I heard about Next Level Fades through a family member to which they said their cuts with them were always excellent. I went a couple of days later and they cut my hair exactly and precisely as to how I wanted it! The area was clean, communication was fast and informative, Sylvia was and is professional and gave a great cut. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new barber.👍🏼

I walk into this barbershop around 9:10am hoping to get a haircut it was completely empty with no one to greet customers. I wait for ten minutes inside the building to see if someone would show up. I even opened the front door that rings every time it’s opened to see if anyone was around before leaving the building I walked to the back of the store saying hello is anyone there and got no answer. lastly I called the shop and got sent to voicemail saying to text the number. So I text the number letting them know that I was at the store and was wondering if they had any availability today to cut my hair. 4 minutes later I get a text that says appointments only. I thanked them and said ok even though my question was not answered. So I sat down in one of the barber chairs and look up the website and download the app to make an appointment. There were multiple available slots so I picked one for later in the day. I then left the empty store to wait for a confirmation but my appointment was declined by the barber. After reading all of your five star ratings I was really looking forward to meeting you. Instead I was greeted with an empty shop with inaccurate real time availability on the website, this is unacceptable. I would recommend taking away the time slots where you are not available and you should probably lock up instead of leaving the barbershop open if you don’t plan on being there. Poor customer service leaving me with the impression that you are probably not that good after all and lacking professionalism

The atmosphere is were welcoming and clean which is very important to me. Hands down one of the best around. Sylvia is very professional and on time and her work is top notch. Very responsive to messages and calls regarding appointments. You won’t be disappointed.
