Asset resolutions is terrible. They illegally towed my car without following proper procedures. I do not recommend using them.

This company picked our car up in the middle of the night. We called our lien holder who passed this companies information to us to contact about retrieving our belongings. We called and were instructed on there post recovery process. We followed there instructions and made a appointment went to get our belongings and were given an inventory list of the items that were removed from our vehicle everything was listed including the cash that was in the glove box. Very honest a pleasurable experience.

Too far for your vehicle to be towed when you live closer to the Pearland area. Still had a few items that were not returned after being told my vehicle was already cleared out prior to my arrival. Truth is my vehicle was rushed and cleared out after my arrival.

These people are there worst. Rude and obnoxious, unhelpful. They took my car and vandalized it and refused to pay or give us paperwork of the damage which we filled out the day we picked up the vehicle. Awful customer service and rude employees.

They absolutely will not call you back, no matter how you contact them. There is no phone number to reach a live person at, when you leave a voicemail or an email, you get no response what so ever.

My car was towed from my house on a Monday and Im just now hearing from them today which is Good Friday... the number they have only sends you to voicemails saying that you cant call them more than one because itll slow down the process of them getting back with you... that was some bullshit...broke in and Ransacked my car and had two pair of my autistic brothers shoes missing very poor customer service skills not professional at all... very pissed with my experience here... paperwork stated I had no spare tire and that was a lie...had me sign a property paper saying that all my property was accounted for before they gave me my property... very dirty con artists...

I have sarcoidosis and needed my meds out of a vehicle that they repod from me. They never returned my call or tried to help me in getting my meds after I called for hours. Their website says they close at 5 but I was told by their receptionist they were closing at 4 after 6 hours of waiting on a call back. I seeked help from the police and got just as much help. Im feeling really ill and pray I have enough strength to make it through. This disease is painful and Asset Resolutions had my meds right in their palms and wouldnt assist me in getting them out of a truck they repossessed from me. Im non violent and very peaceful and just wanna live. I pray something is done so that someone else who may have a condition will not be treated as I am if in this position.
