Do NOT move here. My car was vandalized with over $5k worth of damages. They have no cameras for proof. Their gates are always open and unlocked. They never fix any problems. Just tell you oh well not our fault. Ive been asking for pest control for the past 2 months still no show. They could carry less about any problems and are highly over priced for the horrible service they have. Manager literally told me and I quote., we dont advertise safety here.

Nothing is fully fixed or replaced. Everythings painted over.

The apartment complex was nice three years ago but it is starting to turn into a small hood. People smoking marijuana, playing loud music and walking around like they are inside their homes while outside. The initial cost of almost $1K was ok I guess for the space but not for the appliances. I was paying almost $200 more by the time I left. They want 2020 prices for 1980 residency. Its not updated at all. I will say maintenance was very friendly but they patched up things. The front office staff changed frequently, but they were alway nice. The residents below me had a dog that constantly barked day and night and I was unable to utilize my patio due to the copious amounts of dog feces and urine smell coming from their patio. I complained but nothing was done. This was just my experience. Others may have had a more pleasurable one. I just couldnt see myself staying there another month or year.

I stayed here for a year never had any problems, the first property manager lied about a lot of things but thank GOD she is gone and now that Deaundra Nash is the property things get handle in a timely manner! I will miss my stay here, I felt really safe and I would recommend friends and relatives here!

The complex floods fairly easily, have lost my car once, and almost again five months after.Being built in the 1980s, be careful about leasing in the upper floors because they get really hot in the summer, the A/C units arent able to keep up.My shower has black mold that was painted over before I moved in, however it came to surface again after two months. Also, a lot of roaches, luckily mostly those small kind, but maybe a big one once every few months. Small ones maybe once to twice a month.Dog park does not really exist, its just a plot of land with broken items and broken fencing. The pool is alright, small and unattractive but it works I guess. Workout room is just a 10*10 room with one rundown threadmill and some missing weights.The mailboxes are in bad condition. And there is no ceiling lights in the master bedroom or living rooms so it tends to get dark easily. Decent amount of windows but people will peak if youre on the first floor, so i kept windows shuttered.The price is high, and keeps going higher each renewal but decent location however!Also shout-out to the maintenance staff, great people! Office staff was frequently switched out, but they were mostly all nice!

Clara helped me & my girlfriend tour the apartment & apply for a 2 bedroom. She was really nice & helpful! She had all the answers before I could even ask. We applied for the apartment the same day and she helped us get everything done so easy & quick! Waterchase is a very good apartment complex but she makes you wanna be there just with her being herself! If you ever stop by here, she’s the person you need to go to!

Beautiful place to live, quiet and peaceful! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the manager is an Absolute Doll! Ms. Priscilla goes above and beyond the call of duty to assure a that the transition into your new sanctuary is as smooth as possible. Ive been a renter since September 2018 and I absolutely love it here. With the quietness and upkeep of the complex and the space provided in the units I will say Im happy I found these apartments! The fill in Complex Manager Ms. Bella Beltran has been a superb manager and has been very helpful taking care of any concerns with my apartment unit which to say the lease rarely has issues with the way they stay on top of things. As much as I love Priscilla, The Original Property Manager, she will be missed here at The Waterchase Apartments!

Well....where should I start? My experience here has been abismal. I had my car towed from MY assigned parking space because of a mistake the leasing office made by assigning a new resident to the same space as me. Then when the issue was brought to their attention, they gave me the run around before I had to go to the tow company myself to fix the issue. I have had a nest of carpenter bees outside my patio since I have moved in to the complex and reported it at least 5 times with nothing done to fix the issue. The staff is rarely available when something is needed. The discounted rent that they promised as a result of an early rent payment for a previous month never happened...the list goes on smh I would make sure that you exhaust ALL OTHER AVENUES before considering coming here.

I often come visit my brother over here and this is what Ive experienced when coming to visit. Broken mailboxes that have not been repaired in almost a year. Vehicle towed from assigned spot with decal. Vehicle vandalized in front of the front office. No security cameras. Poor floor plan layouts. Power dims in apartment when someone turns on something in an entirely different unit. Weed smoking in the so called workout room that really only accommodates 2 people. Roaches roaches roaches. Only 10 spots for visitors that tenants usually park in with over 100 units. Carefree workers in the office that show no concern for tenant dissatisfaction. Welded walkthrough gates that limit accessibility to units. No dropbox for packages so they are left at office front door with no camera thats outside the gate which makes it easy for someone to walk up and steal packages. Vacant parking spots reserved for tenants that are not being utilized that could be used for visitors near office. I DO NOT recommend these apartments to anyone no matter how desperate you may be. Look for better accommodations. Be warned of over paying for less amenities and features.

I love my new apartment! It’s amazing and also the floor plans! I love that it has washer & dryer inside that is amazing! I love how they have a playgroung & and pool & also a laundry facility on site! It’s amazing that I have assigned parking & very awesome location! It’s close by my daily routine

Visited for a tour on Wednesday and was treated with excellent service by the leasing agent Belle. She told me she was some what new, and if there was any questions I had and she didnt know, she said she was going to get back to me - and she did in a timely manner! Belle and her co-worker Belen working together as a team trying to figure out my situation at this time made me feel welcome and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend these two amazing leasing agents/managers to stay at waterchase apartments. Keep up the great work ladies!

