As I entered for my appointment I was greeted, by the office manager and the front desk. They both were so friendly and welcoming. After I was checked in I sat for a brief moment. Then the assistant came and got me to take my x rays. She was so gentle and patient with because my gag reflexes are bad. The I saw the hygienist she was the sweetest thing ever. After her the doctor came in to tell all of the other treatments that I would need to have done. Such a personable guy. He broke everything down to where I could fully understand everything he was saying. A great place, everyone was so lovely. I’d recommend this place any day!!!

Was informed that my child had a balance from 6 months ago. Not wanting to make two transaction was told that I had to make two transactions if my child needed extra for his dental visit. If you know that the patient has a balance why not inform the paying party? The bill I just paid was from 2020…Needless to say I will be seeking dental care with another entity a dentist that properly informs there patients of copayment and or balances. Professional at its absolute finest!!!

I made an appointment for a new patient appointment to include x rays, exam, and cleaning. The appointment was for 5 pm. I showed up early, they took me back 5 minutes late, no big deal.They do the x rays, i wait 10-15 minutes the dentist comes in to do the consult. Then at 5:45 they send in the billing person saying they’re going to charge me $193 on top of the $69 introductory price because my cleaning needs to be a medium depth cleaning instead of a regular one ($75 which was a medicated mouthwash?!?!). THEN they come in and tell me that they don’t have enough time to do my cleaning and I’ll have to come back another day.I asked for my money back and they refused!They said it wasn’t their fault that new patient visits take a little longer… then why did they schedule me for the last visit of the day? And between the 15 minutes they had left til closing, plus the 5 minutes they were late calling me back, and the 10 minute wait for the dentist, surely they would’ve had time to do a cleaning if they had better time management.

I have a dental phobia. All I care about is not hurting. They were so gentle. They get you in and out quickly and answer any questions you may have.

Had an appointment scheduled with this dentist. They do X rays I go into the back. Dentist comes in looks at my teeth. Tells me we are going to go over a treatment plan. I get up to go use the bathroom and as Im walking back to the room the nurse is carrying me my belongings to me. They said they were going to have a treatment plan emailed that day. Never happened. Called them the next day they acted like I had never been there. Complete waste of time. This was last week and I still have not heard anything. Will not be going back. Then they also said they were having problems with my insurance but when I filled out my new patient info online they said everything was good. This place is a joke I have no idea how they have good reviews. Needless to say I found a new dentist. Avoid this place.

This place was a God-send!! I have high anxiety about going to the dentist and I needed a tooth pulled - one I’ve been putting off for a long time. I finally went and they were wonderful!! Dr. Pressley was professional and did a wonderful job. The staff (Elsa and Monica) soothed my fears and helped me through it - and it was easy and just a pleasure! I was so happy and relieved! I’m sticking with them!!

I wish I could give negative infinity stars. I went in for a broken molar, needing a crown. While doing x-rays, the tech was having some difficulties with the machine, I understand it happens, but the piece that went in my mouth, she was hanging it on the handle for a cabinet multiple times. She would just toss it there, it would bang on the cabinet which doesnt appear to be cleaned, pick it up and put it back in my mouth. How many x-rayed mouths did I just come in contact with??? When returning to get my crown done, the dr. (who has no interpersonal skills) came in sat down and went straight to numbing and left. barely said a word. The assistant then started drilling and I wasnt numb!!! Every dr Ive ever had will come back and poke the area to make sure the field is numb...they did not! She knew she messed up because she ran out of the room when I started crying from the pain and came back to check my blood pressure. The dr came back in and blamed ME that my mouth wasnt numb. He shot me up again and left. Assistant came back, started drilling and I tried to tell her I feel electric shocks happening through the tooth but she kept going. I finally couldnt stand it anymore and they had the dr come back, again blaming me for being able to feel what they were doing. Ridiculous! NOW, I am getting bills for over $200 more because my insurance doesnt cover the crown they used... I call my insurance and they said that the coding that the office used was not a correct billing code and they needed to resubmit with a specific billing code. When I try to explain this to the dr office, they are incredibly rude. They tell me that my insurance only covers metal crowns which arent used on adults anymore.....????? Wouldnt you find this information out when you are giving me my options before hand?! I tried to speak with the office manager and they were on lunch, they will call back...NEVER DID. I called the main line for Splendid, they forward me back to the location that now doesnt answer the phone. Emailed Splendid Dental, no response. 6+ months later, still getting bills in my email about this. NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION OR COMPANY AGAIN! Horrible service, unprofessional, rude and unsanitary.

