My wife and I could not be more pleased with the service and installation of new tile and carpet from Mashburn’s flooring. From Ashlyn’s greeting on the showroom floor, her walk through with selections, onsite visit, and oversight of installation, we were more than satisfied. The dustless removal of tile really was dust free, and totally worth the difference in price. I am a stickler for detail and the tile, baseboards, and paint job was amazing! We also received good value and fair prices. They are a one stop shop for flooring!

Marshburn Flooring removed carpet and replaced with wood look tile and backsplash in the kitchen area. They were superb in their customer service, promptness and quality of work. Ashlyn, Miguel and Carlos were very pleasant and attentive. The installers were very patient, thorough, prompt everyday and made sure their work area was clean at the end of the day. Wonderful family owned company that takes pride in their business! We had wood tile installed in our bedroom and carpet in our master bathroom. They did all of the installation while we were on vacation and everything was IMMACULATE when we got back! I couldnt believe how well they cleaned up and am so happy with my floors!

We flooded in May 2019 and in August we were finally able to consider flooring. I reached out to a lot of people to try and find a great company that had a wide selection of flooring. I found Marshburns! The first time I called to inquire when they could come out and measure, Pat answered the phone and said she would be right over. She was so sweet and knowledgeable and took the time to understand our concerns. After a couple of visits and bringing home several samples to determine if we liked the flooring, we were ready! Jody spent a lot of time explaining different specs on each flooring so we could make an informed decision. They were able to install carpet the NEXT day. After living on a concrete slab for over 4 months it was wonderful to have the nicest crew come in and install the softest carpet. Tomorrow they are installing our hardwood floors.This company is family owned and it shows. They made sure that we got what we needed at a price we could afford and floors that we love. We replaced the carpet in our piano room, dining room, master bedroom and master closet with engineered hardwood. After searching several other flooring entities, Marshburns Flooring was recommended by a neighbor. As soon as my husband visited their store, he called me to say we had found our vendor! Their prices are very competitive and they have an excellent selection of flooring. But more importantly, they are a local, family owned business with the best customer service weve ever encountered. We were so impressed with their knowledge and honesty and the lengths to which they went to ensure our satisfaction. They gave us an installation date and their courteous, professional installers showed up early that morning and completed the job in two days. We did have a couple of minor install concerns, but they were quickly resolved the following day! Its very satisfying to do business with honest, hard working people like the Marshburns who do what they say theyll do and stand behind their work and products. Our floors are BEAUTIFUL, and we couldnt be happier with the entire experience.

I decided to have kitchen and entryway tile removed, carpet taken up in the living area and hallway and luxury vinyl planks installed. From day one when Jody came to measure,to dustless tile removal (which I highly recommend) to the actual floor installation; the whole experience ran seamlessly!!! I could not have asked for better customer service and quality!! Definitely will return for any future renovation.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. The installation crew was professional, quick, and very good. I somehow got a scratch on my laminate floor and Marshburns sent the crew out the next day to replace the floor. It was included in their lifetime warranty so I did not pay anything. These are good, honest, hardworking people. Also, I was able to get better pricing once I showed them a competitors pricing. Highly recommend!

We LOVE Marshburns flooring! We have been loyal customers since 2010. They did commercial grade carpet at our office and added a 2 inch padding. Its great! We just bought laminate for our new home from them. It is water resistant, not cold, and is very durable. They are a family business and have great customer service with speedy delivery of products! Marshburns was a pleasure to work with for the installation of new laminate floors in our house. I worked directly with Pat Marshburn. She came out to my house, personally, for measurements on the same day I visited the store and had an estimate over to me early the next day. Upon agreeing to the estimate, the work was scheduled and carried out 2 days later...very quick turnaround for this type of work. The floors were installed in 3 rooms of our house so it was a medium-sized job. The contractors they used were very professional in terms of quality work. Ill be going back to Marshburns when its time to replace my upstairs flooring later this year.

I hired Marsburns to do the flooring the flooring in our new 7000sf vet clinic ~6/18. In addition to taking over twice as long as it should have, our rep, Jody, has proven very difficult to communicate with, often taking numerous attempts by phone and email to get a response. Weve had some workmanship issues that need warranty attention, so I emailed Jody over a month ago. Nothing but crickets....Edit: After this review was posted, our rep contacted us, and made good effort to fix the problems. He also went beyond by bringing over matching tile for some further work that we had underway. Rating is changed from 1 to 3 stars. Edit 2/20: Jody has taken steps to improve the situation. Rating increased from 3 to 4.🙂

Great Service, Staff and installation crew

Well, you happy customers were lucky! I was not. My tenants bathroom had a leak under the tub which ended up ruining the floor. My insurance company gave me Pat Marshburns number because she pays them for the referral. She came to the house to give me a quote. She quoted around $1200 to replace the damaged flooring. This included replacing the subfloor and installing carpet. I drove to her location, 50+ miles from my home. I paid her in full after she explained in detail what it covered. She told me she was only sending out one guy because someone called in sick and he would be there at 10am. By 11:20, still nobody showed. Nobody called. I called and her son said he had things to do before he could leave, no apologies. During the long wait, my husband did the work she said they would do. He removed the carpet, padding, and all the furniture. When the guy finally showed up, he looked at the job and said he was not capable of doing it and left 30 minutes later! My tenants now had their dining room full of furniture. The next day, two guys showed up. They immediately began tearing out the floor. Not much later, Pat called and said I needed to pay her more because she underbid the job significantly. I said that that was not my fault. She said then I am going to pull my guys off the job and refund your money! Then she hung up on me. I immediately called my insurance agent. He said she better not! My tenants have four children and a HUGE hole in their house. Evidentially, my agent told her shed better not pull her guys off the job. They finished the job in eight hours, just like she told me from the beginning. How did she significantly underbid the job if it still took the same amount of time she predicted? After they left, we went to see what it looked like. They did not put the furniture back like she said was included. But, worst of all, they did not clean up. The entire flooring debris was left underneath the home in a HUGE mess. She tried to get more money out of us and was mad that I didnt fall for it. We had another company come out to insulate underneath the house and they said that the material they used was the cheapest they couldve bought. I think it was called OSB. Im so glad I didnt pay her more! They cut corners, using cheap material thinking we wouldnt find out. The new people we hired told us they NEVER use OSB. They use plywood. They left a mess and tried to get more money out of us! Run from this place!
