Getting the roof replaced on my 50 year old historic house was a breeze thanks to David and everyone at Inner City Skyline. They handled everything from permits to financing to final inspection and clean up. They didnt start when they planned...they started 2 weeks early! And they were finished in no time. We have had our Inner City Skyline solar panels and system for almost 2 years. The installation was done very professionally and the result has been fantastic. It has allowed us to install a heat pump for our lower level and recently a hot water heat pump for hot water. This has saved our old boiler and lots of money, not to mention the environment.Last week my Solar system went down, 1st time ever. I struggled a bit trying to get it reconnected. The panels were still creating energy but I could not see the results. I called Inner City Skyline and they sent me an email soon there after with instructions as to how to re-establish the gateway to my router. It took a couple of tries and it was back up and communicating.Without the prompt attention to my need by the Customer Service team I may have struggled for days rather than hours. In addition, the customer service representative followed up and dialed into my system to check it out later that day. All is fine was her email and it has been fine ever since.This is Customer Service at its finest!! Thanks Team!!

John is very detailed, punctual, and does a fantastic job. Hes moderate on pricing; not the lowest, but not the highest and overall the work he does is worth it. Hes very particular and doesnt cut corners. Im a realtor and I always refer him to my clients. Ive gotten great reviews on him from each client and every house that hes rehabbed for me that Ive sold has gotten top dollar.

They gutted our master bath and replaced everything, changed from tub to shower. Very detail oriented, quality is excellent. Have many capabilities. They have also done other work for us and did a great job. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We contacted a few contractors here in the OC & scheduled a few quotes. We received a few quotes from local contractors but the best price for our money was Inner City Skyline. Their Rep showed up on time & he showed us a few samples of other projects they had done before. We really love a design they showed us from an old home that decided to go modern with their kitchen, so we decided to do something similar. David, their rep, was really friendly & professional, he showed up with all his Covid-19 protective gear which gave us extra piece of mind seeing how this company was taking all steps recommended to prevent any spreads. So we decided to go with Inner City Skyline for our Kitchen & Bathroom remodeling project. Inner City Skyline was on time & finished the project a few days before the due-date that they previously had giving us. The results were amazing, the appearance of our condo went from a 1990s condo to a modern, 2021 condo. Everyone, family & friends love the way it looks now, our kitchen looks amazing, the lighting fixtures they installed makes our kitchen come alive, which by the way, we highly recommend any homeowners out there thinking on installing lighting fixtures to do so, you wont be disappointed. Inner City Skyline bribed me with $1000 to not write this review. Do not hire them for any of your projects. A warning from someone who has experienced their unprofessional service.We paid for a professional general contractor to remodel our kitchen and experienced a nightmare that is still affecting our family today:To summarize a 16 page document I have outlining all the issues:One of their employees confronted me in front of my wife and kids and I had to ask the owner to get the employee off the job and that same employee came back a few days later inferring that a lean could be placed on my house because the owner wasnt paying him for the work he had done.A few days ago, Inner City Skyline sent me a document they wanted me to sign titled “Compromise Agreement and Mutual Release” which would release Inner City Skyline of “any and all past, present, or future claims, demands, obligations, on all theories of recovery”. I have already paid off half of the project and will continue payments as agreed upon by the terms and conditions but the company is trying to get out of their end of the bargain by not backing up the warranty or quality of their work if anything breaks. The document also states: “Inner City Skyline agreed to issue $1000 credit to customer towards the project for interruptions during the project. Contractor and customer agreed to release each other from future liabilities. Customer also agreed not to share any feedback in anyway by anyone on social media and online regarding the company.” This was in no way discussed nor was the understanding that the money the owner offered us a gift for all the hassle we went through going to be used as a bribe to get us to not write a review about what had happened.Today, I was contacted by another Inner City Skyline employee asking if i had signed the document.The Inner City Skyline Employee wrote:“I understand *name redacted* (the owner of the company) talked to you two weeks ago and he told you that when you discussed on discount.”I replied:“the fact that this is being phrasing as a discount speaks volumes to the complete misunderstanding of the conversation. We spoke about our numerous issues with your company and the nightmare we experienced and asked that we be given a chance to re-evaluate the price because we payed for a professional installation but received the opposite experience. This is not a discount or a payoff to keep us from writing a review. *name redacted* (the owner) phrased it as a gift as a way of saying sorry for the trouble we experienced. We didnt ask for a discount as if we were buying a final product with a coupon code, we wanted recognition of the extreme stress and hardship your company put my family through. This isnt up for debate, all parties recognize the issues involved with the job yet for some reason im being asked to sign a document stating that we wont tell anyone about the issues we experienced. This was never agreed upon and we dont like the implication that we are receiving a discount of $1,000 if we dont tell anyone about our experience. Frankly, it looks like youre trying to pay us 1k to not tell the truth and its a bad look on your company. We are paying our monthly payments in full and will have the project completely paid off on the agreed upon terms. Please stop reaching out to us and reminding us of how terrible our experience has been with your company. We want to put this whole thing behind us and do the right thing. We ask that you respect our wishes to leave our family alone as we are done with your company.”A few minutes later, I received a call from another employee at Inner City Skyline demanding I sign the document or the $1,000 “discount” we were given would be taken back. I told him to send us the bill because we weren’t going to sign the document.My advice, don’t hire this company. It’s not worth putting your family at risk and dealing with a completely unprofessional business like Inner City Skyline.

