Economic transportation service many times a day from SAN YSIDRO TO LOS ANGELES

Bus is very clean, drivers very professional, and the price very affordable for people that dont want to drive, its excellent idea to take the bus to san ysidro, and walk through Tijuana Mexico.

No service to bakersfield

This bus line has always been my go to for the Tijuana Airport but not anymore. I got to the San Ysidro bus location at 4:00pm only to Be informed that the next bus towards Huntington Park would be at 8pm. This is frustrating and horrible customer service! Also, when I purchased tickets in Huntington Park, the workers never informed me about the new bus schedules here in San Ysidro. It is true what the other reviews say about this bus line, THEY LIE TO THE PEOPLE! The front desk workers here in San Ysidro also have bad customer service, giggling to themselves when I was shocked to find out the next bus would arrive at 8pm. I won’t be selecting this bus line again.

Really bad service, I waited 2 and 1/2 hours for them to pick me up in Tijuana, then after I cross to San Diego, I had to wait for another bus 3 hours. Then day didnt want to let me aboard with my emotional support dog, I showed the my license and they allowed me, but when I got off the bus driver told me just so you know I only let you in the bus because your kids are with you if not I wouldnt brought you, really I had payed my ticket round trip and had showed them my licenses and for them to treat me like that really

I am very satisfied with the timely service. I boarded the bus at 4:10am. By 4:30am we were leaving.The seats are comfortable enough to lay back and sleep! And clean bus!

Fairly cheap. LA to the border $30 RT. Usually not crowded. You can spread out. Punctuality is not a strong point for TEO. Buses seem to leave whenever. Often when the bus leaves from downtown LA and arrives in Huntington Park, it wont leave until there are enough passengers on board to make the trip profitable. That can turn a 3 hour trip into a 4 hour boredom journey. I wouldnt travel on it for a lengthy trip. But I can deal with it for a 165 mile trek to the Mexican border. Downtown LA location is in the sleaziest area of skid row. So its best not to leave or arrive there at night. Its probably best not to be there at any time of the day, but you do what you have to do.

I dont know why people complain about this business! You pay them 20 bucks to take you to Tijuana, its not like if you are going to Paris on the concord! Heck they are cheaper than Greyhound! Tip, drink 5 or six shots of tequila before you board and by the time the chicken bus gets on the freeway you are going to feel like you are Flying first class on an Emirates flight to Dubai!

Nice staff. Bus leaves on time. Used multiple times to and from LA to SD. Only complaint out of the 8 times Ive gone once the bus smelled really bad that it gave me a headache. Please sanitize the buses or dont let ppl in that smell.

It the worst I recommend you to find another one if you can cuz they have low quality service. Their bus smells like urine it gave me a headache.

Parking is limited; staff is not rude but lacks professionalism. Sometimes they lie about a bus being late when in reality, they didnt sell enough tickets and wait for the next bus. They dont care about you making you late to your destination! This should be reported to the Department of Transportation or the Better Business Bureau. Sometimes, the staff sell ls you a round trip ticket when you are riding only one way, without asking. One night, I was going to Tijuanas Airport and crossing the borderline, the driver and I found that I was the only one riding there. He was kind of reluctant to take me there because he wanted to go home. Usually you get to your destination safe and on time, but dont be surprised if this Company causes you delays and possible trouble with your connections. They simple dont care about you.

Bad service, no one to put luggage into the bootom part of bus, transfer to cross over to the Mexican border, no help with luggage again and again at the airport. Too much money poor service.

When I took my trip bus was suppose to leave at 4am didnt leave until 5am making my family late to the airport. Missed our flight had to pay for new tickets, when we came back the bus told us it will wait for us at their location meanwhile we pass the boarder bus didnt wait for us. It left us. We had to wait 2 hours for the next lady in San Isidro told us we can take that one when bus came it was full and taken had to wait for another bus at 9pm. Not only did we miss our flight, we paid more out of pocket, service was horrible and did I mention when calling their office to complain they hanged up on us twice and left me on hold for more than an hour. This happen April 15 and April 29, we filed a complain and until now no response from the manager Fabiola, spoken with Laura, Mariana, magala, and other unable to assist! This is observe by far the worst bus company Ive been too. I hope to get my full refund from this company! Unbelievable how unprofessional this company is! I dont recommend this company to anyone! Dont travel using this bus! Poor service!

Old buses, they dont keep their schedule but its cheap and they get you there. 30 bucks roundtrip LA to San Ysidro 20 bucks one way.

Why 1 star? They explained to us that a bus was going directly to the place I had planned to arrive. No we didn’t I’m away 4 hours and completely lied to me. Worse treatment ever. I was fooled.

I give it 5 stars only because prices are reasonable. Other then that a 2 star for their driver. He dropped us off in the stationat 1 am when it was closed in the middle of 7th and maple dark no one that can protect us from the men in the tents. They started coming out.So we were scared. My friend had asked the driver to wait till we got picked up. He said no and left.

