Terrible.Ripoff. Not a real Verizon store. False Advertising

My iPhone crashed on me earlier this week. I tried everything I knew to make it operational. Needless to say, in this day and age many of us are tied to our phones for daily work and communications. I was at a loss. I went to this Verizon store and was warmly greeted by Robert V. He asked how he could help me and I told him my story. He also tried to get my phone to work and he was not able to make it operational. It was time for a new iPhone. Robert walked me through all the options and I chose the new SE. Robert was patient with all my questions and understood my frustrations with having a broken phone. He had everything set up on my new iphone in a short amount of time and I was back up and running by the end of the afternoon. A big thank you to Robert and Team for their knowledge and assistance. Not sure they know what they are doing here - took me 4 hours to get a new phone and service setup and it still wasnt setup right. Plus, I was told I could get a $300 rebate for turning in my old phone (so paid $80 to fix the screen) and ended up only getting $25 (so lost money on it!) and was told my line would be $70/mo but am being charged $90/mo. Not sure if they are dishonest or just incompetent but get EVERYTHING in writing before you pay anything... or better yet, shop elsewhere.

Only place I go for my Verizon needs. They are not a licensed or subcontracted store they are truly owned by Verizon. Can get a little busy in there but the service is good and they do try to take care of you as quick as possible.

Completely new people for the first time ever. These guys are the real deal and make it happen. The store on beach made me wait an hour and then told me they couldnt help me I came to Carls Jr and decided to stop in here. Withing 10 minutes, everything I needed was done and accurate and the guys were great and friendly.

Nobody here. 45 minutes of waiting. For a simple activation of a hotspot device. Terrible customer service. Taking there sweet time.

I actually give them zero stars! Been trying to call the store for over a month! It goes right to voice mail... But mailbox is full! My 82 year old mother has gone to the store several times & its always closed....during business hours. Lights on but no one home. Tanner & Louie at this store put unauthorized charges on her credit card almost monthly. We are on family plan & she paid for upgrade for me & they told her 2 months ago they sent it to me, I live in Washington. I have not received it. But she had a $400.00 charge on credit card to insure this phone I never got & she didnt ask for insurance! Unable to contact anyone with Verizon. When I did finally reach someone, all they did was try & sell me stuff. I got so frustrated I had to hang up! Have not been able to contact anyone to resolve this so I will also be filing fraud charges & charges against Tanner & Louie for elder abuse! This store & the employees are scammers! Beware!,

Waited over month for phone. Never returned phone calls. Finally made fraud report to Verizon. Had given my phones to another customer . Unethical sketchy operation. People seemed nice and local business so I used them. Never again. Verizon should shut them down. Terrible way to treat customers.

Horrible experience in this store. Will not be back even though it is a few minutes from my house. They put you on the spot for a 5 star review while still in the store. I never give reviews but they deserve this one.

The manager at this location is absolutely the best. He helped me save money on my bill and I ended up with the best devices. Bilal took care of me Ive been coming to this store for a year and hes never failed me. Thank you Verizon of Bolsa Chica!!!!

This store should get an award and every other Verizon employee should stop by this store and take some lessons. Why doesnt anyone else understand like these guys do that customers should be treated with honesty, dignity and respect. Im not some snob who demands things but I do want what I deserve and I definately got it at this store.

Beware this location, they double charged me and have yet to issue a refund. Refused to give me a receipt as well. I have reported this location to the Better Business Bureau, and will be involving local law enforcement come July 5th. Stay away!

I was dreading getting a new phone cuz of the process.( it can be a little intimidating not knowing the technology or verbage of what theyre trying to say about each phone) but Chris Jen and Jasmine at three different times who I talk to were very nice patient informative and non intimidating. I ended up buying from Chris. He spent the right amount of time getting me the phone.

Amazing service from Malik here in this Huntington Beach location. These guys really know how to help the elderly with new phones and all this technology that were not used to.

When I first arrived, the rep Tarik, was balancing 4 customers. He welcomed me and I waited my turn on the couch. I had my reservations being that there was only 1 rep with various people as compared to when heading to an apple store where there are more reps than customers, but he did an excellent job managing all the tasks of each visitor.In between clients he had previously been working with, he asked me how he could help me. I explained that I was interested in purchasing a new phone. I hadn’t done much research so he answered a few quick questions and I simply did some research while waiting.He was able to help me to consider various options and was patient with me as I asked further questions. Really appreciate his honesty and hard work in helping so many customers. There should have been two or three other reps for the amount of people he was helping, but everyone seemed happy with how he was able to manage the floor.Tarik was able to make recommendations and discuss various pros/cons. Very knowledgeable and helpful.If you go to this location, I would highly recommend connecting with Tarik. I haven’t meet any of the other reps, but I can say that he did an exceptional job. Thank you Tarik! Great stuff man!

By far my favorite Verizon store in OC to go to for new phones and questions. These employees really make you feel at home and will do anything to get you the best deal on a new phone. They take their time with you and always make sure you leave with a smile :)

I have never wrote a commet on a buisness before. But I paid for a phone with upgrade and never got the phone or the money back. I have called them over and over, I went to the store. Ive gotten the bs run around. I have caught them lying. They treat you like its no big deal.You would think Verizon would pull there products from them. Manger took the order and the money. Go figure, I have gave them almost 2 months to save faith. Not one phone call.

I brought a Droid 2 that required activation into this location. Instead of bypassing activation as I requested he tried to sell me a new cell phone and told me I had to go to a corporate store which wasted even more of my time. By tapping all four corners of the screen in clockwise Direction you can bypass all activation codes. Nobody at the store knew this? Seems like you guys need to brush up on your slightly outdated phones

Jake, salesman, Balil, Manager, Malik, owner are all pieces of work. Ive been dealing with them for almost 3 months to get then to reverse the charges I wasnt aware of. The salesman is a scam artist and got me to sign a contract for 755.00 that I never received a copy of. Could have went through my insurance for 185.00. He stated my bill would only be a couple dollars more a month. Its 31.00 more a month. I didnt know until I received my first bill. Balil is nice but non responsive to the matter at hand. His texts state they are reversing the charges. The owner, Malik, and Balil have been saying that they will take care of this issue and the charges arent reversed yet. I have text messages, emails and several calls to Verizon for help. The district manager, Tracy, is unresponsive to my email and this whole situation has been a nightmare. DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE EVER! THE BOLSA CHICA STREET IN HUNTINGTON BEACH.
