OC Steamers is so great. Special shout out to Rene. We called last minute, he arrived on time, he was kind, helpful, and was able to accommodate us when the first place we called wouldn’t. We live on the second story and he was able to figure out a way to make it work. The pet smell we called about is gone and we are SO happy!

This was our first time with this company. Courtney was a professional and did a very good job. We like the way our carpet looks now and shall call him back every 6 months for maintenance.

I set appointment for the following week. I was very impressed with the work and quickness. My carpet looks so much better, and my wife is very pleased with their work. Thank you for saving my carpet and tile - I just moved into a new condo and the carpet was dirty and smelled like a dog kennel. They were more thorough than previous companies that had worked on my carpets. The most important thing to me is that their technicians were professionally trained to do their jobs. Called Rene of OC Steamer and made appointment.They showed up on time.They had OC Steamer shirts on so you knew who they were when they showed up at your door.They asked what you wanted and what your expectation was for the result.They offered options and suggestions. They told you the price.The two people worked well together and were efficient - so they werent doing the same thing but in different places- one did something to prep the area for the next one to do his thing.Their equipment worked well and didnt leak.They acted professionally - they worked and werent joking around.So I would highly recommend them.Oh yes- the carpets in 4 bedrooms, stairs, landing and sofa turned out GREAT !!!

Im always hesitant about hiring carpet cleaners as you just never know the quality and trust factor of these companies (sorry to say!). But finding OC Steamer was a relief!!! The company is local to Huntington Beach, but services all over. They accomplished everything I was hoping for. Initially thinking I would just do a couple rooms, I decided to do the whole house package. They showed me some sample tile/grout work they could do to my kitchen floors, so theyll probably be back soon for that! Anyway, the team they have is professional - and with that I mean: on time, friendly, detailed workers, give excellent results, and are careful moving around the house. Highly recommend.

You never know what to expect when you outsource something like carpet cleaning, or atleast i dont. Awesome Job on carpet and tile cleaning

My puppys mess had gotten pretty bad but the technician at OC Steamer came out and removed all the stains and the smell was completely gone in a couple of days:)
