I went in to get my Brakes bled. I have always had great service from hilltop service center, but today they went above and beyond. I was greeted with a friendly hello and service was faster than expected. They do not charge you unnecessary fees or prices. They are also willing to try to repair a part of it is discontinued. Will 100% be going back.

They get me in fast and if parts are available-- out fast!! Prices are low. Recommendations for future work is real, not made up money grab. Helpful for budgeting.

Wonderful people to deal with. We got stuck at a rest stop and they towed the car, repaired and were flexible about the fact we lived several towns away and had to schedule pickup and payment. Prices were fair. I certainly recommend them..

My car developed a miss while I was in a business meeting for the day in Hudson. Called two dealerships was told it would be a week before they could look at my car. Called Hilltop at 4:30 pm, Howie said bring it over we will see if we can get your running yet today. Howie was short handed by two technician being out sick/injured. He worked on my car in the parking lot with temps hovering around zero (shop was swamped) in between fielding multiple phone calls, multiple customers at the counter, directing his tow truck operator to his next call etc. Howie kept his professional and humor the entire time. By7:00 pm I was headed home. Invoice parts and labor was very fair. Great service!

Had to get front and back struts done, and front breaks. They were the best priced in town, super friendly. When wrong parts were ordered and couldn’t pick up my vehicle that same night they offered a loaner car. Car definitely runs ALOT smoother now. Would definitely recommend, and will go back to hilltop for future car services.

We were travelling and my truck blew a brake line. The dodge dealership said 4-6 days to get the part. Hilltop got my part and got us back on the road same day. The people of Hilltop were very accommodating and very friendly! I cant recommend this place enough!

Ive been going to Hilltop for repairs for over 10 years. The staff is great, knowledgable and straightforward. Adam is very helpful and patient, does great work and truly cares about his job. Im always leaving the shop happy. The pricing is so affordable, too. Ill always recommend Hilltop for repairs and towing.

My vehicle broke down in hudson and i had no idea what to do and i called hilltop and some kid named sam answered and came out right away and towed my vehicle to hilltop and put 4 tires on and i was on the road again in 40 minutes from break down to back on the way home. little sammy did an excellent job!

I’ve been using Hilltop the last couple of years for flats and tire installs. Had tires mounted and balanced but they mounted all 4 tires backwards, outside view of tire all had “inside only imprinted on them, do t know how they missed that. They were a specialty tire from Norway so tread pattern was unique so they thought it was correctly mounted. Very quick fix on their part and discount. I’d give 5 stars but the smoking in the shop and garage was smelly and the smoke smell got into my new car.

Went in asking what was going on with my vehicle. They told me one of the cylinders were bad. Said it was “burnt” down. They lied completely about it. They tried quoting me 4500-5000 for a new motor and install into it. I brought it to Next Generation Auto, they told me just a catalytic converter.All in all, this place is trash. They’ll lie to you just to make money. Very rude customer service. They don’t even know how to diagnose a vehicle correctly. Don’t waste your time here.

These guys are awesome. I needed to get my brake pads and rotors replaced on short notice, and despite being understaffed and insanely busy they were still able to sneak me in the same day I called, which no other place in Hudson was able to do. The receptionist was very friendly as well. I will definitely be back!

I blew a bearing on my hitch head as we pulled my trailer into town. Called Hilltop at 5:00 in the afternoon and by 3:00 the next day, my hitch head had been repaired. Fast fair priced service.

I have never been treated so rudely as a customer in my entire life. Not very professional and not a good experience. Would not recommend. I also got charged $15 for the labor of them to test drive my car which seems a bit ridiculous. Especially after they already made mistakes in regards to my vehicle. I had to go back two extra times due to their mistakes.

Well my car started overheating on a Saturday morning. Driving from Arkdale Wi and I called to have it looked at and they got me in right away even though they were busy. Very polite and awesome customer service. Howie was who I talked to.Was completely understanding and I cannot express how much I appreciate him getting me in. You guys are awesome. I have been a Hilltop customer for about 10 years. I have always received excellent service, customer service, and value from Hilltop Service Center. I believe they are one of the most reputable companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.Recently I had to buy 2 new tires because I got a flat tire. Hilltops quote for 2 tires installed was cheaper than 3 other stores in Hudson. One of the other stores quote was about $60.00 more for the exact tires I bought from Hilltop, which were the ones I wanted because they were the same as what I had, Firestone Precision Touring. They got me in and had me on my way within an hour and a half (if not sooner, it was quick) of me calling for a quote.This is just the latest example of reasons why I love Hilltop. Thank you Hilltop!

Poor quality workmanship, car had to be repaired at the auto manufacturer dealership.

I bought a car during mid March of 2014 and had hill top service tow it since the motor needed a rebuild. I must say the tow truck driver was very professional about everything, even though we had to pull the car out of the snow/ice because it had been sitting through the winter. He also helped me push the car to the exact spot that I wanted it to be at my house. As much as I wanted to give him a good tip, I didnt have much money because I just cashed out a car. I highly recommend their tow service and will definitely be calling them if I need a tow from their area! Very good pricing too since my tow was 32 loaded miles!

