Completely butchered my hair. A clear picture was shown, and I made sure she understood that I wanted my hair to look exactly like the picture. Well, it was cut completely opposite of the picture, and it will take 12-18 months to grow into what it should be.The first time, the guy started cutting before even asking what I wanted. I had to stop him and give instructions. I should have left then and never came back.Go to a real salon or real barber. This place is full of amatures who will ruin your hair. Zero stars wasnt an option.

Havent had a haircut this spot on to what I was after despite my lack of expressing what I was after. It has been a while since someone cut it in the style it was when I walked in, so that I could leave with the same hairdo only shorter.

This location is great! Wish it were closer to me. Everyone was super friendly and Allyson made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and did an awesome job! Will definitely make a point to come back when I’m on this side of town!

Update:I am very pleased with the follow up from the area manager Stephanie, she reached out to me and we discussed the incident and it was rectified. Great customer service so I have changed my rating.Used to be very pleased with this place been going there for a while now but today I check in online drive over there and the wait time has doubled and I have to wait an hour, I question this since I checked in ahead of time and she tells me it doesnt matter so I ask whats the point of checking in online and she tells me there is none...so the app is useless and no reason to check in online kinda thought that was the whole point of it

Renee is THE TRUTH!! I cannot see myself taking my sons anywhere else and that is in huge part because of her!! I had a few hiccups here before but the last “issue” I had was enough to make someone not want to come back. Renee, however, stopped me and asked how she could help fix the problem. She was amazing!! I wouldn’t care if I had to wait hours to get each one of my boys in her chair. I’d gladly do it!

I have had my hair cut there a few times and every time is great. It’s a great haircut (#1 all over including the beard) and they take good care to make sure it’s what I want and that I like it. Tyson, in particular, is very welcoming, engaging, funny, and caring about her customers and their hair cut. I would recommend this place to anyone who is near.

Ive been going here for a while now and honestly I can say this place is the best. The staff is super nice and the haircut I got from Ross was fantastic. I recommend going here to anyone tired of getting cheap haircuts.

Best haircut I have ever had. Was looking to do something totally different with my hair and Tyson was very patient with me and ensured she cut it just the way I wanted. Also very cool to get free beer. I will definitely return and recommend this location to my friends.

Came in just little after 10 on a Saturday and there was only 1 person available to cut my hair. I said I had no preference in barber as I had never been there before so after a few minutes the barber showed me to her chair. My hair is easy to cut so it didnt take long and then I got my shampoo and hot towel. When I came in I looked for prices but didnt see any so I was worried while checking out but surprise it was 25.00 dollars which I thought was a good deal.

The white lady I forgot her name gave me the WOOOOOORST hair cut. The worst that i’ve ever had and i’m not sure if they have trained cosmetologist working or not. I’m not even sure if they have any experience cause it’s so bad!!!

What a great concept for a barber shop! It includes a bar, with anything youd like to drink during the daytime. Got a little time for your stylist to attend you? There are a couple of bar games to keep you entertained. The staff knows what they are doing, and are beyond friendly. The company also has a huge heart: are you a cancer survivor? Your service is free of charge.

Can anybody tell me what online check in means, because apparently its not to check you in on the way to the salon...Today I checked in my hubby through the app. like I have done before and it stated there was a 30mins wait. Well he got there and was told it was an hour wait. When he stated that he had done the online check in the girl told him well, its first come first serve. So when my hubby asked her, Well whats the point of online check in, she stated, Well there is no point to it. Well why the heck have it then. We wont be going back to that location again, not him or our 5 sons, and I wont be recommending this place like I have been in the pass.

My son has autism, and Tyson has always done such a great job with him! She is so do patient, kind, and shows him exactly what is going to happen next. We even drive from Nacogdoches just to see her, and done plan on stopping anytime soon!

Love going here. Atmosphere is relaxing, great conversation and cold beer. What more can you ask for?

This place is AWESOME!!!!! The stylist (dudes say Barber) are skilled and know what there doing. The bartenders are on point, Deneicia is fun and always going the extra mile to make sure your taken care off. The staff is friendly and the drinks don’t hurt. If you got to get yourself looking good, hit the Tune Up.

This place is too FRESH! At first, I was very hesitant about the situation because of my long hair. I didnt know if I wanted to cut it all off or just get a trim. Since getting out of the military, I was on my rebellious stage and thats why I let my hair grow for almost a year. I guess I was finally over it and needed to return back to a FRESH clean cut. As I walked in, everyone greeted me and the bartender was way helpful. She made me feel at easy and as if I was at home with a friend. I was appointed to Neely for the hairstyle I was wanting to go for. Upon meeting her, she too was way more than helpful. As I was enjoying my drink, she sat with me and we had a little chat and made me feel comfortable as I told my journey to get to being there. I also showed her what I was thinking of going for and she already had a great vision in her head. All in all, everything worked out great! No more long hair and back to the fade I miss!If anyone is looking for a FRESH place to go for a regular haircut, a fade, a trim, etc. or just to hangout, this is a great place!Great environment, great people and oh a really cute hairstylist there too! Ha! I almost wanted to cancel with Neely just so she can cut my hair! Just kidding! Im just saying, no disrespect though.Anyway but seriously though, please check the place out! Isabelle did a great job. I got a great cut and beard trim. It was my first time there and I got a free cup and a drink koozie. Neely is awesome. Not only is it a great service that they offer, but shes the best barber Ive had. I have a difficult time finding people who can decently cut short hair on girls. While I was there, a guy came in who drove an hour just to have her cut his hair. Ill be back.

I been to many salon/barber shops before and this one takes the cake on customer service! Deneicia was the host the day I went in and made me feel right at home. Even though they had other people waiting I was greeted as soon as I sat at the bar ! The place looks nice and the stylist are very knowledgeable but even if it’s not time for a haircut I’ll be back to see Deneicia for sure !

Lady in front desk was super nice, but the stylists kept me waiting for 20 minutes not cool so I left.

Asked for a high taper and this is what I left with. Not really happy with the outcome looking at the pictures. Its the lowest taper Ive ever had. Going to another barber tomorrow to fix. The wait also seemed excruciatingly long.The concept is cool, the barber was nice, and I wanted to like the place. Bummed at the outcome.

I always gone to Barbershops for haircuts. Felt some type of way about going to a Salon but this place is geard towards men and is Whats Up. They know what it takes. Deneicia, The receptionist/ bartender (thats right I said bartender) Greets you when you come in as if youre Family. She will fix you GOOD FREE drinks ( thats right I said FREE ) and keep you company with conversation while you wait. All of this and I still got out with a great FADE faster than at the barber shop. I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW GO!

I havent had any problem with the stylist but every time I go the wait is so long that its not worth it. Even in the middle of the day when you would expect it to be slow there is still over an hour wait.

Asked how long of a wait it would be. Was told four people ahead of me... So I watch about ten people go ahead of me... An hour later and Im still waiting. When I asked about it the Manager tried to play word games saying four people doesnt really mean four people. Wasted my time.

We had an issue with the wait time and communication with customers and the manager reached out to me in attempt to resolve the problem quickly - I appreciate her professionalism and efforts to respond to service issues.
