Finally a repair service I can trust! Jesus called in advance...showed up with in the promised time frame and had our disabled dishwasher diagnosed in a matter of minutes and up and running shortly thereafter! Apparently, after a kitchen remodel, the dishwasher was not re-installed correctly. Jesus diagnosed the dishwasher and corrected the errors they made and had our unit up and running great. He could easily have claimed that our dishwasher needed more work, but he was honest and even refused to bill us for his labor. He only charged us for the service call! Needless to say...Yes I would recommend Jesus Hernandez and Quality Repairs to anyone!

Scheduled the appointment and the service tech was able to come out the same day.Even had the part that was needed on the service van and resolve the issue on the same day.The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. On February 13, 2020, Jesus Hernandez performed repairs on our refrigerator/freezer. He arrived on time and quickly determined the problem. He ordered the required part and came out a couple of hours later to perform the actual repair. Again, he completed the job very quickly. The fridge/freezer has worked perfectly ever since he made the repairs.Jesus impressed us not only because of his expertise, but because he took great pains to protect our floor and cabinets (since the refrigerator had to be pulled out from its normal space). He took time to clean up immediately the small amount of water that came out of the fridge. In addition to all this, he has a very professional manner and is also friendly. He was happy to explain to us the details of what the problem was and how he was fixing it. Finally, we felt the price was in keeping with the job he performed. Lowe’s sent out to of their preferred repair companies to fix my fridge. After 37 days of dealing with Lowe’s and their service companies, I called Quality Repairs. They told me exactly what the problem was and also recommended what refrigerator brand they recommend if I chose to not do the repairs.
