Cleaned my car inside and out fantastically. Highly recommend their services!

It was great. They have a store where you can purchase drinks and food also things for your car. The employees are very friendly and polite. There was a wait but its worth it.

I dont write many reviews but these guys deserve an excellent review. The best car wash Ive ever been to and Im no spring chicken. Ive even seen the manager cutting grass in 90 deg. temps. Not afraid to work. Always nice and more importantly they do a great job cleaning my car-quickly. Don M. and his crew are a welcome addition to the community. Thanks for doing such a great job.

I want a response from the corporate office, not the GM name Dan who is rude and disrespectful to Me earlier today.I visit this location often and I normally have a great experience. Today the team did an amazing job on my vehicle. But when I left waterway, I minute up the street I noticed the windshield was cracked. So I turn and went back to discuss this with the manager.The manager was not in so a nice young man assisted me with my claim and recognized that I had just left. He completed the claim form and had me sign, took pictures andSaid the manager would call Me when he returns.None of waterway employees who handle my car could confirm that my window was cracked before dividing it into the Carwash. By the way my window was not cracked, broken no rock marks, no damage, I have an expensive vehicle that I take immense car for. Everyone at this waterway would confirm this because I’m there often.A few hours later I received a call from the young man that took my claim and informed my that my damage would not be Covered, heStated that the manager said the damage was pre existing. So I asked him how did he come that that conclusion and why are you calling me instead oh him? I asked if he was available to speak with me.Dan the manager comes To the phone extremely rude and disrespectful. Dan explains that he know there was damage because of what he claims to see in the photo and it’s not covered, he told me to take waterway to court, he stated that waterway is owned by lawyers so good luck!! He also Stated that no one like him when he delivers bad news so I assume This IsA normal practice. The whole conversation was rude, hostile and un-called . IHope to receive a call from Waterway’s corporate office regarding this and I would also hope they send manager to customer service training. Realize companies collapse because of people like this. I have been a waterway client for several years and I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated today.Hope someone take the time to read this, I also have called and left a message with me contact information.

Is it more expensive than your traditional car wash? Yes. But man do you get what you pay for. It’s like a spa for your car and overall it’s just a great experience altogether. Plus they have mastered the ability to find a large group of young people that have great attitudes and also like to work. Oh yeah....and my car looks awesome when I leave.

I have been to all the locations near me and love this place! Great investment for keeping your car clean.

I’m lucky enough to live very close to Waterway and can go through regularly. I think the key is really to get the subscription if you can. I paid for the whole year on both vehicles and you save as well. Go on Tuesday to get the wheel deal upgrade. Overall I love it and feel my young kids are spoiled that I don’t make them clean up their crumbs...not yet at least.

Car wash is good, interior vacuum is so, so. Interior window clean is the worst.

Took pictures of car before using their car wash service for performance upgrades inside the engine. they broke my moonroof and put scratches up and down my car refuse to admit thier fault however im sure security footage would show proof

There were a few cars, but they loaded us so quickly it seamed as if there were none! Super easy, and hand towel dry afterwards. I will return for sure!

I had the whole thing car wash. I am not sure whether they really do all the things they claim they will do with paying $36.00. Like waxing, underbody car wash wash wheel clean. When I used to get service in the past, my 5 year old car used to shine. This time it is not. I think it is a scam. The wheels have lot of dirt on them. When I pointed out to the manager, he told me they don’t use the acid . He told me to buy the wheel brute at the store and clean it. Then why do I have to pay $36.00 for it. All those boys seem to be in a rush to finish it even though there are not many cars. I am not really happy with it. I will not recommend it to anybody.

We need a full service Waterway over here in Avon, Ohio please! The Aurora, Ohio facility was very popular and I imagine, very profitable. I miss having access to the superior quality and attention to detail that a full service Waterway consistently and affordable delivers. There is nothing comparable over here...

I asked them to clean my car after I drove all summer which included a 1400 mile move. I was very grateful for their service and they did a great job. I just wish they would offer the monthly membership and allow you to rotate cars each month.

Great monthly rate and hand drying. Extra wheel and undercarriage cleaning for no extra cost. Cant beat it!

1st time visit. Was amazing from the start. Guy greeting at the gate was super nice and explained everything perfect. Ended up doing full service on my large 1500.when entering the building it was so clean and felt like a store, water, pop, coffee and snacks. Was greeted with a smile! Sat down watching the truck get cleaned. Was so impressed on it afterwards I went back in and got a monthly pass. Will be back tomorrow with my jeep.

The entire staff- from the cleaning squad, to the cashiers and management- really tries to go above and beyond high expectations to provide great customer service and to deliver a sparkling clean car that smells great and glistens inside and out. No matter how busy they are, or how inclement the weather conditions can be, the team takes time to deliver excellent results with kindness and genuine cheer- each and every visit.

Update... a couple months later! The ultimate wash has way better prices, also interiors are not as efficient as ultimate wash interiors. I worked at the old one and we did way better jobs. Also managers and the owner at ultimate wash have years of experience and way better customer service! Trust me ultimate wash is the better choice!

The only thing your missing is the amazing manager that managed the wash as ultimate wash for the past 20 years. He is a true asset to the business and well liked by all. So many customers like myself went out of the way to go there because of his service, loyalty and pride in everything he does. A hard working man like that is a huge asset and hard to find.

Great group of young adults that actually work togther well. All stay busy and care about the job they do. Very rare to see. The high point of my Sunday morning is having my cars taken care of by this crew!

Took both of my cars here over the weekend and got full service on both. For one car, they did a great job vacuuming inside. For the other car, I dont think they even vacuumed or did the absolute minimum. Ill return for sure, but hope they can get to consistent service.

This place is fantastic, Ive been a waterway member since 2014 in Bainbridge and recently learned that they bought this old laser wash in Hudson. They retrofitted the building and put in state-of-the-art car washing equipment. It does a fantastic job for reasonable price. I cant comment much about the staff because I dont interact with them much due to the fact that I primarily use the self-service feature. Because I have a membership I simply drive through and leave. It really couldnt be easier, and again, they do an excellent job.

I guess I don’t understand the one star reviews that I’m reading about the car wash. I know for a fact if you ask the workers at the end of the line they will open up the car door and clean the inside of the jams upon request. Also, how do you give a one star review because it’s not touchless if you don’t do your homework before you go into the car wash? I personally do not like touchless systems because they don’t get all the dirt off and sometimes they need to use harsh chemicals in order to get the job done. My opinion is that for a newly opened car wash it is ran very efficiently...your car gets very clean for the little amount of time that it’s actually there...and as multiple reviewers mention the people are very kind and courteous. I will be going back multiple times in the future!

No longer touch free. No longer opens doors and dries bottom of doors. Probably will not use again.

First time here and had a free wash to redeem. I had no clue how to use the kiosk but the porter helped me with a smile, so friendly!! There was no wait for the wash or hand dry.

When I got home, the front of my car was still dirty, untouched. 16.00 plus tax....

They barely vacuumed my car, charged an outrageous amount for their services and were done in less than 10 minutes. Not worth the money at all!!!
