The moment we walked in the office it was very calming experience they had on a TV channel that had calming music and was showing calming soothing scenery. I had ask the receptionist Elena for copies of our paperwork we turned into them and she was more than happy to do that for me. Then we saw Erin Ortiz and she was very pleasant, she listened to what we were saying, she was not judgmental or harsh or dismissive. She seemed like she genuinely cared which we found very refreshing from our last place that is why we left. Thank you to both of them

Erin Ortiz, PA is excellent. Her assistant Elena is excellent as well. I have always had a return call within 24 hours at most. Erin was able to diagnose & prescribe through a Zoom interview. All her recommendations have been spot on and very helpful. I highly recommend this group and especially Erin Ortiz, PA and her assistant.

Dr. Erin was one of the best Doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She listened to me and my needs and helped me 100% solve my medical issue. I’m 55 yo and I’ve met many Doctors in my lifetime wether it be for surgeries due to broken facial bones or being barbecued in a boat fire or being in car accidents that weren’t my fault to psychological health (panic attacks, phobias that followed) and anything in between, she helped me. She helped me100% psychologically. I am very grateful because everything starts from there. :)

I was searching for the right psychiatrist for my friend who is an MD PhD and very critical. Brandon Stutz is wonderful and brilliant and my friend feels he AND s in very good hands. The whole office staff is extremely professional as well. Brandon Stutz and his Associates are...the utmost professionals, warm and caring as well.

I’ve been a patient of Jessica for about a month, and she is honestly amazing. My experience with a lot of psychiatrists, in the past, hasn’t been great. I find that they either don’t listen to me, just haphazardly throw medications at me, or don’t really explain benefits/risks/etc.Jessica listens to all my concerns, offers great advice, and really allows me be an active part of my treatment. For example, she started me on a new medication and I didn’t feel like it was really working. I was taking the lowest dose. Instead of just deciding what was best for me, she talked me through the options of either increasing the dose or changing the medication completely. We decided, together, that it would be best to increase the dose and then reevaluate. The way she handled that situation not only made me feel heard, but also made me feel confident and empowered in taking guided control of my own mental well-being. She didn’t shrug off my concerns, but instead listened and explained.Another huge plus is that I never feel rushed when I’m talking to her. She doesn’t just sit in silence, write a prescription, and send me on my way. I’m taking pharmacology in nursing school right now, and she will talk to me about the medications, what they do, their mechanism of actions, etc. Which is not only great for me to learn, but as someone who likes to know how things work, it helps me understand what the “point” is of taking the medications I take. She genuinely just cares about her patients.If I could give her 10 stars, I would!

Everyone here is professional, caring and friendly. Their office environments are always clean, safe and nicely decorated. Ive been especially happy since Luther has come on board, rarely do I ever get voicemail, but if I do, he always returns calls and stays on top of things, he rocks!! And, of course, Sheena is my favorite therapist, I have tried many over the years and hope she never leaves!! I would recommend them to anyone seeking quality mental health care. 😊

Ms. Patel really cares about her patients. She takes the time to see how one is doing and how things are truly going. She makes sure medications are the correct ones for one. I have felt the difference since I have been visiting with her.

I am very pleased with the staff at PacificNeuropsychiatric. They really make me feel like they care. I have not one bad thing to say about them. My experiences have been all positive. I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Pacific Neuro Psych. Their staff are some of the most sincere and caring mental health care professionals in the area. I’ve also never run into any appointment issues or any issues for that matter. Friendly staff and very helpful professionals. The appointments are quick but the psychiatrist, there are multiple but you are paired with one and they, throughly checks on how you’re doing.

I feel my drs are interested in my care besides just being knowledgeable of my diagnosis and what medication is right for me. I have struggled many many years with anxiety and have been misdiagnosed over and over again . I know now my anxiety is not bi-polar or any other psychotic diagnosis . I have always felt safe with staff and psychologist. They listen and treat you like a human and not just a number. This place gets to the point in an out the door without any hassle. I have always hated taking medication Brandon has seriously helped me with answer any questions I have had about medication. He’s never pushed medication on me it’s been a comfortable experience.

My visit with the dr was comfortable I will be a patient for a long time with pacific it’s not easy finding a dr you feel comfortable with right away. my dr. Made it very easy for me to be comfortable

Currently, all of my meetings are via Tele med for safety reasons. I do feel however, that all my needs and questions are met and answered. My specific doctor is very quick to get prescriptions in, So that they are delivered within a timely fashion, since I am disabled. I really appreciate that. She’s also very calming and helpful when I am going through a panic attack during one of our meetings. She is firm but kind and tells me what steps I need to do, and then if those don’t work feel free to call her back. So far I have been very satisfied for the last year and a half that I have been seen doctors and PAs at the Huntington Beach location.

PNS is a great place to get help, they are very professional. I began my treatment over a year ago and I have always been treated with Respect. All good vibes from PNS.

A good listener. Compassionate. Tried to help. Still depressed but thats just me, and my first session. He said that with what I have gone through, NOT being depressed would be worrisome. My life sucks. I was riding my bike, hit by a car. Died 3 times at the scene, 3 times in helicopter to hospital. in hospital from april till October. 10 days in a coma. Broken leg, hip, ribs, and massive brain trauma. Evicted, cats murdered, belongings taken to the dump, mom died while I was in hospital, dad said Never come back. Landlord took my 99 F150, tools, rollaway toolboxes, bike parts... Best shape ever when I was hit- riding daily, 20 miles in 75 minutes. Gained 60 lbs and walk with a cane now. Had a 2000$ mtb- ruined by the accident and tossed by landlord. Yeah, depressing.

Best Mental Health Team I found in here in Orange County, Ca. Very compassionate about my mental health and well-being.

My understanding of my meds was helped a lot.

The reception desk seems to be staffed by non mental health professionals. I didnt ask them for medical advice. They mistook my anxiety over the phone for cruelness, and even after explaining that I am autistic and have difficulties with inflection and voice fluctuations, replied with are you done? As if I were being an insubordinate child. She took it very personally, and reacted in a rudely dismissive fashion.

Great group of therapists and very helpful.

Now we’re on telemedicine and everything is still great just like an office visit thank you

Dr. Patel was so eager to help and give best advice best on my situation and my current problems. She actually read all of my prior profiles from other doctors and care to prescribe medications based on her best knowledge.
