We used RDS Construction to remodel the bathrooms in our home. Over all we are extremely pleased with the quality of the work, materials, and cost. The staff was professional and responsive. When mistakes were made, RDS took responsibility and made things right. We did encounter unexpected delays and challenges. In hindsight, some of this should have been expected with a remodel that required moving water lines, drains and electrical. In the end the quality of work and the accuracy of the costs projected were most important to us and those expectations were absolutely met. Nice work Cody and RDS team!

RDS added on to our game room and built some beautiful built ins under our windows for us! The interior designer helped me pick out paint and carpet to match and we appreciated that Cody and Todd were very involved and listened to exactly what we wanted. The space turned out great and we look foreword to using it for many years!

The team was punctual throughout the project and careful not to damage any furnishings while doing their job. The team was very respectful and polite, which was an added bonus! Would highly recommend and would use again on future work.

RDS is an excellent choice for any of your home renovation needs. They built us the most beautiful stone fireplace with a custom mantle. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work was a notch above the rest. Cody was prompt to provide a thorough estimate and give us a reasonable time line for the job. Robin, the designer, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting choices for colors of stones, mortar, and hearth design. Damon oversaw the job from start to finish and was accommodating and professional. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with how smoothly the reno went and how the fireplace turned out. After interviewing four potential contractors for our kitchen remodel, we decided to go with RDS. This was our first experience with any sort of major renovation so we didnt know what to expect, but are so happy we chose RDS. Cody worked hard to help us get our project costs down and within the budget we had to spend. Leading up to the start of our project, he was very patient with all our questions. Once the project started, we were transitioned to working with a project manager. We cannot say enough great things about our project manager, Damon. He was responsive, efficient with managing the crews and helpful throughout the entire project. All of the work we had completed by RDS was topnotch and we are thrilled with the final outcome. Our new kitchen is beautiful! We will happily call RDS for our next project and would highly recommend Cody and his entire team.

RDS Construction completely repaired my mother-in-laws house after it flooded. Their design center made the selection choices easy. They were helpful working with the flood insurance claim. Their quality of work was very good.

Cody and the RDS team has been nothing short of a miracle for me and my family. After Harvey he came in and finished our house after we were the victim of contractor fraud. RDS did an amazing job! After flooding again in Imelda he was there the next day getting back to work, you cant ask for more from someone than what he provided. Highly recommended!!

We used RDS Construction to renovate our kitchen, and replace all cabinets and flooring in the house. Wed completed several different renovation projects in the past and used several different contractors, but RDS was definitely the best. The quality of work was very good. We were especially impressed with the carpenters, who built all of the cabinets for the entire kitchen, huge laundry room, and two full bathrooms, completely from scratch. The owner, project manager, and designer were all responsive to calls/texts, and receptive to things I wanted to change. They also generously offered to give me a Lowes gift card in exchange for this review. There were some hiccups along the way as there are with any renovation project, mostly having to do with communication. To remedy this I would recommend communicating your preferences/questions to both the designer and the project manager to make sure all 3 of you are on the same page. Overall I would recommend RDS Contruction for your renovation project.

Cody and RDS did a fantastic job on my remodel. My whole downstairs was gutted and remodeled. I love it!He is quick to respond on any issue I have had. I worked very well with Cody and his team.

We had both our upstairs bathrooms completely remodeled by RDS. They did a fantastic job. All the workers that came to our house were very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and nice. RDS frequently kept us informed of the progress and what was coming up next. It seems like every weekday there was someone working on the bathrooms. Everything was completed to our satisfaction, up to the last little detail.

RDS remodeled our kitchen/bar and it turned out better than I could have imagined. The kitchen was small, closed in and was an ineffective use of space. After the remodel it’s open, efficient, and beautiful. We no longer have to worry about bumping in to others when more than 1 person is in the kitchen - thank goodness!! So grateful for the amazing work RDS did. I’d definitely recommend RDS and plan to use them again if I get the bug to do other upgrades in the house.

Choosing RDS Construction to remodel our seriously outdated 1970s kitchen, redo our floors, as well as a small list of other jobs around the house, was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Cody was great to work with and was able to be very competitive with the 5 or so quotes I had from other general contractors, very responsive and great at communication throughout the course of the job. He stayed on time, which was a huge plus since we were living in the home during the renovation and I happened to be pregnant at the time. All of the trades that came and went were trustworthy and pleasant and did a great job. I have recommended Cody and RDS to at least 3 close friends and will continue to do so as well as use him for things that come up in the future. The kitchen turned out beautifully... truly my dream kitchen and for that we are grateful to Cody and his entire team.

In September 2019 we selected RDS to lead a complex remodel of our newly purchased home in Kingwood and we are very pleased with how everything turned out.
