I was worried about termite infestation when I first saw two small scatterings of cricket droppings (not knowing at the time). So I called Hi-Tech Terminate Control for the inspection since they were the one who fumigated my house when I first moved in (a little less than 10 years ago).Ray (the chatty guy) came out as scheduled and started the inspection from the outside to the inside, up to the attic, down to the garage and out to the balcony. I called for an inspection on possible termites which they did for free. They sent Ray who called me to inform me he was going to be a little late which I really appreciated. Ray was very friendly and informative. As he inspected the house he educated me on termite habits and even have advice on some repairs I could do myself. He put on booties to not dirty our floors and wore a masks. In the end Ray suggested we wait and see if any more damage shows up before trying to get it treated. I appreciated the great service but above all his honesty. It makes me really feel like I can trust this company and I will certainly call Ray again if anything comes up. He, along with any other Hi-Tech employee needed for the job, shows up on time, is respectful and efficient. Jeff came out and did a detailed inspection. He was very sincere and his price was fair. Plus we didnt have to leave the house during the treatment. I was very happy with the over all experience. They gave me a 3 year warranty on my whole house.

Hi-Tech was the most thorough of the companies we had inspect our home and they had the best warranty, so we went with them for local treatment in hopes that we can avoid fumigation down the road.
