Friendly and prompt. They quickly assessed the furniture to be removed and then removed it, taking care to not disturb any part of my small apartment. Throughout the job they were professional, courteous, and made sure I was okay with everything before they started. The job was over in what felt like minutes and was worth every penny. It’s been almost two weeks so I don’t remember the names of the two gentlemen that cleared out my garage, but they were prompt, friendly and professional. I was able to make a same day appointment and although I was given a time window, they communicated through text to let me know their eta, so I did not have to wait around for them, which was really great. I had a garage full of large items, including a piano and they got rid of all of it, no problem. I was quite late for the appointment (35 min) and they were nice enough to wait! Service is very upfront with pricing and will never go beyond their estimated price. The estimate they quoted me was for 2 and 3/4ths a truck load. It ended up being 3 and then some, but they honored their estimate price as mentioned. Quick and fast, awesome employees.
