Center Termite has been servicing our home since I have been a home owner (about six years now). Not only have they taken care of the termites before moving in, but they maintain our home every year. We also get pest services a couple times each year and we haven’t really had problems with spiders or ants and I really think it’s because Center Termite does such a thorough job. They show up when they say they will and they have great customer service both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend this company.

We choose Center Termite and we have been impressed with every interaction weve had with them. We got several estimates before choosing a company and we chose based on several factors. Since our original treatment with them weve needed them to come back when we found new infestations. They offer convenient and fast appointments. I also appreciate that they are a family owned company.

Im sorry to say that I cant recommend this company for termite control. They were recommended to me by a neighbor for ant control which is probably what they are better at. Their technicians were always polite and professional.They came and drilled into our beams and put in pressurized insecticide for 3 years in a row. However the treatments NEVER worked. Every year we had termites back in the same beam just a foot further down. So I feel that my $1000 was not spent wisely. We ended up having our house tented by another company which we were very happy with.
Center Termite completed the work at my house before we sold it. Everything was so smooth from dealing with the office, the inspector, and then the guys that came and did the work. I am so happy we chose them!

Im very happy with this company. Ive used them more than a dozen times for various rental properties and have always had a good experience. They stick by their work and use technology effectively. They email me work authorizations to sign electronically and take credit cards which make things very easy. They are also very cooperative in coordinating the appointments with me and the tenant.I had a particularly tough tenant a couple years ago who was very very rude to Center Termite, but the owner/techs/office staff still helped me get the problems taken care of despite the tenant making the scheduling/visits difficult. Im very happy with them. Ive had them for general pest, roaches, and rodents. Their prices are always competitive as well and the service always seems good.
Center Termites staff does know how to run a pest control company. Last summer we had some unwanted house guests and right after hiring the wrong pest control company that we found online, we noticed they wouldnt be able to efficiently take care of our problem. After calling three different businesses, we found your company that provided real value by giving us extensive information on the problem. We could finally get rid of rodents. Thanks.

Check Yelp to see many more customers with experiences similar to our own.Weve been customers of Center Termite for a few years and weve maintained an annual contract with them for termite control. The inspectors have always been friendly and courteous, but the actual treatment has been questionable and the front desk is problematic. As to the termite treatment, its hard to tell how effective it is. What we do know is that when we go into the garage or the attic or other areas theyve treated, their chemicals have streaked the vertical surfaces, leaving an unsightly residue which I always have to remove a few days later. I thought a professional service would have a less conspicuous treatment that wouldnt leave visible residue. But weve just shrugged it off for years.We recently asked them to treat an ant infestation in our kitchen. We had to wait two weeks for an appointment (standard with them) and have recently discovered there are some outfits that will send someone within a day or two. We were also told that to treat the interior, wed have to remove food and pets for a few hours. This is not practical for us, so they said they could just treat the exterior and under the house, and it should be perfectly effective. We agreed to this. After two weeks, the inspector came and treated. The cost was $143. However, the ants stuck around. We kept waiting, thinking maybe it would take a while for the treatment to take effect, all the while debating when it was time to call Center and tell them it was still a problem. After four weeks, we realized the ants werent going away, and now they were in our food in the pantry.On Monday, July 30, I called Center to ask for another appointment, assuming we were still under warranty. Thats when I learned the work carried a 1-month warranty and since it was done on June 28, and I was calling on July 30, the warranty had expired and wed have to pay for the repeat service (and they could send someone out in two weeks)! Yes, Im sure this is all in the small print, and that technically they are right, but the line that really annoyed me was when the young woman said, Even if we wanted to do it under warranty, the system wont let us. I hate when human beings tell you that their computer or their system wont allow them to do whats right. I asked to speak with her supervisor, who held the position that the warranty expired two days earlier (over the weekend), and she repeated the talking point about how their system wouldnt allow them to make an exception. I said, Well, since your system is obviously the boss of you, can I please speak with your system? She said that she was the one who made the decisions. I replied that she had just said her system wouldnt let her do it, so doesnt that make the system the real decision maker?This was all leading nowhere, of course, so I gave up, and said I wanted to cancel the remainder of our annual termite contract and receive a pro-rated refund for the time left on the contract. But we had purchased the renewal on March 7 and it carries until next March and they dont do pro-rated refunds for cancelled contracts. I guess the system wont allow it. So we are now researching a new termite/pest control that is not a slave to their system. A lot of places pass themselves as mom-and-pop, family owned businesses, but when human beings cant (or wont) make reasonable decisions on behalf of long term customers, and choose to blame it on technology, Game Over.Center Termite is canceled.
