This guy is basically a thief he came to my house charged me 500$ and said the freezer will be working by tomorrow.Fridge was working for couple of days and freezer never worked called him like 10 times every time he say he is coming today never shows up and he stopped answering phoneHe is a dishonest old man that no one should use

Dont even call this guy for the time of day! He claimed to be a Viking appliance repair specialist but all he was good at doing was taking our money and our appliances apart with no clue how to put them back together. After three (3) days of trying to complete the repairs he advised another part needed to be ordered and would get back with us. Never herd back from him and our phone number as been call blocked. I scheduled another company to come out to give us an estimate for the repairs and to clean up the mess he left behind - no telling what this is going to cost us. Complete scam!

Neville Flanders came out to fix our refrigerator and took $325 down payment to allegedly repair the compressor. He came back 3 times to try to get the refrigerator running and all he accomplished was ruining our $3,000 fridge. We finally had to tell him to leave since he had no clue what he was doing. He agreed to return $325 less the $60 service fee but has yet to make good on that promise. Now, he’s call blocked our number. This guy is a straight up thief and a con artist. Beware!

He replaced my dishwasher panel and a few months later it broke. I called him to address the issue. He made two appointments and did not show up. He stopped answering my calls.

Neville came to my home for the repair of my oven. He requested $150.00 for part and stated he would return by that wednesday he does not desire a one star he deserves no stars

Gave one star because I couldn’t give zero stars. Took $29 cash and never returned to replace the part. Won’t return my calls.

Had old style rca box tv he fixed it like new and made sure it was fixed before leaving and charged reasonablly... Will diffenately call him in future for repairs if ever needed.
