Not very pleased lately with the customer service. Lost network connection over the last weekend and could not be told why. Put in a service order on Tuesday morning that was to be addressed within 2-4 hours, but didnt hear from anyone until 8:30 p.m. while kicking it on the couch. I was asked if I had connectivity, but never told why I had lost it in the first place.Unfortunately, not the first time weve lost connection. Its pretty sporadic at times. Not sure its worth what theyre charging ๐ค
We recently purchased new phones and switched our office phone service to WiLogic and have been very pleased with the new equipment and service. Customer service is excellent! Kelly took the time to really understand what we need in terms of equipment and the installation crew (George and Mike) did a seamless job porting our numbers and training the office staff on how to use the new equipment. There were no interruptions to our phone service at all and now we have better functionality on our phones. I highly recommend WiLogic for great phones, customer service, and delivering on their promise.
Internet is very slow and disconnects randomly all the time. Very unstable and over priced for what you get.
I have had internet with Wi-logic for a year and two months. Since November and December of 2020 the internet has worked less then it works. In the last month the internet is down more then half the day and when it does work its barely usable. I have called customer service and technical support to no avail. They continue to tell me they will call me back and no one ever calls. If you miss your payment they will call within hours continuously. For $65 a month go with Frontier or Hughes net. If you need reliable internet service do not use wi logic. I will be canceling at the end of my billing cycle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
My Name is Jesus Gonzalez and I have been a customer of this great company WILOGIC Inc, which has provided me for 14 year superior Internet and phone service to my Financial Services business branch here in Anaheim, California. I highly recommend it because even the very owner (George) gets back to me every time I have a question, Jeff is so knowledgeable that solves all situations fast, and Kelly is always there to assist. I am very pleased with not only their service but the quality of people they are, as well as for the customer service inclined they are.
The worst internet company ever! Theyโre the only isp in our area and my god I want to move out of here ASAP. For the price we pay, we couldโve gotten 100mb/s from other competitors but weโre stuck with max 10mb! Itโs terribly slow and keep getting dropped from conference calls and disconnected for minutes at a time throughout the day. Up to 20 times a day!!I highly donโt recommend company to anyone! Keep looking around for other isp companies and donโt sign a contract with Willogic unless itโs your only choice. Itโs ridiculous. For the internet speed and service we get from Wilogic we shouldnโt have to pay more than $20/monthEither lower your price or use the money you get from us and invest in better infrastructure. Every time we call to complain about the speed we always get the same canned response from them and itโs so annoying.
The new media department is phenomenal! Customer service is friendly and happy to answer any questions we have. It is always great to work with another family owned business. We look forward to working with them for our advertising needs!
I have been a client for a few years. Overall, things have been great. Does service go down once in a blue moon? Yes, but what company doesnโt? My experience with WiLogic has been exceptional and I highly recommend them. Thank you everyone
This company is fabulous. World Class Customer Service and high quality internet service. Jeff Hanks the Manager is remarkable. He cares about his customers and makes a difference.Wilogic is very reliable. I highly recommend. I have been a customer for 4 years and refer all my friends and relatives.
No idea how they survive, other than exclusive zones of operation. They charge more than the other local services, yet the speed is maxed at 20MB (my mobile phone gets up to 30MB on 4G)......and most of the time its half of that. They literally brag about how robust the service is, but just two people using it at once causes slowdowns, much less a household. There are also near daily drop-outs, and support mostly blames the users for issues, and never calls back when promised.....yeah, Frontier is also a very mixed bag, but better than going back to what feels like DSL speeds.update......Still have questions about their price point, considering the slow speed. But have been in touch with support and trying to work out the issues (to which they are now very communicative).
If youre tired of Verizon ( and other big company) tell you one thing and do another with your phones and internet and take days to resolve issues then call the guys at Wilogic. They just get it done. No BS and very fair pricing.
As much as I really enjoy having my own practice for several years, one of my main challenges was dealing with a major phone company, paying them so much. Then, I met Joey from WiLogic 4 years ago and he told me that they have a different solution for me. When he invited me to their headquarter office in HB, I was introduced to Kevin Rhue and the rest of his team. I was very impressed with WiLogics Family atmosphere and how well-tuned they were as a team. I switched my phone and internet services to WiLogic immediately. George came over to my office to make sure all of my staff were properly trained. I am absolutely pleased with their customer service, as they are always professional and one step ahead of the rest, and I am saving a lot money. Thank you Joey, Kevin and George.

