat. The intake lady was nice and professional, and the X-Ray technician wss top quality! The absolute best all around. And the wait was very reasonable. I was quite pleased.

Easy online forms to fill out for a fast check in. On check in I gave my insurance and I.D and was called in for my MRI within 5 min. Great service

Thank you for being so friendly. The receptionist young man is very helpful and he knows what he is doing. The young man who took my x-rays was so professional and made me feel very comfortable. The was a little nervous but a few minutes after I felt at home. Keep up the good work!

I had an excellent experience. Staff is very kind and friendly which makes you feel comfortable. Some of them also speak Spanish. Price is reasonable. Results take 2-3 days aproximately but, I let them know I needed my results faster and they kindly gave me a CD with the results. Highly recommended.

I arrived at my appointment late expecting to be rescheduled as I explained what happened they made accommodations for the procedures and instead of having me come back took care of it all in the same day. I love that kind of service ⭐️⭐️

I was a little afraid, seeing some pretty bad reviews for this location, but I neednt have worried! I came in about 10 minutes early for my for my 2pm appointment, and was called in to the ultrasound room a few minutes before two. Both the receptionist, and especially the technician were professional and friendly, and made me feel at ease. O was in and out in well under an hour.Parking could potentially be difficult here, but at the Zoe location street parking is free with a 2 hour limit (no meters). We were lucky and found a spot quickly, but it was definitely crowded, so be prepared for that time-wise.I would return for future exams here with no hesitation!

The Imaging facility was very professional there staff was very prompt in there service there. 8 would recommend to another client or patient if services are needed.

Front desk was great, back experience was great. I just think it would be a good idea to offer water or give a heads up of the after dizziness from radiation or whatever . I felt compressed and made it feel weird to breath . I have no phobia ... other than that the experience given by staff and establishment is great 👍

Small place but huge crowd. The accept more patient than they can handle. My appointment was at 10.20 but they check in @11.30. No place to sit. Better in Wiltshire location.

The tech who did my examen was really friendly and talked me thru the procedure explaining what she was doing.

This place has terrible service. I came in with an appointment at 12:15 pm for a CT Scan it was 1:30 pm and no one had the courtesy to notify me that it would be additional time or apologize for the inconvenience. I decided to go asked what was going on and they told me I had to wait for a tech to finish to find out how much longer. I still waited and waited so I decided to reschedule because I had somewhere else to be I think it’s so rude to not be considered of clients time and everyone seem to have a nonchalant attitude like someone could really show this people how to be empathetic

Great experience. Spacious facility. Staff are nice. They have good scheduling down for social distancing. Appointment was in and out in one hour for 2 procedures. They can get really busy so make sure you do your research online about what you are getting done. Just be sure to be the one to ask the questions and follow the directions on pre-procedure and you’ll be good to go!