They were able to schedule me fast. The ladies are great and got me taken care of quickly. Elsa stood with me and enplain everything I was going to get done. Very nice and helpful.

I may be needing another cleaning after today but myself and my friend both went in to get a cleaning before the holidays hit. I will be getting turkey in my teeth and a bunch of cranberry sauce mixed in with my stuffing and mashed potatoes which will lead me to needing another cleaning and Splendid is where I will be next month! Already scheduled! Love this place and (in my opinion) really reasonable pricing for sure! The staff, doctor, and front desk are extremely nice and inviting.

Went in for an emergency broken tooth, was able to be seen same day, worked out a payment plan due to no insurance and scheduleded an appointment a few days out. I normally dont like dentists but this dentists was very nice and I felt very comfortable and calm while he was working on my tooth.

I went to this dental care for removal of my wisdom teeth. My mother was told by them they will go ahead and schedule that appointment for us. My mom had to keep calling to see if the appointment was made. They told my mother I have an appointment set for 01/7. A day before we called just to make sure it was still set for the day. What we also noticed is that usually their suppose to call you a day before to make sure you don’t eat or drink anything but nothing was told to us. Turns out the clinic doesn’t do surgeries on Thursdays. We are very upset by the fact that there was not appointment made and they don’t communicate at all. Communication is the most important key and they don’t have that. We had to keep calling to have us updated....

Why cant every dental place be this CLEAN and this easy to get a great experience?! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here because they made me feel very comfortable! The front desk is so friendly, accommodating and above all WELCOMING! I will definitely be going back! 😊

They specialize in illegal billing and that is about it. Visited in December 2019 and they took x-rays and then proposed several thousand dollars in unnecessary work, including multiple crowns on healthy teeth. Visited another dentist immediately after these fraudsters and was confirmed to not need a single thing they had wanted to do. Splendid refused to clean my teeth that day unless I agrees to pay their what I think is ransom for all this work. Fast forward to May 2021 and I receive a final notice bill threatening me with collections for $21.76. Confused by this I call my insurance and they confirm that I owe $0 and my EOB states that as well. I tried to contact the office and received pushback that I owe the money even if the EOB says I dont. I tried to explain thats not how that works but got nowhere. I called the insurance company back and they tried to contact the office directly and when they told them they need to remove this balance from my account they were conveniently disconnected. They are now sending a letter to notify them that per their contract with the insurance they can only bill me for what the EOB states, I was warned they may still turn me into collections despite this bill and that I would receive copy so I can provide to a debt collector if they attempt to collect further. I have also filed a formal complaint with the state, if you check out some other reviews I am not the first person they have tried to bill bogus charges to!UPDATE: After lodging complaints against them with the Texas AG and the Texas Medical Board, my account has been “adjusted”. So if you get in the same situation recommend turning them into those two offices in order to get a real resolution as you can see they don’t respond to the BBB.

Wait time to check in ranges between 15-20 min. Front office experience is horrible Its sad because I really like the dentist.

Do not go here! It is a total scam! They will find some extra procedure you need before they will clean your teeth...and will not proceed with your cleaning until you agree. I went in for a regular cleaning and was told I needed a deep cleaning. They refused to clean my teeth until I agreed to pay about $1000 extra for a deep cleaning that personally, as someone who visits a dentist regularly, did not feel I needed. What a waste of time and money. Go to a private practice dentist. Not a chain like this place.

