Manager Annabelle at Public Storage in Gothard street Huntington Beach was excellent. She gave us bottled water while we were loading our things into the unit in a heat wave and saved the day. It took us a while to unload a large truck; Annabelle came by a bit later and gave my little girl (and us) yummy popsicles ....just phenomenal service! John has been great right from the beginning. I had originally made a reservation with another location the area but did not like the customer service so I tried his location. Right away I new this was the better choice by how John treated me. He was kind and friendly and super helpful. He make a point to fully explain all policy and procedures and pointed out all the improvements made to the location. Every time I stop by I always see him onsite working in the office or cleaning around the yard. Go see John for great service!

I just left Public Storage at Gothard in Huntington Beach. I was very overwhelmed this morning when the family member that was going to store my items informed me they couldn’t do it anymore. I’m so glad I found this location mainly because of the person running it, John. After calling different storage locations, I decided to go with this one. John put me at ease informing me about the promotion they are running, advising about the size I need and showing me a clean unit. Annabelle was an angel, she was willing to stay late and help out my friend on getting his storage unit set up at a competitive price as other storage places. The decision to use PS was that they have access till 9pm where the other places all closed earlier, and the kindness of Annabelle.

I have been renting here for quite some time, Im always happy to see Joy, she is so amazing. Today I met Heidi, and I really like her too. She is very out-going and sweet. She asked me to let everyone know about my experience here. This facility is clam and clean. No weirdos, hanging around the facility. I feel like my stuff is safe. They might not have a lot of available spaces, but thats because of how great the facility is. If you can get the size you need make sure you get it, cause they go quick.

Anabel in the front office is friendly, effecient, and goes out of her way to make customers feel welcome and is patient with customers who are new to the storage system! Prices are great here!

This location is amazing! the customer service is always great here. I have never had any problems.. Kristy (i hope i spelled her name right) is always so helpful. I have been to another location and it was terrible so i ended up switching locations to this one.

I visited Public Storage today in search of a storage room for my mothers belongings who will be moving in with me. The young lady that helped me out was so nice and friendly. Since I know nothing about storage I had many, many questions and Joy answered all them and made me feel really comfortable. She took me out and showed me a few different size units so I could get an idea of how much space we were talking about. After we go through my moms things this weekend and figure out how much room we need, I will be back to see Joy. Thank you Joy for all your help today, it was very nice to deal with someone who was so caring for my situation.

I had a great experience with Public Storage! I was reminded of my payments and any changes. The office staff was always polite and Sharon was very helpful when I needed to move out. I just got a new place, so I had to move out but I would recommend them and be back if I ever need a storage unit!

So far so good! I came in today over the labor day weekend looking for a storage unit, and was greeted by Diana. She was so helpful, and provided excellent customer service. I definitely feel like I am in good hands having made the decision to use this facility!

The sad victim of the homeless/criminal population. The rates are reasonable and the storage units are clean, accessable while located in a convenient location. I guess thats the issue, as my unit and others were broken into twice in three months. Its not good when you know the PO because of making frequent crime reports. The facility apparently, does not monitor all sides of the property resulting in seemingly compromised security. Their problem basically involves repeat petty criminal offenders.

Very bad customer service. The property manager is an absolute idiot who you can barely understand. The property itself is absolutely disgusting. The cops are there nearly everyday due to homeless people living in the units and storing their drugs.
