Ordered 2 design keys and 1 brass. It spit out 2 brass and 1 designed.No customer support response. It is just a key but better to just get a person make it in the same amount of time and they can fix any issues.

Key did not open my door. I had to go to ace hardware, which was cheaper and their key copy worked in my door.

Automated Kiosk did a good job, didnt take too long and the keys worked. Only complaint is the emailed receipts are very clunky. All someone needs is single page with no graphics showing the service provided, the date and the cost.
