Had the carpet in my house replaced. I was worried about computer and TV equipment. But the installers did an excellent job and kept the router connected so I had internet during the installation

We had our entire kitchen remodeled and vinyl plank floors installed throughout our house. Universal did a fantastic job. The workmanship was excellent. The workers arrived on time just as they said they would and this large job was finished in a timely manner.Ladan, the company representative that assisted us was excellent. Ladan helped us choose the materials that would best suit our home and she worked with us throughout the installation process. If an issue came up, and they always do, we contacted Ladan and she resolved the problem to our satisfaction very quickly. Universal, Ladan, and the workmanship were all excellent. I would highly recommend this company if you are considering work in your home!

My neighbor used Universal Carpet & Flooring and recommended them to us. I am so glad that she did too!We went to the Huntington Beach location to look at flooring and we were greeted by Pani, our sales representative. Pani graciously showed us several different products based on our needs. We made an appointment to have the samples we picked out brought to our home and also to have the house measured.Pani arrived right on time. She very patiently helped us sort through the samples. After an hour or so of not being able to make a decision, Pani offered to drive back to her store to pick up additional samples and then brought them back to us.About a week later, our floors were being installed by Valentine and Jose. I could not be happier with these guys. They were on time every day, very polite, they cleaned up at the end of each day, and their work is perfect! I have NO complaints at all.Pani also followed up with a couple of phone calls, in addition to stopping by during the installation of the floors to ensure that we were happy with everything.I am a truly thankful and very satisfied customer.
