I was excited to try this place, after reading so many good reviews... I bought the Ultra Wash, which specifically describes a spot-free rinse. Yet, when I got home, I noticed my car was absolutely COVERED in spots, and actually looked worse than before washing it. I couldn’t even buff them out with a car towel. I went back to talk to someone about getting the wash redone, so I could wipe it down afterwards. No one was available and customer service was a voicemail box.

So went and got a wash and wasnt thrilled with the results because the bottom section of my car had soap residue. Contacted the company via email and they promptly took care of my issue. While the first round results were not great its refreshing to seeing someone make it right so quickly. I look forward to a great second wash!

The sides of my car did not get cleaned. Out of courtesy I called and told the owner that the machine may be broken. I asked for a refund and He said that he would text a coupon code for a free wash. Im waiting. NOT.

Very convenient - no need to interact with an attendant. Just insert credit card and drive through. My car had been parked under a tree for weeks and was covered in pollen and bird droppings. It was very clean afterwards. Ill definitely be back!

They accepted all forms of payment. In my experience touch free doesnt do well with grit but this place seemed to do an ok job. Nothing personal to them, just wish they had soft cloth washers. Otherwise clean and nice.

I think theyve changed the software here so now you cant get a wash unless youre a member. (At least I couldnt get through the damn menus to actually get a car wash without it asking for my membership. I used to be able to get one before. A cancel button would be nice.) Pretty much if I cant get a wash at all Ill give a very deserved 1 star.

A very typical touchless car wash. Is very good for a quick touch-up. But will probably not be good enough if your vehicle has not been washed in a while. I would have given this car wash a three-star, except for one extremely cold winter day, they were the only car wash I can find open in the area.

Car wash was fairly good but I can get better and cheaper near my house.

The undercarriage was not so great. I went to this place because my car has some tape holding the windshield and I wanted a carwash that wouldnt touch my car, so that was good. The price is cheap and they take cash or credit/debit.

You need quarters for the vaccum as it doesnt take cards.. Cleanliness was ok.. But not perfect expecially for the price of the extreme program..

Love how quick and easy this car wash is! The last time I went, my car was gross after a week in the mountains, and it washed all the dirt and grime right off.

I have brought my company work vans here several times and I always thought they did a decent job. Its been a while since I have been here and this time I had my own car. I was not impressed. The vacuums were good (only reason I gave 2 stars) but the car wash was awful. I paid for the second most expensive one and when it was done my car had spots on it and still some salt dust. I would not recommend this place to wash your car. I dont know if it changed owners and/or staff but I paid around 15 bucks just to be disappointed.

Went for the vacuums, they were terrrrrriiiible. They wouldnt pick anything up. Slapping my rugs against my tires got them cleaner. $3 of time didnt even get my front seat cleaned! My usual car wash you can get a basic clean and unlimited vacuum for that 🙄 Definatly not using them again.

This place posts a sign that says open 24hrs, but when you visit at 10am ona Wednesday, the manager had shutdown all bays while you wait in your car for him to wash down the facility. They dont seem to have any notion that they should do this on their own time...

Its a decent car wash. Doesnt remove everything but does a fine enough job. Paying is all kiosk based and super easy. The lot is a bit tight so plan to go during less busy times.

Great spot if you want your car cleaned

So beware, this is NOT a touchless car wash. The name doesnt imply as such but some of these reviews do, and I fell for it. That being said the wash did a good and did not scratch my black vehicle. Likely becuase this location is new, so everything is still very clean. I would dare go back through after a few months.

One of the best car washes in Hudson, but it is also the most expensive. The best feature is that there is no touch and your car will not get a rub down from the abrasive sand filled cloth strands as the other gas station washes...

Probably the best laser wash in the area. Be prepared for lines on warm winter days though. Prices have been slowly creeping up under the new owner as well.

Had to wait for 4 other cars to go in front of me but it did a nice job! Love the liquid wax finish.

Hands down best touch free car wash Ive EVER been too!!! Gives my car a great wash and finish, while not scratching my car or damaging it like the rough drive threw car washes. Plus the customer service is 100% as well!!! Highly recommend

Great wash, and very convenient! The exit is a little tight though, so larger cars be careful leaving the wash!

You can use a card to vacuum, but people that use their services are pretty rude. Theres not enough space to leave your doors open and vacuum the car while other cars go by.

Perfectly fine touchless car wash, and fully automated. I have a rear spoiler, so theres always a bit of touch up to do for myself.

Works good if your car isnt too dirty and you want a quick rinse. But if your car is really dirty the touchless doesnt really get the job done.

Sometimes this place works well and gives a good cleaning. Other times the air dryer is out or, as just happened, your bay can simply shut down. This occurred after I had paid for a so-called superior wash, but then was never permitted to drive into the wash area.Looking for a refund, Ive now learned that the customer service number listed here is a FAX line! An automated rip off is what this place is....Update: Ok, after looking past the google search results with the fax number to the Tidal website, there was a cust service email option that I used (plus a different number that I didnt try but purportedly reaches a person). I received a very quick response from Tidal, along with a code for a free wash (that did work - thank you, Tidal) and the promise of a refund coming soon in the mail.So, thumbs up on customer service, and Im bumping my rating up to 4 stars overall.

Absolutely awful. I paid for their top package ($20 wash & wax) and go through the wash. The system did an atrocious job of drying my car and now there are sunspots literally all over it. It looks like complete garbage and now I need to wash my brand new car by hand. I had concerns going in and I should have known better than to even bother trying this place after reading previous reviews on here.Its literally like my car came out the other end worse than it went in.

Used to be 24 x 7. Now its Monday to Friday 830am to 9pm.Update: I have emailed management and their response was hours changed due to the extreme cold temps. Once the weather warms up the hours will go back to 24 x 7.