I have to admit it is the best company to work for by far!Im coming up on 7 years of employment with WiLogic and one of the best things about this company is they treat their customers and employees like family. I see a long future with WiLogic and I am super excited to see where this company goes. I have been meaning to write a review for WiLogic for eleven months and am now taking the time to write this review. I too am a business owner and the way they speak to their customers and treat them is completely unprofessional and very conning. Unfortunately, I was tricked by Jared Burch into signing a 3 year contract at Wilogic. I trusted him as friend as we were connected through a networking group called BNI. I have to remain a customer until my contract expires, but I wanted to warn others of this and their manipulative business tactics. I called Jared Burch and emailed the company giving them a chance to make things right by me.The story in a nut shell is this: I switched to WiLogic from Vonage in 2016. I first signed up for 4 phones. They sold me Grandstream phones that can be be purchased on Amazon for $33 each for $189 and $245 each. The phones needed to be programmed, so I hesitantly paid more for them. They installed the phones and everything was going fine for nearly one year. At this point, I would have been a lifetime customer. I gave them referrals and recommendations as I was quite pleased with them.On June 8th, 2018 I was testing a new business model and was hiring several new team members and needed new phones. I called Jared and requested 7 new phone lines and phones, again paying 400% the cost of the same phones that I could purchase on Amazon. I was happy to do this as I was supporting a local business and I strongly believe in doing that.On September 20th, 2018, I emailed WiLogic asking them to suspend or close down only four of our eleven phone lines for our slow season. My emailed was ignored so I called Jared Burch. He stumbled around the situation and finally said, we cannot suspend any lines for you. You signed a 3 year contract and it was in the fine print. I questioned him and told him he never said I was signing a 3 year contract. I asked him how he could do that to me and why he wasnโt clear about that as he was a friend a friend of mine (I thought). I again said, I was a loyal customer that gives him referrals and group recognition and he should make it right by me. He said, (Ha Ha Ha chuckling to me as he said this in a taunting tone) ...โwell, we have to make money somehow!โUnbelievable. This is a discusting and unprofessional way to handle a customer objection whether right or wrong. I am embarrassed to have ever called him a friend and that I vouched for him to a group of my professional peers.I was simply asking for a suspension of a few phone lines (of our many) for a few months and then to turn them back on in the spring. They refused to work with me on this. Small local companies must offer better service than this. They must be more flexible and understanding of small business owners situations and needs. They must work very hard to distinguish themselves from the large competitors in their space and that would give them such an advantage over the big guys. WiLogicโa refusal to do this and see the must larger picture shows what kind of company they are and what kind of company they will become if they make it.In effort to allows attempt helping customers do better, even when they are poor with me, I will leave them with these three quotes in hope that it will make them a better company.Good customer service costs less than bad customer service.Customer service shouldnt just be a department, it should be the entire company.Happy customers are your biggest advocates and can become your most successful sales team.Next year on July 14th, 2020, I will be cancelling my entire relationship with WiLogic. It is sad that due to them being inflexible, they will loose what once was a very loyal and happy customer for them. I was and am a town choir. I have given them nearly a year to make this right for me and they have proven to not care. This is the only negative review I have written about a company in 2 years and I have written hundreds of outstanding reviews. That speaks volumes.

Great support. Whenever I call I always get a live person immediately. We switched from a way overpriced and unreliable Verizon plan over 6 years ago and never looked back. It has had a few minor hiccups, but they always answer and respond right away.
Unfortunately they are the only ones we are allowed to use in our complex if we could we would get someone else they are unreliable spotty at best this Internet is not worth the $60 that Im paying for it
Im in North Orange County and for the last 18 years in business we have had absolutely horrible phone and internet service from the only company available in our area. Our internet speed from the 3 lettered company averaged 3.2 mbps on a good day. One day in March of 2018 a guy named Jared Burch comes into my business on a unrelated matter and I brought up the horrible internet service we have and he said he might be able to help out with that. I was skeptical because so many people representing even larger companies had said the same thing with no results. A couple weeks later Wilogic installed a new VOIP system and rock stable 10 mbps of internet.Seriously, with the increasing demand for better internet speed to run our programs it was like a weight has been lifted.Their after the purchase service and support has been great. George and the crew came in got everything installed. My customers ask who the smooth Jazz voice is on the inbound call greeting and I tell them oh, thats George the guy who installed our phone system.Thanks Wilogic

WiLogic has been our business ISP and phone service for the past 7 years. We recently signed up for their IP phone service and we love it. Kevin, Jeff and the whole crew there have been great to work with. I highly recommend WiLogic!
Horrible internet, cant have more than 2 devices connected on the wifi without experiencing major and unexciting lag or continuous buffering! And no customer service on weekends!!!!
