First off I used to love this location. But! Over the last year I’ve seen the faces I came to love vanish. One after another leaving. But after my encounter last week I see why they ran. I had the displeasure of meeting the person who claims to be a manager. I asked for her name because of her abrupt appearance into my business. She said her name was Brandy she’s one of the most disrespectful people I’ve every came in contact with! She completely ignored me when I first walked in, she was on her phone. A very sweet Hispanic girl welcomed me and started helping me. I was looking for a wedding band replacement for my husband. I found one and decided to purchase it. Once she heard that she sprang up from her seat came over and completely took over. She told the sweet little girl helping me to move and began imputing my information. It was very off putting. She literally never looked up from her phone once the entire time I was in that store, not until she figured out I was making a purchase. I certainly hope she’s not a manager but if she is I understand why everyone left. I decided against the purchase because of her actions. I found a lovely diamond band at Kay’s. After this unpleasant experience I will never do business with Helzberg again. Because if this is the way a manager treats staff and customers I cannot support the business. It was pure disrespect to me as a consumer and to the girl who helped me.

The people here we so nice & answered all the questions we had. It’s really nice, affordable jewelry for sure.

One word to describe this company and their employees is family. Brandi and Fran are amazing. The amount of love and care they show their customers goes above and beyond words could say. To them, it’s not about a sale, it’s about the joy and happiness it brings to someone. When they tell you they are going to take care of it, they are going to take care of it without any delays! They are the perfect examples of great customer service looks like! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Made a purchase today hated the customer service also the quality of the jewelry. When inspected my jewelry once I got home can easily tell it was high price costume jewelry.

Great customer service provided by The Assistant Manager Brandi. Went in to buy a ankle bracelet and got much more. Brandi got us a great deal on my new anklet and also gave me a free pendant necklace. Also Brandi cleaned my Husband wedding ring and mine for free. Most definitely will be going back to visit Brandi for more great deals.

We drove 70 miles to get here. The website and Google says it is open and they say they closed. If your going to close you need to tell people on your website. So far after 30 min they are still closed. There are 2 people in there. Hopefully they will update their online hours for future customers. Finally they opened and he says I dont have to get my ring inspected because of covid and says it is on their website but it is not on their website. I just looked. I will never by from this place.

I was shopping at this Helzberg location and all was well with myself and my sales associate. We were having side discussion as well as a discussion about a ring I was interested and the manager, Gabino, strolls over and rudely interrupts our conversation, and further demanding that I leave regardless of being a customer. I would not recommend giving them the time of day, I feel beyond disrespected and I will discontinue any further business with this company.

This place is a joke they sent my ring off on October 16 to have it sized and gave me a promise date of November 7, I called on the 8 to make sure it was no it wasn’t, spoke to the manager and he told me that it would be overnighted Monday the 11 and will have it Tuesday 12, so I called don’t have it, he lied to me just now and told me that he told me that he told me no later than Wednesday 13, which he did not tell me that! Then on top of all this when I called this morning they hung me up twice in a role! They don’t hold to their promises!

The manager and employees here are TERRIFIC. The manager gave me a lengthy lecture on not forgetting my warranty card but went above and beyond in correcting an issue I caused for myself. Upon my second visit, we interacted with an incredibly charismatic young man who made me feel welcome when all I wanted was a ring cleaning. Just fantastic customer service at this location.

Courteous employees in house. Take your jewelry repairs elsewhere as their subcontractors dont seem to have a clue.

Helzberg Diamonds in Deerbrook mall is located directly under the food court. The jewelry store near the children’s play area and the animal rides is Zales jewelers. Helzberg loves children. It saddens me that someone would wrongly name Helzberg as a below comment suggests as child unfriendly. Please disregard Helzberg as being the store that called security on children.

Zero out of 5 stars. Bought a ring and insurance for my daughter. The stone fell out and we brought it in for repair. At that time we were asked to show our inspection card was required to have stone replaced.The problem is we were never given such a card when we bought the ring. Calling office tomorrow, not very hopeful though.

We get all of our jewelry from Herzberg. Happy customer and dont plan on going anywhere. Accociates are very nice and manager that works with Qaunal.

Boycott this store if you love kids. Right outside this store is s toddler play srea along with an animal rideon. I was there this morning eith my grand kids and a cranky stote clerk called security and complained all the kids were too loud. Really? What does she expect kids to do when they are having fun? There were no customers in the store and no reason to ruin the day fot all the kids. That was do rude, maybe why the have no customers but they lost s bunch today. I will never step foot into a fun sucking store again. Remove me from all your mailings as we will never give your store another dime