All I can say is DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Priscilla is the office staff and she is always not knowing what is going on. She will give an answer one day and the next day its different. I scheduled a carpet clean since December and have never received it yet, this month is my last month I bet I will get a bill for the carpet being clean. I live in apt 808 and its a hot box my thermostat is set on 74 to 75 depending on the weather sometimes even 72... but the temp in the apartment is like 80. I put a order in to come fix and they always say its working fine. My light bill be from 200 to 280 its because the unit is out dated like the dishwasher and the washer and dryer. So rockstar management is who own this complex and they are money hungry they dont care about making this a nice place at all they care about is the money. You have to pay for second parking with open spots available always, you have to pay 25 or 50 for your clicker to get in the gate or you will have to wait tell someone comes in. if your garbage disposal brake you have to pay for it. Priscilla said when you sign a lease its like signing for a home like where they do that at its so sad. this is the first apartment complex I had to go through all for this BS. than the mail boxes are always open so anyone can come take your mail. mail be all over the ground its a shame. I am so happy 6/30/29 is my last month here ... my rating is a neg - 000000

The office staff are very helpful in the application process. Also it is very easy to get in contact with the staff to get maintenance done to the apartment since you can go to the waterchase website to put in a work orders. The area has great access to the beltway 8 and 59. Traveling in and out of town is relatively easy. I would definitely recommend this wonderful apartment complex.

Absolutely love living in this Apartment complex, its well kept up with and Tiffany is a great manager whom does her best to always help in anyway going out of her way. Walking distance to a few places. And havnt had and problems with neighbors or crime.

So where can I start...I been living here going on 3 years now I love living here its quite and peaceful here. The front office Tiffany is very nice and on point. The maintenance people are very quick when things need to done when you put in your work odder . I love how we can go online and put a maintenance request in. Love how they got a playground for the kids and an area for your pets. These are wounderful appartments to live in and call home.

I went to visit this property before I moved to Northlake Manor. The visit was fantanstic. The manager was very nice and very helpful. The apartments are very nice. Location is very nice as well. They have an amazing pool playground and pet park ! I loved it!

I lost my job cause of waterchase, theives broke into my work van multiple times and also the apartment towing service towed my vehicle out of my assigned spot numerous of times..Before you sign your agreement pay attention to how many months you sign for they will switch a 12 month to a 16 real quick

Waterchase has the best people in the leasing office. Tifini is the greatest she handles business and you only have to tell here once . I had a problem in my unit and 10 minutes later maintenance was there getting it solved. Thank you Tifini

Ive been around a lot of the apartments in North spring and I can honestly say this one wont dissapoint, apparently the apartments were flooded a while back and it doesnt show or smell anywhere. They did an amazing job restoring every apartment and even now theyre putting in brand new washers dryers in all the units from sears. Tiffany at the office Id very helpful and most of the day she will be in the office if theyre not on lunch break. Once you can expect the schedule the office is open youll know when is a good time to visit. They made the rent payment system easy and theres even a phone app to pay with. Overall the problems that most places face dont really show. And the people renting here are very civilized, my last apartment in timber run there were shootings and people smoking weed out in the front, yelling and making hard to sleep. NO ROACHES ANYWHERE!!!!

First off anybody that gives this place a nice review is clearly lying and working for the management company. These are apartments are horrible. As a few people have wrote the onsite manager Tiffany has no idea how to manage an apartment property. I wonder how this woman still has a job. I beg you to keep driving if youre considering moving into these apartments. If you want your car towed move here, if you want to be charged for excess bogus repairs once you move out then move here. If you want to look at trash everytime you drive through the gate, then move here. If you want to deal with a clueless property manager who doesnt know the terms and conditions of the lease you sign, move here. You have been warned!!!!!

Waterchase is the diamond in the rough you search for when you are apartment home searching. Only there isnt any rough as its in a great area. Less than $1000 gets you two large bedrooms, two full baths, and two balconies. Thats unheard of in such an area near shopping, other luxury apartments, and being on 15 minutes from downtown Houston. I really appreciate how well the complex is kept up and the new roofs atop the property, that shows the owner is concerned with investing in the property. All living spaces are beyond spacious, and if you are someone with a lot of shoes the second closet in the master has built-ins and is perfect for easy viewing and access to your collection. Storage is not a problem here as with many apartments. Convenience has been considered, and is offered with this property as you receive your own parking spot, washer & dryer included, and outside locked storage.The property manager her was a dream to work with, come see Tiffini she is the type of representative that all apartment complexes need, yet few have. Waterchase is clean and well kept, the type of place you will be proud to call home when you have visiting family and friends.

Signed my lease May 2015, June I was ready to move out. The office manager was horrible and couldnt care less about the tenants. Numerous maintenance request went incomplete unless 3 4 and sometimes 5 calls were made. My refrigerator stopped working and it took them 3 days to check on it and it needed to be replaced which they did with one that had no shelves in the door. After several requests for another one, I finally gave up. The pool was more closed than open. Parking was horrible! Trash was always overflowed and smelly. I would not live there again if I was given an apartment rent free!

Terrible management, no one speaks english enough to understand what they are saying. management company is a phony until you get the BBB involved, than they start flying out the woodwork. email and phone number and address are fakes. experience living here was terrible, i wouldnt reccomend this home for a dog.drainage system doesnt work, car was flooded cost me thousands to fix. had bee problems, nobody ever fixed it. had bees in my house and they wouldnt fix it. the office personnel doesnt know anything. wont give you supervisors contact info or anything.worst apartments ever.
