They will damage/ruin much more of your clothing than they will ever clean for you, and then take zero responsibility of course. Take your business literally anywhere else and you will be so glad you did. Don’t make the same mistake so many of us already have!

Each visit I have is very professional. They ensure that my clothes are pressed to the tee my shirts collars are always clean. I am very Meticulous about my clothes there has been several cleaners I have attended. This particular cleaners is by far one of the best.I encourage you all the visit.

I would give these cleaners a zero if I could. They ruined my sons shirt but wont take responsibility for it since it had been about four months since it had been cleaned. Like most people, I brought the shirt home in the bag and hung it in the closet without looking it over. We didnt discover the damage until my son went to get dressed about 15 minutes before he had to leave. The owner wont return my calls to discuss the situation. Save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere!

My boyfriend brought them a few suits to clean for a work trip. The jackets and pants came back with multiple holes. When he complained, they said the suits were fine when they finished and that he must have done it. Would give a 0 if I could.

If I could give them a zero I would!!! The quality of the work they did on my rugs was terrible. The rugs look like they weren’t cleaned, there was still stains on the rugs and no spot cleaning was done. I have no problem paying $230.00 for service that is quality and done. I wouldn’t take anything else to them to clean. They were called several times and my calls were never returned. Even stopped by the cleaner since they have reopened, left my name and number. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Life is not simple but Pine Cleaners ACTUALLY makes something in life simple. Theyre already in my neighborhood and pick up my dry cleaning (even if I just have one piece to send) from the front porch two days a week. I like this service (hard to believe it even exists but it does) and recommend it to my neighbors. Thanks, Pine Cleaners!

Pine Cleaners does a great job cleaning, pressing and they always turn things around in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Its just a bonus that I no longer have to iron my husbands dress shirts!

We recently bought a new couch, and with a new couch we inevitably had our first stain on the polyester fabric. This company communicated with me clearly, followed thru on their timelines, and did an excellent job removing the stain. Overall it was a great experience and will be using them in the future.

The service was very slow I waited for over 20 min to drop off my dress because the attendant kept having to call the owner for every little thing. Once I dropped off my dress they said they could clean it for the same price as a prom dress. Then got a call later that said the owner was going to charge $150 to clean the dress and could not guarantee the dirt would come off the bottom? $150 for a cleaning? really? Seems like the owner should be in the store communicating with customers.. would be much more efficient than barking orders through a phone at the attendant every 5 min.

Highly recommend if you’re in Huntersville or nearby! Just moved from Charlotte and they are very fair-priced and provider quality dry-cleaning!

I get my uniforms done here and have never had a problem. In weekly and the staff is friendly and helpful. It’s not the cheapest place but I don’t mind for not having any problems.

HORRIBLE PLACE! My beautiful Anthropologie quilt was totally ruined here. They refused to give me a refund so I could have it done at another cleaner. The thought that a business could ruin something like that and accept no responsibility is sickening. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IN A MILLION YEARS!!!

No. Signed up for home service. Took 6 months to fully apply a credit in their system for a damaged shirt. Took me calling 10 times over a 2 month period to give them my credit card information for billing because they “only answer the phone on Wednesdays until noon.” Followed by a call from them just days before Christmas asking for payment for 4 months of services because they never actually billed the card I provided on call 11. The excuse was “an employee who wasn’t doing their job” and 13 minutes of babbling before an apology. All I have to say is if I’m paying a alleged professional to manage the details of my professional appearance and they can’t handle the simple details of billling, communication, follow up, and just answering phones, please please don’t iron my clothes.

EXPENSIVE!!!. I just moved to the area and should have done my research. Took 20 pair of dress pants and shirts there. Was expecting a bill of $60-70.. but not $122.73!!! That’s over $5 per article of clothing. They did a nice job cleaning them but not worth $5.

Brought in two wool jackets last spring to be dry-cleaned. I didnt take them out of the plastic bags until Oct. when the weather was cooler. One jacket looks fine, but the other, (a boiled wool Lands End jacket) was very dingy and dirty looking. Brought the Lands End back to Pine and asked if there was anything they could do . I was told that it looked dusty and that I would have to pay for having it re-cleaned since I brought it in last year. Facts are that it was cleaned 5 months ago, it was stored in plastic, and its not dusty its damaged. My jacket is toast. Would not recommend Pine Cleaners.

Took a white shirt to them and they gave it back to me with make up still on it and it was covered in black lint. I took it back they offered to clean again and when I picked it up the second time guess what? Still had the same spot and the same black lint. What a joke, the guy working is the only person in there and couldnt even help me. Took it to another dry cleaner thats right across the street and they cleaned it and everything came right out including the mess this place made. Will never be back here

Not too happy... This was my first time trying out Pine cleaners and they ruined my jacket. When I asked what happened it was explained to me that it was just the fabric of my coat and that nothing could be done. I had 4 garments in total and all reeked of cigarette smoke. Will NOT be returning.

I used Pine Cleaners for a couple of years now, but recently the delivery service has become unreliable. Last month they delivered my clothes to the wrong house and it took them a week to find my pants. This week, they did not pick up my clothes twice, Mon or Thurs! Too bad, Ill be taking my business else where.

The price is very high