Scheduled an appointment with them. They didn’t bother to notify me until i got there that I would have to come back for the cleaning even though I let them know i was coming from 30 miles away. Day for the cleaning came, same thing happened. No help with the insurance i had either, it was so much of a hassle that I just paid cash. I just wanted my teeth cleaned!(In reply to your offer to fix things: the problem with always being willing to fix things after they are broken, is that sometimes they don’t go back together again. I no longer live anywhere near your office. I no longer live in the Houston area. So there’s no way that you could make it right, **unless you refunded me money**) :)

This is the most unprofessional establishment ever. Here’s a Summary of my several experiences at this location. I was scheduled on a Saturday and the office never opened. However I received text messages reminding me of my appointment. I waited close to an hour and when I called no answer. Another time I was scheduled for a cleaning and when I arrived my ex rays were taken but told they weren’t doing cleanings on my scheduled date. No worries two weeks later I attempted again and more drama. Now I’m told how they have only one dentist and basically I needed to reschedule. Mind you I waited over an hour before I was told I couldn’t receive services. I called the woodlands location and explained my issues. I was told I would get a call back which never took place. So it’s been over three weeks and still no return call. I’ll never return and strongly advise others to refrain from using them and if you decide good luck!!

Never been before, but after my cleaning, they gave me a charge for $231 with the description “Last Statement Balance” which couldn’t be right because I had never been to this dentist!I called about it and they tried to blame my insurance, but once I reminded them I’d never been and therefore can’t have any prior outstanding balances, they canceled this bill without any apology or even an attempt at an excuse.I know this is probably normal behavior, but I will not be returning and I encourage everyone else to steer clear too.

Office is clean, everyone is extremely nice I myself personally have never had any issue. They try their hardest to accommodate you especially during this time, I can’t expect a office to be perfect because that’s just not possible but they really try to make the appointment as smooth as possible.

Note this is a long review. The short summary of it is: The dentist himself is fine but this office doesnt have it together. They overbook so expect long wait times, even during COVID. They also have one hygienist on staff and she has to be scheduled separately; the schedulers are unable to schedule her more than 2 weeks in advance for some reason.I am not one to write reviews. I only get involved when I have a great experience with a business that has low reviews or a poor experience with a business that has great reviews. This is an example of the latter. This is not a good dentist office. I say this as someone who is a very patient person and as such I chose to give this office 3 chances to get it right.First appointment was scheduled for 7am. At 9am, I finally was taken back to meet the dentist, my wife and I were the only patients in the office. The delay was explained due to the dentist hitting traffic that morning. The dentist himself was as advertised in the other reviews: friendly, great bedside manner, etc. However, after meeting with the dentist, my wife and I were notified that the one single hygienist they have on staff was off this day and we would have to schedule another appointment to meet her later. This information was given to us at about 10am that morning. If you do the math, we have been in the office for 3 hours and are being told we will have to come back another day. I explain my disappointment to the staff and they apologize and assure that this wont happen again.For the second appointment to see the hygienist, I received a call from the office to remind of my appointment. During this call, I jokingly ask if the hygienist will be available. Jokingly because this is the whole reason Im coming in. I am told by the scheduler that she does not know and no one knows the hygienists schedule. I wish I was joking. At some point in this conversation, I ask to talk to someone else and this other person assures me that the hygienist will in fact be available for my appointment. The appointment itself went fine. The only complaint I have is more my own fault. I was given fluoride during this appointment and my insurance doesnt cover that. I didnt know this at the time since I havent received fluoride since I was a small child. I wish they would have asked before but I also should have been on top of this beforehand.My third and final appointment was today. My appointment was scheduled for 930a. I arrived at 920 and was surprised to find the lobby had 5 other people waiting for the same appointment time. This is ridiculous in a normal year but just as dangerous during COVID. Regardless, I signed in and waited patiently for my appointment. With this in mind, along with my previous experiences, I made the mental decision that this would be my last time coming here. At 1030, 1 hour past my appointment time, I decided that I had waited long enough and it was time for me to cut my losses and find a new dentist.I went to this dentist because of the roaring reviews, but I believe you, as the customer need to know that there are better options out there. Im not sure if others have had similar issues as my wife and I but I felt like it was my responsibility to both the office and the patient to critique my experience in hopes that it will improve others experiences going forward.

I would strongly recommend Splendid Dental Care to any of my friends or family. I wasn’t able to go to a dentist for around 15 years, so I was very nervous to go to one after such a long time. All of my nervousness and anxiety went away when I met the wonderful staff here. Everyone was so friendly and understanding as soon as I entered their office. This is a great office that I actually feel comfortable in.

I went to Splendid dentist which I recommend 100 %. Vanessa and the group team are very attentive, loving, and patient. I would definitely recommend it to anybody and I would definitely continue having them taking care of my hygiene. Their technology is very modern and gave me a lot of trust in what they were doing.