Everyone was really nice, friendly, helpful, they cleaned up great, and were a pleasure to do business with! The end product was exactly what we wanted. My bathroom was done with the highest quality and came out so beautiful!

We ran across an ad for ICS in a home repair magazine. my wife and I were interested in updating an entertainment wall in the family room that would require changing a 11 foot wall to accommodate a wall mounted TV and electric linear fire place. ICS also does fencing, so we had them install 60 linear feet of fence for a dog run.Ben from ICS came out and gave us a detailed bid. He was very professional and understood what we wanted. We are happy with both projects.

They offered options and suggestions to get the desired final product, quickly responded to questions and were great at providing updates as the projects progressed. David and his crew were here on time every day and worked in some nasty weather to get the siding up. It looks wonderful. Jhon did a makeover on our deck. They had to pound the ice off the old deck so they could remove it. The new deck is a huge improvement. Everyone was friendly, professional and easy to approach with any questions or concerns. I would gladly hire them again.

I hired Inner City Skyline to do a roof for me. After narrowing it down to 2 companies it was the salesman David who sold me on Inner City. He was very thorough and explained the whole process. From there I spoke with project manager John. I was kept constantly in the loop. On the date of install, my field supervisor ran me through the days progress. All of them were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I greatly appreciate the job that was done by all of the ICS team. I will be using them again for decking and doors. I would definitely recommend this company!!!

The kitchen was too small, the dining room was too big and there was a wall between them. That was the problem I presented to our kitchen remodeling contractors. They looked at the wiring, the plumbing and access above and below. We all came up with a plan, price and time frame that worked. Big success. These remodeling contractors are truly professionals.

Had an appointment with this company, they called to confirm. I called back 20 minutes later and was told they completed their schedule and could no longer accommodate me. That it was too late. With that being said i did argue about the timeframe of my return call then asked to speak to the owner. I was then told they would accommodate me later in the day as they had inspections. I basically informed him we are in construction and know how inspections work.My knowledge of this company is that they do not keep appointments set by their people. They lie as to why. If they had been honest and because we are owners of a construction company we probably would have worked with them. But since they lie I would not recommend them.

This is a very good company. Any type of remodeling you need landscapeing solo panels or what ever else you may need they can handle the job. There prices are amazing and affordable. There sales people had an answer for every question i had and were very knowledgeable. I recommend this company to everyone looking to upgrade or make changes to there home. Its very hard to find honest people these days but i have the up most trust and faith in this company. Try them out before going any where else you will be very pleased and happy with the outcome.

Inner city skyline was different. Very professional and polite! John gave me a deal on replacing the entire kitchen what others were giving me for a few new cabinets. The work was done perfectly. I enjoyed working with John. He answered all my questions, made sure the work was done properly, and now we have a beautiful new kitchen.

I requested a free quote from Inner City Skyline and the experience was so painless and exciting. I had a professional arrive at my house and go over my landscaping project. My kitchen cabinets were falling apart and wanted to redo it but just the cabinet surface. We had a few contractors come out, but Inner City Skyline actually quoted us and was within our budget. We had Rony redo the cabinet from coco color to dark blue with gold handles. Looked elegant and project came out exactly as i hoped. Thank you Rony and your crew! Amazing work.

They removed asbestos from my parents a.c. vents and replaced the vents. They made them sign an arbitration contract. When they reinstalled the new vents they didnt properly seal them. The vents they installed are the lowest quality. After less then two years, they have to be completely replaced due to rodents being able to enter the vents due to poor workmanship and lack of properly sealing the vents. When I contacted them I was told they did nothing wrong and that we needed to contact and exterminator. My parents had owned this house since 1970. Until these people worked on the house we had never had rodents in the vents. They wouldnt call me, sent me an email. When I sent one back requesting a phone call, it went unanswered. My father passed away in August my 72 year old mother has been sick, coughing, and once we quit using the air/heat it stopped. Now we are faced with paying another company to do the job correctly. Proceed with caution with this company.

They are scam artist, they use false telephone numbers to get you to answer the phone and try to get you to tell them if there is something wrong with you house so they can cam and fix it. They sound all friendly as if theyve known you for years, but as soon as you tell them I do not want to be called they hang up on you. I have tried getting a hold of a manager there and no one will put me through. I would not use such scam artists if my life depended on it.
