I got a pretty good deal on the diamond there for the custom ring setting I am buying in another city, only to find out 3 months later that it was a lab grown diamond and not a natural one. I have asked multiple times when I was buying it and not once was it mentioned that it was a lab grown diamond, in person or on any paperwork that came with it. Explains the price. Would have been nice to know up front

Purchased three watches from Diamond Unlimited. Sadly to say; I brought one of the three watches in for a minor repair. They kept my watch a week only to return it to me in worst condition than it was when I left it. Not to mention it was damaged.I spoke with John and instead of him addressing the issue he tried to sell me another watch and ring. I was not pleased with the service especially me being a repeat customer. Sorry John gotta take my business elsewhere.

Although my ring is beautiful. The salesman is really quick when hes making deals. So is his wife. If you dont tell him to slow down or you take a break to think things through. You will spend more than you originally tendit.

My mom had just bought a new his/her wedding set for $4,000 back in September 2018. The main diamond that sets higher on the ring broke/fell off. She didnt notice it happened until she looked at the ring at some point and noticed the diamond missing. We very upset, mainly because it was so expensive and still basically brand new. It was not a ring she wore on a daily basis. The employees were going to send it to the manufacturer and see if they would fix it. All they did was take a look at the picture and refused to help.The lady and gentleman at the store that helped us seen how upset we were and generously replaced the broken ring. They didnt have to but we definitely appreciated the service they provided even when I was not being as pleasant.Thank you for the great customer service.

I just finished my second purchase from this here and i have to say i will be making a 3rd in the future. I first bought my fiance a pair of diamond earrings for her birthday and she loved them. My second purchase was an engagement set. I walked in not exspecting to buy just to browse to see the pricing and what i could afford and knowing my first experience was great i felt comfortable. They have a great selection and great affordable pricing. They also work with a leasing company and if you pay within the 90 days you will pay cash price. I will be going back to this place and the staff i dealt with were friendly and even cleaned my fiances earrings while we were there.

Cannot say enough good about this store and more specifically John. Last Thursday unexpectedly my engagement ring broke in half literally on my way out of town! On Sunday when I got back into town, I called John and explained to him what happened. He told me to bring it in and see the jeweler and he would fix it for me. We went to the store on Sunday and 30 minutes later walked out with a bigger version of the same ring and our bands are now only white gold!!! LOL…My husband bought my engagement ring from John over 15 years ago and he remembered us when we walked in. I am very particular about my jewelry, and it is vital for me to have solid assurance of the quality and essence of the jewelry I own.As it is, jewelry is a very expensive investment and quality is everything, so I MUST be satisfied with my investments.I read the Google review that Luke had posted and tugged at my fiance. I showed him what had been said, but he insisted we at least visit the store to see for ourselves. After a lengthy disagreement, I decided to give in, and the results were astonishing.Firstly, the manager of the store was very professional in dealing with us. He gave us his undivided attention and showed me pieces of jewelry which were exactly what I was looking for. I was very impressed with his style of dealing. He knows his facts, and if anyone doubts that, they should know this business has been standing strong for over 20 years. Like I said, my father in law who works at Memorial Hermann hospital in the area nearby has been a religious customer. There is no reason to doubt the quality. John travels to different locations and personally selects his pieces, and gives licenses and warranty with almost everything.I am writing this because I feel that the public should not make the mistake I did and base this business off of a negative review. This is a horrible jewelry shop. Only one or two of the employees speak English clearly, and again only two of them are even remotely respectful. They offer no refunds on ANYTHING, unlike most company jewelry stores. That is shady, but I may return to major name jewelry stores just so I have the peace of mind. Expect to be treated rudely here if you so much as ask for them to verify that their products are legitimate (example, acid test to show that the gold is 10k, 14k, etc, or certified diamond rating from a gemologist).I purchased a bracelet that was over $1000 and when I requested the certification papers that they said they would include, they made a big fuss and asked me to come back or wait for the certification to appear in the mail. After agreeing to come back, I tell the employee that I would like to wear the bracelet and he literally just dangles it with his finger in the air.... SO disrespectful. I just looked at him and fortunately he could tell that MAYBE he should help me put it on since It is a small bracelet. In short, be very careful if you go here. The only reason I ended up getting my bracelet is because they dont offer refunds for lawaway items.
