In a post-COVID environment, therapy via Zoom can be challenging. However, Anew Era TMS has a great staff and I would highly recommend their services even over Zoom. I have been working with Jaehyun for a few months and he is always informative, caring and is a great listener.

The absolute worst. No one ever answers the phone. You cant get ahold of your doctor in case of emergency. They overbook themselves so if you are a little late to your appointment, they cancel it and charge you $75.Im having a lapse in insurance, and I couldnt even get ahold of the doctor to fill my meds for 90 days. I had to go to my pcp to have them filled. Im so disappointed. They seemed so great at first, but they rush you through your appointments, dont care if you need something, and only care about money, not their patients. Do not go here.

To start, this is a wonderfully decorated and beautiful office. I appreciated the fact that I was scheduled for an in person appointment for the first visit. Starly Alvarado is so professional and thorough. The front desk was very personable and respectful. I would recommend this office for anyone that needs or wants to improve their mental health ❤️
