It was very empty but it was like 4/5 when I came in, very neat an clean, lovely employees and beautiful work, one of my nails broke due to my own misfortune, but the others I left on for around a good month before I had to go get them redone, yea it’s a little pricey, but it’s well worth it, there was no leftover acrylic or glue on my fingers they were slender, but definitely carefully layered for strength, it was a wonderful first time experience will be in shortly for a new set!

I love this place. They always take great care of me. My regulars are Heidi, Cindy and Pauline. Everyone is so friendly in this spa and it is very clean. I have been a regular there for 15 years. I recently relocated, yet I still drive to them for my services.

Nice and updated place, clean as well. Workers were friendly too. My nail salonist did a good job with gel, she was also precise. The only thing I wish for is to have the nails cut way short. I think most places dont give me the shortest possible cut though. Oh well.

Ive had my nails and waxing done here for over 6 years and wouldnt go anywhere else! They sanitize the instruments and all of their equipment. The salon is always clean and everyone is super friendly. I see Maggie for my nails and Darlene for my waxing, they are the best of the best in my opinion.

Sweat Shop operations, appearances are deceptive, I have a relative working here that states she can not take a vacation or her employment would be terminated, lunches and breaks are to be taken when it is approved based on customer traffic into the business. There was a labor department investigation but the Happy Nails lawyers found a loop hole around the charges of employment violations. It is a great case study for law students if you ever like to do a thesis on unfair employment practices.

Went in for gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure water was cold and the overall experience was not good. The technician was extremely rough and this place was overpriced.

So happy. My boyfriend referred me to this place after I called him furious with how my nails turned out at Pacific Nails on Magnolia. I shouldve come here first.

Very disappointed my first time here. Asked for basic mani/pedi with red Christmas details; brought photo and they said they could add the details. Tried to upsell the more expensive service, made fun of my toes, twittered amongst themselves in a language I dont understand which is simply rude, filed my nails unevenly, didnt have the matching nail color for my toes, the details on my feet were cartoonish and the Santa hat was not a hat at all. All this and the basic mani/pedi was $58. Ill give credit to the manager who told me she would have someone fix my nails. Frankly I had lost all confidence and an hour and a half out of my day. I will fix my own nails and not return.

This place is so dirty and disgusting. They dont clean their supplies. I got foot fungus, Ive never had it before and Im just disgusted. I will never set foot in a happy nails place again.

The ladies here did a horrible job, and they did not meet my standards. I asked for a simple nail job, and my nails came out horrible. The nails look all lifted as if they are coming off my finger nails. They even hurt my fingers tips, and the nails are not very comfortable at all. They ask customers to pay in the beginning before you get your nails done. That way you dont get a refund. Never again will I come here. Not worth it and for a simple acrylic nail job they charged me 25$ and my friend got a manicure done, and they charged her 30$. She wanted acrylics as well so she can have longer nails, but instead they cut her nails, made them short, and just painted them. It seemed as if they were in a hurry to just finish and they did my nails as fast as possible. Horrible place ladies. Dont get your nails done here. I would not recommend this place. Not a great place. They dont give refunds.
