I called Brown Heating and Air Conditioning Service after seeing their reviews on Google. They came after hours (at 8:00 in the evening) to repair our A.C. unit that decided to die on the hottest day of the summer (yesterday, July 26). Their technician, David, was prompt (actually early), professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. He made the repair within 30 minutes of his arrival. He also gave us recommendations about maintaining our unit, which is 16 years old. We are very pleased with the service provided and will definitely use this company again, whether it’s for another repair or when we need to purchase a new A.C.

First time using company and very impressed. Called for HVAC maintenance/tune up appointment after receiving card with special in mail. Appointment was scheduled for 8-10. Received a call from technician at 7:50 stating she was on the way. Sarah was awesome! Very thorough, professional, and patient. She took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. I signed up for their great membership program after Sarah recommended and went over the benefits. We called late one evening after our AC went out. They were very responsive and technician David Monk was at our home at 8:00am the next day as promised. He diagnosed the issue, got the part needed, installed and tested it all by 10:00am. The service was excellent and David was so nice and personable. I would highly recommend this company.

Brown Heating and Cooling is the best heating and air company I have ever used in my 30 years of home ownership. They are very friendly, professional, service-minded and competitively priced. I trust them to the fullest to maintain and replace, if necessary, my home/residential air systems. I rate them 20 out of 10.

Great techs but the company was bought out recently and some of their guys left due to holiday changes and new management frustrations. Hopefully the guys behind the arm chairs wont impede on the techs day to day too much more. Ive never understood why people buy companies for their name and reputation only to change them and take a loss on the back end. If it aint broke dont fix it.

The A/C stopped working while I was at work, and my wife and two year old daughter were at the house in the hot. I called Brown Heating and Cooling, and everyone I talked to were very understanding and thorough with there questions. Scott was dispatched to my house, and he found the problem in no time. He installed a new thermostat and had the house cool again in no time. 10/10 would use them again.

Long story short, amazing service! From the initial phone call to the text messages to the arrival of the technician, Scott, I was always informed. Plus, Scott cleaned the floor after servicing the AC Unit. Brown is now the only company I’ll call when I have heating and cooling issues. David Monk was my technician today serving 3 units in my house. 2 weeks ago I had a new roof put on my house. David went in to the attic and immediately discovered a roofing nail lodged into the copper natural gas line. It was spewing natural gas and we immediately turned all appliances off. It could have been disastrous! 20 years ago the builder placed the copper lines too close to the roof decking. We were very close to losing our house in a possible explosion!David serviced all 3 units, cleaned the coils and gave me an overview of the expected life of each unit. He also gave me information on a finance plan if one or all of my units fail. 60 months with 0% interest really would be a great way to finance a complete unit.Brown Heating & Cooling has been great for my family for 25 years now!Thanks David Monk for your professional service!!!

Chad and Oliver of Brown Heating & Cooling installed a new heating and air conditioning system for me July 16, 2020, and the heat index was 105 plus. They worked constantly for 11 hours removing old units and installing new. They are hard workers, dedicated to serving the customer. I highly recommend this company and their employees. They deserve 10 stars out of 5.

Very ThoroughJason, my AC Tech was very professional and Thorough. He completely dismantled both units and cleaned both units. Jason worked on our units for close to two hours. A friend recommended Brown Heating and Cooling to us. I highly recommend Brown Heating and cooling. Other companies spend about a Third of the time that Brown spends servicing AC and heating units which tells me that the other companies are taking short cuts in my opinion. Brown charges about$100.00 more PER Year but I feel its WELL worth the price difference.

Trust is an element you must have when it comes to your HVAC needs. Weve always been given great advice when it comes to servicing our old units. Derek helped us figure out a long term plan to get the most out of them before replacing them down the road. One thing we find invaluable is we have the same technician work on our units each time, which makes for a smooth experience since he is knowledgeable of past experiences and issues.

Brown serviced my heating/AC unit twice/year and kept it running smoothly. I needed them for a major repair and they did a great job, on time and well done.

Both technicians were professional and timely. The two other places seemed like they did not want to be bothered. But Brown came out the same day and started and completed the job the next day. The guy that came out even helped me light my water heater which was separate from the job. Very reliable company and employees.

Honest is the best description for Brown! I had another company determine that my old unit needed to be replaced. Cody with Brown came out and was able to fix some MINOR repairs. They saved me a bunch of money!
