Ive been going to the Perfect Workout for over 3 years now. As an active 77 year old woman that doesnt like to exercise, I have them to thank for keeping me strong. I play a lot of golf so I can visually see how much this is helping me in how far the balls travel.It always feels safe and only spending 20 minutes twice a week is terrific.

Best workout ever and best thing you can do for your health! Safe and individual training thats atypical of what were conditioned to believe regarding weight training. The science of slow motion strength training needs to be a bigger focus in the health & fitness industry!
This is a terrific personal training experience that I have found extremely helpful with my fitness and strength. The training is entirely doable even for seniors like me and gets results. The personal attention cannot be replaced in a gym setting abs my trainer, Roben, is excellent. I’m glad this is an essential service and all the covid safety protocols are followed. I did a trial for one month last Sept...signed up for a year by end of Oct...the results have been GREAT for me!! I have always been more of a cardio only junkie, but saw that I was losing muscle tone quickly after turning 55, will be 57 in a few months and cant wait for summer now! thanks so much to all the great trainers they have and for the consistent pushing to just do 1 more!

I’ve been doing 20 minutes/twice a week for about 3 years at The Perfect Workout HB. I feel much stronger and more confident about my strength. Trainers are very attentive and drive you to get the most out of these sessions. I have never been able to stick to an exercise program for this long in my whole life!!!
I have been a client of The Perfect Workout for four years. I have enjoyed my time there immensely. All of my trainers have been excellent. I have some health issues that can come up suddenly, necessitating me to cancel a session. There has never been a problem with needing to do so. The level of understanding and caring is unparalleled. If you need a trainer and can only spare twenty minutes twice a week, this is the place for you! You will get healthier and your body will improve!
Heading into my 60s, i knew i needed to add strength training to my walking regimen. Since joining Perfect Workout in 2016, i have appreciably added overall body strength. The trainers are encouraging and professional in every way.
The Perfect Workout is just that....Perfect! I have been doing this for several years now and can speak to the effectiveness of workouts. For my age (72) I am quite strong and healthy. I have a personal trainer who is with me constantly during my workouts and helps me do the exercises correctly. All the trainers are very nice and are required to have an education in the field. There are very expensive and effective machines on which I do the exercises. And the theory behind the slow weight workouts makes sense to me as a nurse. The cost is a little high but if you break it down per session, it is quite reasonable. Besides, how much does poor health cost us in doctor visits, possible hospitalizations, and poor quality of life. I highly recommend this service to all, but especially to those in the 60 to 100 age group.
Everything is great including the methodology, the equipment, the trainers, the facility, the nutritionist, the ease of scheduling, the availability of the trainers, and the great articles from the CEO! Having a trainer and appointments every week definitely made me work out. And knowing it was only 30 minutes or less made it convenient.
Perfect Workout HB has been a great place for me to help me get my strength training. Mina is my trainer and is always super positive, encouraging and knows what shes doing, she is really conscious of my form so I dont injure myself. Ive been at this location for several years and always look forward to my workouts.

At 74, its hard to believe how much further I am hitting the golf ball. The only change is my twice a week, 20 minute workout. Even my golf buddies have noticed.