My tire was punctured by a nail as we were passing through Hudson and every tire store I called told me it would be at least an hour wait for them to even look at my car. We were trying to stay on a schedule and that waiting that long would have put us behind. When I called Hilltop George answered the phone and was so helpful! He was able to look at my tire right away and help us get back on the road timely! The price was fair and everyone was very nice and helpful while we waited. George was exceptionally nice and seemed to care that me and my family were safe! I would recommend Hilltop anytime for this type of sevice!

Wow I just need to say what an awesome establishment and staff. I called two days ago in a panic about my vehicle. They answered the phone with such kindness and said come on in for them to take a look. They instantly knew what was wrong and got me scheduled immediately. I dropped my car off, picked it up and now its sounding brand new. Thank you all... Ill be back!!!

My friend broke down in Hudson and her vehicle towed by these guys. They have had it for over 2.5 weeks and havent fixed it yet. They have been horrible with contact on the status of the vehicle. Today they called and said the vehicle would be done between 4-5, we are still sitting here and it is after 8pm. We drove over an hour to get here.They have not given her a timeline or have been honest. When she calls the shop, they say it will be done Wednesday, it doesnt get done. She calls back and they say Friday. This cycle keeps happening.Hopefully it will actually be fixed tonight.

Oh man, a trailer loaded up with stuff from my dads farm and stranded on 94, 30 miles from home. I called Hilltop and talked with Derek Cameron-he is the man! Towed the trailer, cut and welded until the rusty old trailer was made right and had me back on the road. Prices were more than fair and the service was great!Thanks again Derek!

We had just passed Hudson and our car died on us. We looked up the closest tow truck in the area and came across Hilltop Service. Spoke to Stephanie (very helpful) and sent over a technician within 30 mins. He took another 15 mins to hook up the car and we were on our way 1.5 hrs back home. Speedy, efficient, and priced well. The only thing was they forgot to give us a receipt - called several days later and was told that they would email. No email. Called the following day, no email. Currently still waiting for the receipt.*Edit, its been a 1.5 weeks now, still no receipt? I have called each week and was told I would get one.Update. We did finally got a receipt after 2.5 weeks. Wish we got it sooner.

Tow truck brought up my vehicle to Hilltop at about 6:30pm on a weeknight. Guy working there stopped what he was doing to take a quick look at it. He put a new belt on it for me and gave everything else a quick check. I was back on the road before 8pm same night

All of the staff and owner give you the best work at a fair price for your dollar. Regardless of what anyone says about Hilltop Service, I have always been a repeat customer; and have only been disappointed 5 times yet I have always brought my vehicles back for what I consider to be good service.

We got stuck next to the road in Hudson Wisconsin on Saturday afternoon after losing the wheel bearings too one of tires on our 28ft double axel toy hauler. Down to 3 wheels and 6 hours from IL.... we called around to every towing company and repair shop in the area and nobody could help. We finally found Hilltop who answered the phone after hours!We drove to their location where their machanic stayed late just for us to fix our trailer. Speedy, amazing service and wonderful hospitality! We were stranded in the fleet farm parkinglot in -9° weather trying to get our serpentine belt on, once we finally did there was a loud cluncking noise and we knew another problem had arisen. Thats when a good somaritan and his wife stopped to help. Their family owns Hilltop Service center, and even though it was after hours, they helped us get our car to their shop and fixed our water pump in under two hours for a very reasonable price!! We are so thankful for these wonderful people! Highly recommend.

The water pump in my Dodge truck broke on a Tuesday night after 6:30pm. Via a recommendation from the folks at the Hudson NAPA store I took my truck to Hilltop Service. They stayed late to replace the water pump and got me back on the road within a couple of hours. Awesome service!

Stay away from this place! Horrible customer service and terrible workmanship. Took my pickup here to get fixed. Got it back late, and once it came back there were a multitude of things wrong with it that had to deal with my repair that were not wrong with it before. Took it somewhere else and they fixed everything wrong and couldnt believe the poor workmanship and attention to detail. They also way over charged me. Never go here. Ever.

Towing fee was cheap. Thats all I can say thats positive about this place. It took countless times of calling them to get any information out of them. They would never call me. Everytime Id call, someone different answered the phone and each time I had to remind them what was wrong with my car. Eventually I called for the last time and they told me it was a blown head gasket and would cost $1900 to replace. I towed it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion and it turned out to be a cracked hose and bad radiator cap. They tried to rip me off. Stay away from these guys. Not a happy customer!

Our camper blew a tire on I-94. We called and were able to get in right away and have new tires getting out on right now!

If i could give lower than one star I would. Brought my car in to get fixed and their technician replaced the failed ignition coil and spark plugs however the next time i went to drive the vehicle it misfired and the check engine light came on. After having the CEL code pulled the problem was showing in the ignition coil which was just replaced. Brought the car back to get fixed again and was told that i would need to leave the vehicle overnight and they would look at it the next day. The following day i received no communication from them whatsoever about the vehicle even being put on hold for over 10 minutes before i finally hung up. At this point my wife and i went back to the shop to discover the car hadnt moved from where we left it. After receiving horrible service and not actually trusting them to do the repair properly we angrily took our vehicle and left. I will never give them my business in any way shape or form again and I would advise anyone from going there. After taking it to a reputable mechanic turns out their mechanic broke the coil on install. I could take the car back and have it fixed but I would rather have it done right.

Had a flat tire on I94 at 8pm on a Friday. Although their hours say they close at 8pm, they waited for us to get there, got the tire patched and put back on our car, and we were on our way again before 9. A real lifesaver.
