Upon walking into this shop, I felt welcomed immediately. The atmosphere was relaxed and the decor sharp. I explained exactly what I wanted to the stylist, but asked their opinion of some other cuts. They were knowledgeable and gave me some options. My cut was clean and fresh when done. I was very pleased with the outcome. All the staff had clients in their chairs with appointments waiting. It was easy to see that all the stylists are very skilled at what they do. There was not an empty chair while I was there. If you want a fresh look and a pleasing atmosphere, this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed. Although they do take walk-ins, due to being in high demand, I suggest scheduling an appointment ahead of time. Thank you Factory One, I will see you again soon.

Asked for a simple under cut. Took the design in at 10:30 am and asked if he could do what I wanted. He said yes and came back at 5pm. Then he did NOT KNOW what he was doing. He could not even look at the picture and do it. He clearly was to high to comprehend how to cut a triangle while looking at the picture. What I wanted was very simple. Was he did but isn’t even straight. Never once used comb to make a straight line or anything. Then thought it was funny! Had he cut a mans dread off… he would not have thought it was funny.. but he thought it was funny to cut a womans LONG hair off. That he did not have permission to cut! TERRIBLE SERVICE

Great barbershop for the whole family! They make sure you leave fresh! Great at cutting beards, fades, straight razor they do it all! Best in the area!

Went and tried to get cut and was not able too. Was given another barber number when being told that he would be in in about 1hr. Contacted barber and said he had plans and was going to be in after 12 and them said oh no I will not be in

Nico the barber cut my son’s hair as a walk-in and became my son’s first and only Houston barber. Professionalism and ability with vision and precision. Also has a store with apparel where we picked up several custom designed tees for a party we were attending that day!