Karaoke night is awsome here. Some real talent show up. Not just singers but comedians and just randomness but good. Everyone seems to know each other too. Its clasic Méxican music, mariachi stuff.

I came all the way from Mexico city on this line first to Sahuayo michocan then later to el D F to the tenochitlan pyramids in Mexico city .then back to Cojumatlan de Regulas Michocan then back to DownTown Los Angeles CA.Loved it safe clean reliable and on Time.

I dont normally take the time to make reviews but after traveling with them for the last 10 times i feel like i should to inform people about their terrible service.For one theyer never on time, they will lie to you only to sell a ticket. In addition, they drive very slow even with no traffic. Their buses are now running every 1:30 min, 30 min later then usual because they have less employees. I honestly recommend you to take another buss or experience their terrible service and share your experience.

Buses are very old and smells bad. They told us that we will leave at 6:00am BUT we left at 7:00am :( and this is always that I traveled with them. Never on time and old ugly buses.

Ive gotten on buses that stink of urine. Its so gross to travel for more than 8 hours on a buss that smells so bad. Yes the prices are low I guess but that doesnt mean you shouldnt clean your buses! Clean them! Ive gotten on three buses that stink of pee, have broken seats and Tvs and the seats crush your knees.

My family bought tickets for these busses at Tijuana, they were told it was going direct to Porterville, but when they arrived to Los Angeles the bus would stay there? So they had to buy new tickets, wait 7 hours to get a new bus to take them to Porterville. they ended up buying tickets from other busses (AMTRAK) this was a direct and fast bus!I recommend reading reviews before trusting some busses that way you can get safe and faster to your sweet home ❤️

It was a good experience we actualy got to the airport too early flight departed at 1:35 PM but we got to the airpor at 10:00 PM becuase the bus was at the station 2 hours before schedule departure and the bathrooms were clean and had a peach smell as you entered the bathroom the seats were comfortable this made it cool plus we had OnDemand video service.

Worst place to buy bus tickets to a long trip. Starting off they called me one day apart when I purchased the tickets to let me know that I would be leaving the following day because they had issues with the dates they first were selling & booking. I booked for the 20th. I left on the 14th. They are non refundable so I wasnt going to let them keep my money. Secondly, they are not set on times. I rushed my girlfriend thinking we would miss the bus since she caught an uber over and guess What? They told us our bus would arrive to aboard about 30 minutes for 4 TIMES !!! THAT WAS LITERALLY BAD.No way to charge your phone, the bus was overcrowded, the tvs and speakers were blown out but the driver didnt care full volume was there. People were complaining to turn it off. Climax point. The bus broke down getting to Obregon . Our luck, stuck in the middle of the dessert, cold and no light on the bus. Took about 35 minutes to fix. They dont have a station for drop off. Your drop off is literally a street. Any. So if youre traveling for the first time by bus I Would STRONGLY recommend not this bus. I would NEVER purchase, buy, or use this service EVER AGAIN. I would recommend Royal Tap or Grey hound .

Worst experience ever. Drivers are rude, and dont care sbout you or how late you get to your destination. Came to a last rest stop and driver refused to let me off ehile other people got off the bus and was putting gas while the bus was still on ehile having myself and more passengers inside. After that the inside of the bus heavily smelled of gas. NEVER COMING BACK! My advice is go to los paisanos for friendlier customer service and a quicker trip

Bad service !!! They don’t left until the lady inside the office wants !!! They tell you a time, but it never leaves úntil hey decided!!! And if you complain they said !!! Well if you don’t like it there other companies!!! Before you buy your ticket ask at what time is really leaving specially in the afternoon, they don’t care if your late or not the restroom stinks like someone die there for days

So far Ive had a good experience Ive traveled to tijuana airport 2 times and once to el pasó texas the only bad thing is the nasty restrooms in the bus.

Buses broke down all the time and they always arrive 1 or 2 hrs late. Everything is dirty and looks abandoned. The guys in charge of the luggage are so disrespectful with peoples stuff, they throw our luggage in or out the bus and they broke some of our personal items. When i asked to be careful he got mad and was being really rude and kept throwing everyones luggage.

Last night I travel from sacramento to los angeles, bus had too many problems, had to stop many times on the road, when we got to L. A. he kept on driving and I asked the driver, arenot you goint to stop in L. A. he saidI dont have anybody for L. A. I said I have a ticket for L. A. he got mad and said, you are gonna have to wait now. and start telling me to go back and shut up, I told him I was going to call the cops and he laugh, I called 911 and explained the problem to the cops, not even 30sec and cops were there, driver was very nice and was saying I told the guy I was sorry...needless to say, I will never travel with them again. worst the mexico... la peor experiencia de mi vida, le tuve que llamar al 911 para que el chofer me bajara. necesitan clases de etica y saber que no estan en mexico.

Service is terrible! They sent my cousin on a different bus because they were full, although she had purchase a ticket from them. When she requested to stay with the same line because of the purchase ticket she was asked to wait for three hours before the bus arrived.
