Great guy and very knowledgeable. He will take his time to properly diagnose the issue and not just try and sell you a new unit. I will tell everyone I know to use Air Repair for their ac needs. Five star service for sure.

Mr. Dempsey is an extraordinary person.This young man went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with the service that I got. There was no rushing me or be impatient with the questions that I had to ask him. Just quality outstanding businessman and virtues. Some of my experiences with other companies theyre not honest and I believe theyre not virtuous. I can only say this, if homeshield had four more like this person, they would be awesome company. AND I MEAN THAT TRULY AND I WILL REFER AIR REPAIR TO OTHERS.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Poor communication, rude techs. They did a terrible job replacing my compressor and the air still didnt work after that. Since then ive heard horror stories from friends also. Save yourself the hassle and choose someone else.

AHS sent a competitor out to do my Spring Cleaning for my A/C. I called said competitor the same day telling them I heard leaking. They said it was normal as it had been clooged for so long. Fast forward 2 months water was coming inside my home. I called them and told me it had been longer than 60 days and I would have to call AHS for another service call and there was no record of my calling in May. I told AHS to send another company and they sent out Air Repair. Darrell was my technician and was very professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Got me up and running and stated he had heard bad things about the competitor. Highly Recommend!
