They answered all of our questions and gave us a few tips on caring for our carpets in the future. They were also able to give us an appointment just two days after I called. Now that we know how good our carpets can look, we will defiantly be scheduling yearly cleanings.

Just the worst experience i have ever had. Did not clean the carpets and I paid an outrageous amount of money. They left my house unlocked upon completion. I was not home for that week, the turned on my A/C and left it running with all windows open and front door unlocked. I called to have them come and complete the job that they didnt finish and had three different representatives tell me that they have to ask their manager, who was conveniently not in at 9am, 12pm or 2pm on a Monday. Classic rip off of a company. Please dont trust them.

We moved into a new place and the carpets smelled like dog, even after them came by. These guys got rid of the smell and made the carpets look a lot better. They are very prompt and very cost competitive. This is the 2nd time weve used them and they have done a great job both times.
