I walked in and was greeted rudely. I told the lady I had a quick question she then asked “is this a question about the shop?” Confused I said no. Ok well walk over here and ask so and so. Who apparently couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone. At that point I just asked my question and left because both of the employees there were rude and short with me so I knew this wasn’t the place for me. And they weren’t even busy! I could understand if they were busy cutting hair.... I guess these ladies never heard the saying treat people with kindness. I don’t understand how this place stays open with attitude like theirs. Unbelievable. I have never in my life been treated so rude! Word of advice: avoid this place unless you don’t mind being talked to like garbage!!!!! I think I’ll go in tomorrow and asked to talk the owner. I have a feeling the first rude ol bat was probably the owner though.

The experience was awesome and cool every one was nice and chill. I would definitely recommend coming here again.

Stopped in for a cut & highlights while visiting Houston. Will miss my favorite hairdresser Nikki Boufford, who has been my familys stylist for many years. Nikkis haircuts are always spot on!