I don’t really know if it was a bad day or what but the entire office staff was not personable at all. They were just cut to chase and didn’t take the time to make my two year feel comfortable for her first time at a dentist. They just brushed her teeth and gave us a bag with her used tooth brush and tooth paste. If they are going to advertise that they are a pediatric dentist they should have toys/an area for the kids and stickers or something to give them. I will be changing providers for sure.

From being welcomed by Perla, Dr. Presley prepped two teeth before and after my root canals making sure I was comfortable the whole time.Miss Shan came to fit me for my temporary and permanent crowns. She kept measuring to make sure they were a perfect fit, assisted by Jamie.They believe in perfection. Thatsimportant. Would highly recommend this location and staff.

This place has horrible communication and customer care. My wife set up wisdom teeth appointment they told us to go to a different place to get the procedure. Pretty normal. One month goes by then we get to the place and it is closed. We call the help line get a snarky response telling us that we showed up too early and to wait (20 minutes before opening). We wait till thirty minutes after open and call back they then say it was our fault. They say that they have been emailing and calling. We tell then that this was a lie because we just spoke to someone who said our appointment is at 9. They then started telling us that we were being negligent at this point my wife had enough and just canceled the appointment.We will never use Splended Dental or Lovett Dental ever again.

I (like many others who have commented here) have insurance and was also double charged. I will be clearing this up and will likely have to take my services elsewhere. Shame. Because I dont like the dentist, but felt comfortable there.

I visited the office because it seemed extremely professional on the website . I have really bad dentist anxiety & was looking for a good dentist . It wasn’t what I expected. I spent almost 3 hours there just for an X-ray and teeth cleaning. The dentist came in the room and talked to me about options BUT Failed To tell me my tooth was infected. I didn’t find out until the lady informed me of an antibiotic prescription. Thats I had to ask was it infected. The prices are high for some odd reason . I’ve experienced way better customer service at the dentist for much more reasonable pricing . I felt so lost when I left & I’m never going back. I was really disappointed with the experience in total.

I called in today with an urgent tooth repair. The rep that answered the phone was extremely nice. He asked the dr if I could be seen today and Dr. Pressley generously accepted. The clinic had a welcoming vibe. When it was my turn to be seen, the tech Ashley was so sweet and friendly. I was completely frustrated by my circumstance and she could tell. After speaking to Dr. Pressley, I felt like he actually cared. This will be the third dentist office I have been to and this has by far exceeded any of the quality of service I have attempted to receive. The doctor listened to my concerns, and provided me options.. The front desk clerk, I believe his name was Shawn, came in my room to discuss the billing. I allowed him to go over his entire billing consult prior to telling him that I am a biller also. I completely understood my benefits. Shawn made sure to give thorough details about the billing process. Lastly, the rep that checked me out, made my next appointment. I apologized for making everyone stay late. From the phone call to the time I left, I received great customer service I am eager to complete the rest of my dental care at this location. Thanks for the great service Team.

I am truly a scary cat when it comes to going to the dentist due to my inability to do what I need to for my teeth, but I TRULY enjoyed splendid dental. They made me feel so at home and were very gentle with my teeth. It’s so convenient and close to the house, but I am also happy that the service is amazing!!!! Definitely would recommend coming here! My husband had his wisdom tooth removed by Splendid dental. It was cutting his cheek, and after removal he felt much better. The staff is really friendly and kind. They were super helpful in explaining his aftercare instructions. I went later the same month to have a cleaning. I had not had my teeth cleaned in some time, so I thought I would be judged, but nope, they were kind and informative. I really just liked how kind and helpful everyone was. We had no insurance at the time and found their prices to be reasonable.Also they have a cool coffee machine and refreshments for anyone in the waiting room. :-)

Our family had a wonderful experience at Splendid Dental. Dr. Pressley, Jodi and all the staff were so friendly, professional and helpful from the time we made our first appointment on the phone. They took the time to explain a dental plan for each of us and they work with our insurance company. It was literally one of the best dental visits we ever experienced in all our years of going to the dentist. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office. They put the care in dental care!

This is my and my hub and first time visit the office. We loved the experiences. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The facility is new and clean. And most of all, it was a pain free experience! I would recommend this place to anyone
