Toni made sure that all of my handmade Christmas gifts arrived at their destinations on time, and price compared for the cheapest price (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for each package. She even pointed out (and fixed) where my wrapping could have gotten caught on conveyors, which could have resulted in them getting lost forever if she hadnt helped me. As a bonus, I was able to avoid the long lines at the post office and other shipping companies during the huge Covid surge.With this experience in mind, when I needed to send precious cargo overseas, I knew exactly where to go. She handled my package carefully and made sure that everything was labeled properly so that it wouldnt get delayed in customs, and my package arrived safely. Even after moving an additional 15 minutes away, Ill gladly remain a loyal customer.Oh, and she has a great selection of snarky magnets, socks, hand towels and other fun little gifts with lots of personality. Ill be picking one out to add to the next package that I send to my BFF.

Toni is the Best!!She knows the value of communication and is Very friendly and Professional. I wasnt sure how to receive gifts for my box-mate without him intercepting them and running important holidays and events.😩 No surprise that she laughed when I told her my dilemma. To put it simply, she called when the packages in my name arrived. She gave me a solution with No worries and no problems😁She even offered to stay late for me next time Im running late or stuck in traffic. The website vividly advertises itself as a ups shopping center and says that it is a “UPS AUTHORIZED SHIPPING OUTLET” where they are “experts on all ups options and services,” but when I was attempting to drop off my amazon return that was affixed with the correct UPS return label, the lady was blatantly rude and went on a 10 minute tirade over how amazon is horrible. Her arrogance in regards to the topic was horrible and when you even try to say something she will just throw a temper tantrum and tell you that “the conversation is over.” I will never step foot anywhere near the monstrosity of a business ever again. It is such a pity that she wastes the prime business location with a mailing center where she complains about “not making any money from.”

Ive had a mailbox here for a couple of years and have always been happy with the service. Toni is so nice and very helpful. I would reccommend this business to everyone.
