Bad.Had an appointment scheduled from 1-5. Took off work. Got a text at 3:45 saying they were on their way. Got a text at 4:30 saying they rescheduled for 14 days in the future. Terrible. Find a local person.

The repair was good and quick and expensive, I really think when a repair is agreed upon the $89 diagnostic fee should be waived. My suggestion would be to negotiate that up front, do not assume as I did that that would automatically be the case.

Poor sub contacting, didnt even have parts for repairs. Rude and a huge waste of time. Oh, and didnt arrive during scheduled time either.
